Influence of various systems on housing and breeding of dairy cattle
DUBOVÁ, Dagmar
The trend in development of new technologies and machinery in the area of agriculture and animal husbandry shows an increasing number of robotized operations. Such trend mostly appears in dairy cattle breeding, which has its logical explanation due to the fact that high ratio of human labour in milk production is more than obvious. The basic prerequisite for a successful utilization of milking robotic systems is to provide dairy cattle with sufficient quantity of top quality food and water as well as to ensure their welfare. The aim of the bachelor?s work was to compare the influence of both stanchion housing using a milking pipeline method and loose housing with robotic milking system on basic categories of dairy cattle behaviour, milk efficiency and reproduction. The observation itself was executed in each housing system for the period of 24 hours, during which an interval method with a ten-minute interval mode was used. Basic life activity of dairy cattle such as: feed intake, standing, lying and movement were monitored. All data were collected and assessed under running conditions on a private dairy farm owned by Václav Dub in Boubín near Horažďovice. The task was carried out in a reconstructed housing, where both systems are in operation. During the day, the dairy cattle remained mostly in a lying position, from which 50,33 % were kept in stanchion housing and 49,54 % in loose housing. When being housed in a standing position, 23,78 % of the dairy cattle paid attention to feeding and 27,05 % of dairy cattle were robotically milked. Standing position represented 25,89 % in stanchion housing and 19,31 % in loose housing. The movement was only monitored with dairy cattle housed in free housing representing 4,1 %. After the milk efficiency was assessed, there were some statistically significant differences (P?0,001) found in milked milk as well as in a kilogram of protein. With respect to reproduction, the length of the insemination interval was recorded showing 129 days when being stanchion housed and 95 days when loose housed. The length of the service period of dairy cattle in stanchion housing was 144 days while dairy cattle milked robotically showed the length of 109 days. All in all, it was proved that a free movement has a positive influence on the milk efficiency, fertility as well as the welfare of dairy cattle.

Architecture of the First Half of the Twentieth Century in the Western Part of the Ústí Region
Pavlíček, Tomáš
The paper "The Architecture of the First Half of the Twentieth Century in the Western Part of the Ústi Region" ( in the preparation of art pedagogy and its didactical use in the realm of electronic media) covers - as it is obvious from the title - not only the architecture and its pedagogical reflection. In the first part of the paper the author tries to touch a phenomenon of the relationship of the society to the area itself. This phenomenon is significant as it unveils the social relationships and forces which were decisive in not only forming the region, but also influencing the way of interpretating the history, especially the history of the first half of the twentieth century. The main part of the paper consists of a description of the architecture in the interim period between the two world wars, in the identification of its creators, in the discerning of its Czech and German origins. The focus on the Ústi region is not by chance, as it is the home region of the author. The region is defined, starting at Ústi nad Labem going as far as Chomutov. This part traces the architectural development of German creativity in the Czech area and compares it with the Czech product. In our paper we have to note the more conservative approach of the German architects, who combined the procedures of expressionism with...

Hrádelová, Jana ; Půlpánová, Stanislava (advisor)
The object of this work is consolidation of banking sector situated in the area of European Union, where this trend had began in 1980-1990s. From the breakthrough of millenniums till the present times, it has become intense and actual also because of new factors, which are connected with this period: massive technical development of IT and lasting integration efforts plus enlarging of the EU banking sector by new member states. Consolidation can happen in different manners, which vary in motivating forces and consequently in final effects. These effects do not influence only the merging subjects but also different parts of market and its competitiveness. So the consolidation process is under surveillance of concerned authorities and commissions of EU, which tackle the problems of legal matters.

These systems represented the integral institute of subsidiary mechanism, which made an attempt to obstruct rising of social problems and generation gaps in relation to natural circulation of the labour force in the process of production. The systems were affected by outside factors, for example the political situation, the agrarian reform, the migration of inhabitants. Particular emphasis will be accentuated on the sphere of postulation of the settling the property on sequential generation. These systems are considered as self-sufficient system of social insurance. The work will deal with some cases of solving out the social and retirement problems in history and their direct consequences.

A construction of human trafficking in the Czech Republic
Černá, Steffi ; Střítecký, Vít (advisor) ; Ludvík, Jan (referee)
This thesis deals with the construction of human trafficking in the Czech Republic. It presumes that human trafficking is not an objective problem that can be accurately quantified and described, but that there are discourse types which are used by actors to frame the topic. I have identified four discourse types: human trafficking as organized crime, human trafficking as migration, human trafficking as prostitution and human trafficking as forced labour. The main actors in this field use the various types of securitization to present the theme of human trafficking. I also use the securitization approach described by Claudia Aradau, like is politics of pity and politics of risk. This thesis asks questions, who are the main actors in this securitization process and how do they create it and which discourse topics do they use. The construction of human trafficking is examined by discursive analysis. The most important source of information is the official documents of the main actors and their interaction that frames the topic. Interesting is also clash between discourse and practice, which comes out of different discursive types. The last chapter asks whether the desecuritization would not be good way to follow.

Possibilities of Training and Implementation of People with a Visual Impairments on the Labor Market
JÍCHOVÁ, Simona
This thesis deals with problems of professional preparation and employment of visually handicapped persons. Employment of handicapped persons is a general problem. Visually handicapped persons belong to group with the least prospect on labour market but it is concurrently clear that they want to be employed. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused to definition of visually handicapped persons including specificities of their development. The second chapter deals with teaching the visually handicapped persons in primary-, secondary- and tertiary education, with attention paid also to the choice of profession. Conclusion of the theoretical part deals with employment of visually handicapped persons and namely with employment policy. The practical part describes concepts of and expectations from employing the visually handicapped persons, motivation to work, a valuation list of the respondent visually handicapped persons and a role of parents in the choice of profession. Furthermore, it describes accomplishments necessary for job finding gained by the respondent visually handicapped persons, opinions on possible causes of unemployment of visually handicapped persons and supporting mechanisms of employing such persons, utilized by particular respondents. Research was carried out in a form of dialogue with six visually handicapped respondents with handicaps in the range of amblyopia and sightlessness. One of the main goals of this thesis was to monitor study possibilities for visually handicapped persons. The next goal was to find out what were the problems of visually handicapped persons during their studies, what was perceived as obstacles during studies, during the choice of profession or, appropriately, during pursuance of the profession. A problem may be in wrong choice of the school e.g. due to insufficient self-confidence of the handicapped person and low confidence of the family and teachers. Prejudice of the employers is an important and still persisting problem, as well as the lack of job opportunities for visually handicapped persons. In my opinion, the possibilities for employment of visually handicapped persons do improve but there are persisting barriers mainly in the attitudes of intact people and potential employers. They are frequently affected by insufficient information on the support and possibilities of employing persons with visual handicap. The attitude of the nowaday´s society placing emphasis on quickness and quantity plays its role also. With visually handicapped persons it is necessary to build up their self-confidence already since their childhood. Contemporarily, it would be appropriate to enhance the awareness of potential employers, what could be provided by means of media and seminars. Cooperation of intact pupils with visually handicapped ones could be carried out at schools. It would be necessary to perceive the handicap as something common already since the childhood. However, to change thinking of the society may still last long.

Attribution of Conduct to a State according to Public International Law
Bruner, Tomáš ; Honusková, Věra (advisor) ; Faix, Martin (referee)
The thesis firstly describes how the concept of attribution of private conduct to a state changed during the history. Original ancient conception of collective responsibility was absolute. One could attribute to a State or ancient community any unlawful act of its members. The damaged country or community could choose whether to demand and accept reparation or resort to use of force. This conception changed in the late middle ages and modern times. The responsibility of state was made more subjective. The international relations were perceived as inter-personal relations among the sovereigns. Unlawful conduct of private persons was not attributed to those sovereigns. This subjective conception of responsibility prevailed; it was based on concept of fault of the sovereign, either in form of action or omission or negligence. Later, the attribution of conduct of the sovereign to a State widened and included also the attribution of conduct of state organs. Since the 19th century the responsibility has been gaining more objective character in certain areas of international law. The concept of diplomatic protection allowed attribution of a failure to guarantee certain standard and of a failure to protect the interests of foreigners on the territory of particular state. Another concept of due diligence prescribed...
