I prepared the dissertation to make marketing strategy for travel agency. This strategy is focused to confirm the market position on the travel market, obtain the new clients and keep the current and also increase turnover. It has to may result from the marketing strategy which customers are the most important for the agency to make right advertising plan. It has to be known the ways how to attain the target.

In the bachelor´s thesis you first presents the theoretical part, which is the issue of types of prices in the property market. I will try to explain the method of valuation of assets. Award immovable assets also affect the legal defects of the property may flounder. This problem I will devote the price chapter 5 of my bachelor thesis. The last chapter will be taxes that are directly related to immovable property. Home and practical part of the thesis deals with comparing different types of prices of selling a family house in Pohořelice. In the practical part I will also pay how much a participant in the sale of the property actually pay (or receive) money.
Analysis of Selected Methods of Valuation of Holiday Cottages and Garden Cottages in the Locality of Blansko and its Surroundings

The diploma thesis deals at the beginnig part with the description of appreciated lokality, explanation of basic terms in real estate appraisement and description of valuation methods, that will be used in the practical part. The practical part deals with the description and valuation of six holiday cottages. In the final part of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the results the used methods and selecting the most suitable method for valuing holiday and gardening cottages in the area.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the chosen hotel located in the middle of Masaryk Circuit in Brno. On the basis of analyzes, are set proposals for improving of hotel´s marketing mix. The analysis of the hotel is based on acquired theoretical knowledge. The basis for proposals of the improvement of the marketing mix is the knowledge which is gained on the basis of the analyzes.

The work is divided into two parts, particular unites related to assigned topic are described in the theoretical part, while in the practical part there are analysed the budgetary cost and the possible differences from the real expensiveness are mentioned.

Fisrt of all we will make up requirements on system. In the next chapters we will pay attention to concept and implementation of database, than we will describe structure, implementation and design of GUI (graphical user interface) for each part of application. At the end of this section we will describe usin of Lagrange interpolation polynom for price prediction used in product view. At least there is list of standards which were used in this application.

This thesis solves the valuation of real estate assets for banking purposes. Part of this thesis is concerned about real estate market analysis and evaluation of potential impacts on the usual price including potential risks. Real estate, which will be taken into account, is situated in Brno, in the distrcit of Žabovresky. Property valuation is assessed using two valuation methods and the final cost is determined based on these methods.
