Analysis of job satisfaction

The master thesis deals with the issue of job satisfaction. The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the state of job satisfaction among employees of the selected organization Stredni a Materska skola. For this purpose the theoretical background is first elaborated; the basic concepts of work motivation and job satisfaction are defined and the specific features of education are described. This section is followed by methodological part, where the procedures and selected methods for the elaboration of the given project are described. The final part is a practical part where the specific institution in which the survey was conducted is introduced. After that, the results from the questionnaire survey and the individual interview with the school principal are evaluated. On the basis of the identified facts, improving proposals are finally mentioned to increase work satisfaction and optimize working conditions.
Proposal for Development of the System of Remuneration of Employees in the Selected Company

Final thesis aims on part of the system of employes rewarding in the XY a.s. company. Theoretical part containing notes from the field of motivation and remuneration employes. Practical part analyses the current state of the rewarding system in the company whitch, together with the questionnaure survey, provides the background for elaboration of the proper proposals of the remuneration system in the company.

Design of Employee Evaluation System

This thesis analyzes the evaluation system of employees of the state enterprise Czech Post. The theoretical part presents the findings on the concept of personnel work in relation to human resource management, there is a defined term guest workers and various methods. The practical part summarizes findings from qualitative research, which was conducted through individual interviews. In conclusion, results and recommendations for application methods is interpreted which includes CBM additional methods for recording critical cases to the evaluation system of employees
Awareness of workers about ill effects of chemicals and measures to protect the health during handling with dangerous chemicals

This thesis concerns knowledge of staffers about harmful impacts of chemicals and their mixtures, actions leading to protection of occupational health and safety during manipulations with chemicals and their mixtures. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is divided into several chapters and is worked out by secondary analysis of data. There is included general description of working system, relationship of work and health, risk analysis and work categorization. The main chapter are chemicals, where are included impacts of chemicals for human organism, general toxicology and legislation with respect to chemicals and their mixtures, particularly regulations of European parliament and Authority /ES/ Nr. 1272/2008. Enclosed are also hygienic limits, samplings and methods of setting for chemicals and biological exposition tests, categorization of work according to chemicals. Conclusion of theoretical thesis contains measures for protection of health and preventive working-medical check-up. In the practical part of thesis was used quantitative research. For collection of information was used questionnaire. Total number of questionnaires were 170, 130 were delivered back completed correctly, it means that return ability is 76%. This document was anonymous and contained 17 questions, it was printed given to employees of two big companies located in Tabor and surroundings, to chemical company Silon, and to engineering company KOVOSVIT MAS. Obtained data were processed by basic statistic methods and are presented in charts and graphs. The purpose of thesis was to map employees familiarity with about harmful effects of chemicals and actions leading to keeping health during working with dangerous chemicals and to find out the level of keeping employees informed about rules which should the company work out and respect along with Authority of protection of public health according to §44, subsection 7 law Nr. 258/2000. In the research were stated two hypotheses: First Employees are informed about harmful chemicals and measures for health during working with dangerous chemicals. This hypothesis was confirmed, employees proved that they mostly remember being informed about harmful impacts for their health of chemicals and mixtures and about categorization of chemicals, and they work with. Second hypothesis: Principles of safe dealing with dangerous chemicals are accepted by employees. This was also confirmed. According to obtained information and evaluated data should be this thesis a source for management of both companies in the area of handling chemicals. The employers can take necessary measures to increase knowledge of employees. It can be also useful to public and students for getting more information about the topic.
Mobbing – nebezpečný fenomén naší doby

Publikace se zaměřuje na šikanu v práci, tzv. mobbing. Tento jev úzce souvisí s bezpečností práce - pod vlivem mobbingu dochází u oběti k mnoha změnám, které mohou mít za následek zvýšenou míru selhání, chyb či úrazů. Obrana jednotlivce je složitá, proto by měli pomoci kolegové. Ti však zůstávají pasivní. Důvodem je ve většině případů strach a nechuť přivodit si svým zásahem potíže. Ignorace a tolerance mobbingu však plyne i z nedostatku informací o tomto jevu. Cílem publikace je poukázat na nebezpečnost mobbingu, přispět k větší informovanosti a rozkrýt, jak se projevuje, koho se týká a jak se mu bránit. Jinak budou schopní lidé dále odcházet ze zaměstnání, které je baví jenom proto, aby se zbavili nepříjemných pocitů a osvobodili se od nekalých praktik mobbera.

Proposal of Changes in the System of Employees Evaluation and Remuneration in a Selected Company

This thesis deals with the system of evaluation and remuneration of staff at FOCUS Ltd. The work contains two parts: a theoretical and practical. First mentioned section discusses the basic concepts related to evaluation and remuneration. The second part focuses on a detailed analysis of the current status of the selected companies and research using questionnaires. The aim is to design changes in the system of evaluation and remuneration of staff.
