The thesis deals with theoretical knowledge process of training employees in the organization and their personal development, as well as a practical approach to the process of educating city workers Rakovník working at the Municipal Office in Rakovník, which is the authority of a municipality with extended powers in this range ensures the execution of state administration.
Review of literature in the first part characterizes human resource management, human personality and describes in detail the process of lifelong learning and personal development, motivation and corporate training. The second part is defined by the statutory procedure for training of local government officials.
The practical part consists of a description of the organization Rakovník Municipal Office, its activities and scope, as well as familiarity with the organizational structure. Based on the study of documents, observation and questionnaire survey, which solves view officials on the issue of their further education, an assessment of the level of this process in the organization. In conclusion processed suggestions for possible improvements.

Identification of factors determining job satisfaktion

The key purpose of this diploma work is to identify factors affecting labour force productivity in the Internal revenue service of Russia for Krasnoyarsk region. The main focuses of this work are to identify concepts of job satisfaction and motivation as well as a summary of the basic theoretical knowledge.
The practical part has relied on the survey of job satisfaction through conducted questionnaire. Results of the survey will demonstrate and analyse the main problem areas within the company. Then, the paper will provide a recommendation of how to increase efficiency and satisfaction of labour force.

Training and personal development in the organization

The bachelor thesis is focused on education and personal development of employees in the organization Žatecký pivovar, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part takes the form of a literature review in which are defined and described the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis. This part deals mainly with the processes of development of employees, areas and methods of their education, educational needs and motivation. The practical part contains the characterization of mentioned organization and its basic information, the adaptation process of new employees and the introduction of some educational activities provided in this organization. There are also results of the survey including their graphical projection, the results of the interviews with employees, the summary of these results and subsequently formulated suggestions for improvement of the situation in the followed organization.

Institutions for Leisure Time Spending of the Youth up to the Age of 18

The bachelor thesis deals with institutional analysis of the group Kořes and its evaluation. This thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts which are related with the leisure time of the youth.
In the practical part is analysed group Kořes into individual parts of institution and these parts are evaluated. This analysis was compiled based on data about the group Kořes, which was the most recent, from year 2014. Data were collected primarily from the annual report and from other internal documents of the group.
The practical part contains also secondary topic. It is about general awareness of the society about institutions for leisure time spending of the youth and their use. Information has been obtained via questionnaire.
In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis is summary of results from analysis and questionnaires.

Motivační struktura a vybrané postoje studentů vysokých škol k EU

The presented diploma thesis deals with issues of interest spheres of university students in the Czech Republic as motivations of their attitudes and relations to European Union. The thesis aim is survey and evaluation of the above mentioned spheres in motivation structure and relation on attitudes to EU, Czech membership, area of prejudices and visions of students about their own employment in European space. Parallelly, the opinions of the Czech experts in EU on these attitudes are followed. As to the method, the thesis is based on the comparative questionnaire survey. The results of confrontations are the proof of differences between the experts opinions about the students, and real interests, motives and attitudes of student community. As to the experts, the main motives of students relationship to EU are the spheres of interests, that are practical for future life's and proffesional self-realization. By their real attitudes however, the students prefer the interests of self-satisfaction, motives of life's and proffesional employment within the EU framework are not actual. The future of EU lies in educated, young people. Recommedations to positive motivation influence of family, university, society and European Union environment, as well, are presented.

Psychological Context of Volunteer Fire Departments

The thesis Psychological Context of Volunteer Fire Departments deals with motivation and inducement of individuals both to become members of a volunteer fire department (hereinafter VFD) and to carry on doing this voluntary activity. It discusses how a VFD membership affects values and attitudes of its members and it also deals with attitudes towards women members of VFDs. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. Chapter One of the theoretical part specifies the conception of volunteering. Chapter Two discusses the conception of motivation and deals with motivation of volunteers. Other chapters dwell on values, interests and social impact of a VDF membership. In the practical part of the thesis the methods of qualitative research are described and the results of the research are presented.

Organization of lesure activities of children and youth threatend by social exclusion (Pilsner region)

The bachelor thesis with the title Institutions of leisure activities for children and youth from groups threatened with social exclusion in the Pilsen region I have divided into five main chapters. In the first chapter I state the description of leisure time and terms connected with this. In the next chapter I devote to system of care for children and youth in the area of leisure activities in the Czech Republic. In the third part I define interests and their division. The following chapter deals with problems of exclusion, high-risk behaviour and its prevention. The last chapter defines sector of providers and recipients of leisure activities. For the qualitative survey I have chosen technique of interviews, which I have performed with personal staff from institutions providing leisure activities in the Pilsen region. Leisure activities help to children and youth to spend free time meaningfully. The aim of the research part of my bachelor thesis was to map institutions acting in the field of organisation of leisure activities for children and youth from groups threatened with social exclusion in the Pilsen region. The research questions I have put in the way, that I would ascertain, if the supply of leisure activities for children and youth from groups threatened with social exclusion in the Pilsen region is various and also, if supplied leisure activities for children and youth from groups threatened with social exclusion are financial available even for underprivileged families. For the purpose of the research I have addressed 47 institutions providing leisure activities for children and youth in the Pilsen region, from which only 11 have cooperated with me. From these I have chosen for the next cooperation the institutions, which organise leisure activities for children and young people from groups threatened with social exclusion. The majority of my respondents, specifically seven, are made up from houses for children and youth, I have cooperated with three institutions, which are directed to work with children and youth threatened with social exclusion, it's referring to Association of Romany civil initiatives AMARE, ČHAVE, Club Atom and the Children's home with school, primary school and school dining room Měcholupy. I have also cooperated with Centre of leisure time Pilsen. I have ascertained with the survey that the broadest supply of leisure activities in the Pilsen region is in big towns. From the survey follows that even in smaller towns is the supply of leisure activities, regarding number of interested persons, sufficient. Children have the biggest interest for motion and creative activities. The major part of interested persons for leisure activities are made up from girls and boys of younger school age, approximately from the second degree of primary school girls predominate. To promotion of the supply of leisure activities interviewed institutions use web pages and handbills, or they advertise in the press or in Facebook. The majority of them cooperate with school institutions and town cultural centres. Financial means can institutions gain from various sources, for example fees from participants, endowments, sponsors and own activity. Concerning financial availability of leisure activities, the financial aspect should not discourage in visit of the interest circle. The major part of activities can be replaced monthly, somewhere it is enabled to pay just visited lections. Some institutions provide leisure activities even quite free of charge, some can the fee in well-founded cases decrease or entirely forgive. Family can in well-founded cases apply by relevant social division for allowance on leisure activities for their children. My thesis Prerequisites for quality of leisure time by children in younger school-age, deals with spare time and its criteria of quality spending of free time in various social and geographical environments. The contribution of this study is to see another subjective insight into this issue. The purpose of this thesis is to achieve general knowledge about the way the kids spend their free time nowadays and what are the possibilities and presumptions for better or quality spending of their free time.

This bachelor thesis deals with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Its main aim is to outline the possibilities of its solution. The first chapter gives an overview on the area of conflict and conflict resolution. In the second chapter, the policy and interests of the key actors in this conflict - Israel and Palestine - are investigated. The third chapter is devoted to the other actors - stakeholders - of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict: to the United States of America, Russia, the European Union and the United Nations.

Adolescent needs of low-theshold club Oráč

The thesis deals with low-threshold youth work in the context of salesian pedagogy. Using secondary analysis examines the needs of adolescents recorded in official documents of low-threshold club Oráč. Needs are classified into the system of needs and research results are used to a comprehensive view of the declared needs of adolescents visiting low-threshold club of Salesian center in České Budějovice in 2012.
