Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání a osobnostní rozvoj zaměstnanců v organizaci Žatecký pivovar, s. r. o. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zpracována ve formě literární rešerše a jsou v ní definovány a popsány základní pojmy, které s tématem souvisejí. Tato část se zabývá především procesy rozvíjení zaměstnanců, oblastmi a metodami vzdělávání, potřebami vzdělávání a motivací. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku sledované organizace a základní informace o ní, proces adaptace nově příchozích zaměstnanců a představení některých ze vzdělávacích aktivit poskytované v této firmě. Tato část dále obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření včetně jejich grafického zobrazení, výsledky rozhovorů se zaměstnanci a následně souhrn těchto výsledků, na základě kterého byly formulovány návrhy na zlepšení situace. The bachelor thesis is focused on education and personal development of employees in the organization Žatecký pivovar, s. r. o. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part takes the form of a literature review in which are defined and described the basic concepts related to the topic of the thesis. This part deals mainly with the processes of development of employees, areas and methods of their education, educational needs and motivation. The practical part contains the characterization of mentioned organization and its basic information, the adaptation process of new employees and the introduction of some educational activities provided in this organization. There are also results of the survey including their graphical projection, the results of the interviews with employees, the summary of these results and subsequently formulated suggestions for improvement of the situation in the followed organization.
