Title: Identification and comparison of selected motor skills in elite U14 and U15 football players Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to objectify and compare selected indicators of motor skills in young elite football players category U14 and U15. Methods: 26 probands at age 14 and 15 were tested. Testing took place in one training unit. In the thesis are used the methods of observation and testing. In the result section we use a comparison method where the results of individual players were compared using statistical methods. During the testing Brower timing system, Optojump, sports radar and Fitt light cones were used. Results: The results of our thesis showed the differences in the physical abilities in terms of player posts as well as individual players. We divided our test file into defenders, midfielders and attackers. The highest level of endurance capability was shown by younger defenders and midfielder, strength capabilities of older defenders and attackers, speed acceleration capabilities and agility of younger invaders. Key words: football, testing, mobility skills, agility, endurance, strength, speed, category U14 and U15

Analysis of changes in endurance assumptions of ice hockey players during summer preparatory period
HOLICKÝ, Tomáš
The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison and evaluation of VO2max test results and body dimensions before and after the summer preparation for players of the ice-hockey team. We compared and evaluated the results. In total, 29 players were tested. This is one ice-hockey team where are different age groups of players. We tested the players in a functional diagnostic lab on a cycling ergometer. We have identified values that determine the maximum oxygen consumption of VO2max in muscle work, anaerobic threshold (ventilation). In the lab, we also had to measure the basic somatic dimensions of each individual on Tanita (foot scale) before testing. The practical part characterizes the test files, the procedure, the test results and the used test devices. Measured and resultant values are reported and processed in tables and graphs that were created in Statistics 12. The thesis confirmed the expected increase in VO2max at the end of the preparatory period as well as an increase in the percentage of muscle mass associated with body fat loss and weight loss.
Specific reliability of endurance shuttle swim test on 10m to 400m free style test at population of water polo players
Hauzner, Štěpán ; Musálek, Martin (advisor) ; Jurák, Daniel (referee)
Title: Specific reliability of endurance shuttle swim test to 10 m, to 400 m free style test at population of water polo players in relation age. Objectives: The aim is to approximate specific reliability of test for assessing endurance abilities at water polo players Methods: The work is a theoretical - empirical study, with the observation as the main research method. As the cross-sectional survey, testing was used as the basic method for data collection. A total of 15 participants were included in the study. The test set was created by the SK Usti nad Labem water polo players in the age category (18-22 years). The average age was 18.47 years (SD ± 1.20). Endurance Swimming Shuttle Test at 10 m made by Rechichi (2000) was used. We used test-retest method for the stability measure. Furthermore, the determination of the content equivalent of this test to the 400 m free swimming test was used to analyze the data obtained using descriptive statistical methods. Once the assumptions for parallelism of the tests were met, we used the correlation coefficient to approximate the specific reliability in the form of content equivalence and test stability. The Bland- Altman plot was used to assess of normality. Results: The reliability test (VCP) determined by the test-retest method Rel = 0.99. This result is...
Evaluation nutrition of representative and recreational endurance runners
Jančová, Jana ; Vilikus, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Martinča, Jozef (referee)
This bachelor thesis focused on the comparison nutrition of representative and recreational endurance runners. First part is theoretical. It deals with general concepts which are very important for understanding entire work. From general concepts it goes to specific sport nutrition focused on endurance. Practical part evaluates results, which were obtained from respondents. This is an analysis of four-day diet in two groups of people, followed by comparison and evaluation. Respondents from first group are representative endurace runners. Diets of respondents, which compete at high level in endurance sports, specially orienteering, are compared with group of recreational runners. Main objective of this work was to find out whether eating habits of representative endurance runners and recreational runners are different, if so, to what measure. Key words: run, endurance, performance, sport nutrition, diet
Achievement motivation in long distance triathlon
Buchar, Matouš ; Kovářová, Lenka (advisor) ; Horčic, Josef (referee)
Title: Achievement motivation in long distance triathlon. Objectives: Determine the level of achievement motivation among triathletes, what are the differences in achievement motivation in comparison with the general population and what are the main components of achievement motivation among triathletes focusing on long distance triathlons. Methods: To determine achievement motivation we will use LMI questionnaire. To determine the level of achievement motivation we will convert the results of averages using standardized table of standard nine values that will be drawn to test profile. For statistical comparison of triathletes and general population will be used the unpaired t-test and we will determine statistically significant differences. Results: Triathletes shown higher values in the various dimensions of achievement motivation in comparison with the general population. Statistically significant differences were demonstrated in the dimensions of: endurance (t = 2.08; p ≤ 0.05), engagement (t = 2.34; p ≤ 0.05), flow (t = 2.08; p ≤ 0.05), the preference of difficulty (t = 2.14; p ≤ 2.14) and competition (t = 2.37; p ≤ 0.05). Keywords: Triathlon, motivation, achievement motivation
