Business plan of the Mothers center Chomutov

The main aim of my diploma paper is elaboration of strategic concept for needs of the new rising mother 's center. The mother's center Chomutov start up in March 2006 as a non profit organization. In first part of my diploma paper I target the family and its function in community. Most of my attention belongs to children. In next part of my DP I describe development of non profit sector in the Czech Republic and its actual problems and needs. Next part of my DP is the chapter about strategic planning in non profit sector. The fundamental part of my DP creates the strategic analysis of the mother's center Chomutov, which I classify into the analysis of the surroundings, the analysis of the competition and the analysis of the inward sources of the organization. The practical part of my DP creates business plan of the mother's center Chomutov, which consists of these parts: purpose and description of the organization, marketing plan, management plan, operating plan, financial plan and legal plan. The state's essence and function in the Social Teaching of the Church

Over a century of the Catholic C hurch's social teaching is a topic of many economical and sociological studies. However, there is an absence of a compact political scientific view on the basis and principles of the Church's social doctrine. A description and evolution of the dimensions of the C hurch's social teaching seen from the view of political is the topic of this thesis. The C hurch's social teaching represents a compact group of documents, although different in some details, in which the Catholic Church expresses its view on economical and political aspects of human existence. A primary resource for C h u rch 's teaching in this field is the aristotle-thomistic philosophical reflexion of human social existence that considers some human anthropological natures to be essential for a determination of his social existence. The subject of the C hurch's social doctrine therefore represents a compact system in its historical perspective suited to its historical operation.

Harmonic analysis of a musical composition

This work describes what is known about music theory and it suggests an algorithm for dynamic just-intonation tuning. Software Prelad (Retune) is an integral part of this work. This software contains the following functions: loading a MIDI file containing a musical composition; inserting microtuning instructions and exporting to a MIDI file; classifying melodic and harmonic notes; the automatic suggestion of a tuning in the musical composition with a view to achieving just-intonation distances between notes in chords; the possibility of user corrections of the automatic suggestion; genetic algorithm to find suboptimal settings for the weighting of criteria for classifying melodic and harmonic notes. The text of this work contains the description of well-known tunings, the explanation of melodic and harmonic notes, the description of the MIDI-file format and the description of the software Prelad (Retune). It also describes the algorithm for the automatic suggestion of a tuning and the genetic algorithm for finding suboptimal settings for weighting of criteria for classifying melodic and harmonic notes. This text also contains the user's manual and the program documentation.

Diplomová práce se v úvodu zabývá dějinami knihoven ve dvou větších městech bývalého okresu Vsetín - ve Valašském Meziříčí a Vsetíně. knihovny Dále je práce je' věnována v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm dějinám a vývoji veřejné a následující část se soustřeďuje y- na zachycení a popis jejího současného stavu, přiblížení pracovišť a oddělení, jejich vybavení a poskytovaných služeb. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení průzkumu uspokojení potřeb uživatelů Městské knihovny v Rožnově pod Radhoštěm. Věnuje se také návrhům na směřování knihovny, jejích aktivit, činností a služeb v budoucích letech s ohledem na to, jak to vyžaduje měnící se poslání a funkce veřejných knihoven v informační společnosti. Práce přináší také konkrétní návrhy na aktivity a činnosti, kterými by se knihovna mohla začít zabývat. Návrhy vycházejí částečně ze současného stavu knihovny a reálných možností daných jejím vybavením a dovednostmi a znalostmi zaměstnanců; ~ástečně vycházejí z nenaplněných cílů knihovny.

Legal aspects of the fight against tax evasion

Legal aspects of the fight against tax evasion The aim of this thesis is an analysis of selected institutes fighting against tax evasion. Furthermore, an analysis of reasons for their implementation, their purpose and the problems associated with them. Also the current impact of tools that have been part of Czech law for long is reviewed. The thesis is divided into 8 chapters. The first chapter deals with basic concepts, such as a tax, its functions and principles. The second chapter discusses what is tax evasion, the issue of defying what is still considered a tax evasion and what not, and also highlights the socio- economic origin of tax evasion. Furthermore, the chapter summarizes effective and necessary tools in fight against tax evasion in the European Union, which provides the legal framework in tax laws for the Czech Republic. Finally, this chapter is an overview of the effects of cooperation and active battle against tax evasion within the European Union. In following chapters, various mechanisms are analysed. The first is an inspection report, a new tool introduce on 1/1/2016. This chapter also describe problems of carousel fraud and the analysis of the constitutional complaint filed related to this institute. This diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of small reservoir in collaboration with the company VZD Invest s. r. o. The first part aims at the basic description of the thesis subject – the small reservoir. Characteristics of small reservoir and calculations are processed in the second part. The third part is focused on the description of the current conditions. The main part consist of characteristics calculations of the small reservoir and proposal of the necessary reconstruction for future technical function. In conclusion, safety assessment of the proposed measures are evaluated.

The Institution Of Leisure Activities Youth Up To 18 Years Old

This bachelor thesis is focused on an institution of spending leisure time of youth up to 18 years. The theoretical part, firstly, sets out terms, like teenagers and factors. The first describes every phase of a child's age, and the second an influence on child's upbringing. Next, the thesis defines the function of upbringing and it's method, which also includes negative factors influencing leisure time. A certain scope is dedicated to the function and participants of teenager's leisure time, who are integral constituents. The description of nonprofit organizations of spending leisure time of youth, which one can also encounter, is also included in this part. The theoretical part is concluded by funding these institutions, and by possibility to get grants and funds. At beginning, the practical part deals with characteristics of Municipal part Prague 3, the it concentrates on "Dům dětí a mládeže Praha 3- Ulita". The institution is examined by Bronislaw Malinowski's analysis, which was published in his book "A Scientific Theory of Culture and Others Essays". The analysis survey if the institution has enough space for organizing its activities, if the offer of activities is sufficient, if the staff is qualified, and if they have sufficient resources for their activities. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the institution performs its mission according to its purpose and in accordance with law.
