In the research part of the thesis is briefly described the definition of costs, their classi-fication, the definition of calculations, methods of calculation, calculation formulas. The theoretical part is applied in the practical part and horizontal and vertical analysis is per-formed. Furthermore, the calculation of products and analysis of ratio indicators using cost-benefit returns. At the end of the thesis there is a summary of the research results and improvements are suggested.

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the cost of the profit in the years 2012-2017 of company Grafies, a.s. This work is divided into two parts. The first part defines the theoretical foundations by means literature. The second part deals with the processing of financial indicators and the company's costs are ana-lysed. Finally, recommendations are made on how to minimize company costs.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the cost management in a selected production company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the costs, to analyze the situation in which the enterprise is located, to create and propose cost reduction measures. The first part of the thesis contains literary research, theoretical information related to the solved problems. In the second part I use the knowledge from the literary research and apply them to the chosen company. The conclusion includes an evaluation of the current situation in the company and my recommendations to reduce costs and improve the economic situation in the company.

The diploma thesis The determination and analysis of the structure of the cost of wine production in selected winery company has two basic parts. The literature research introduces the issue of winemaking with a focus on individual technological operations of wine production. The thesis itself consists a description of technological machines and equipment of monitored companies, calculating of costs and cost structure analysis. The analysis of the costs of wine production in both cases showed that the most important component is the raw material (grapes). Another important item for the medium-sized company was the operation of machines, while for the smaller company the wage costs were the larger component because of the lower level of automation and efficiency of machines. The analysis of the cost of bottled wine shows that the most important items are the input raw material (produced wine) and the material (bottle with other elements).

The diploma thesis focuses on costs optimization in a selected company. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical background, which contains mainly analyses of the internal and external environment of chosen company and environmental issues. At the end of analytical part when all the analyses are executed, a SWOT analysis is performed in which are summarized all discovered findings. The last part of this diploma thesis tries to optimize costs in the company via investments.

Organization and course of construction contract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the organization and development of a construction contract. The theoretical part explains, what project management is, describe life cycle of the construction, assessment the price of the construction work and which software is used. In the practical part is the description of the contractor and how the construction proceeded. Subsequently, my alternative procedure is described and its valued by the expert estimate and with the price system. The aim is to evaluate the differences between the real and alternative progress of construction.

Analysis and comparison of wooden houses

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare on the cost of log cabins and frame wooden constructions and descriptions technology their construction. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and it deals with prices, costs and budgets, that arise in the construction industry. Further the thesis dedicates to construction systems of wooden buildings, their history and wood as building material. Finally the theoretical part describes technology of construction of log cabin and frame wooden houses, which is completed with own photographs and time – lapse video. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the cost of selected wooden buildings. Overall the analys is realize on three log cabins from the company Sruby Masiv s. r. o., on three log cabins from Haniš sruby s. r. o., on free frame wooden buildings of Wood System s. r. o. and on free frame wooden buildings of Rovax s. r. o., prices are compared of the six log cabin and with the six wooden buildings. At first the thesis deals with the characteristics of individual wooden buildings, the calculation of ratio indicators (built-up area, built-up area, floor area and volume of woodused in wooden buildings) then adjusted prices to prices of carcass and wood built into construction. Finally, the calculated values are summarized in orderly chart, based on what cost ofbconstruction can be compared and evaluated. The conclusion evaluates the aim of the thesis. It compares the technology of construction of log cabin and frame timber construction, its time length and difficulty of construction. Finally, the conclusion deals with the results of the analysis of the cost of selected wooden buildings.

The Use of Methods of the Project Management in IT Projects

This master´s thesis is focused on the practical use of project management methods for a project proposal of new attendance system for the primary school Vejrostova. First of all, the specifics of theoretical knowledge needed to understand the problematics, including the analysis of the corporate environment, are explained. Based on these outcomes, the project proposal solution is created for the main purpose of improving the quality of the school´s security system and improving internal services leading to increased employee efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Economic characteristics of the life cycle of building

Economic characteristics of building in the life cycle of the building work is a very broad topic. Captures economic part and associated technical part idem. Also, the life cycle of building work is very broad, a great many aspects and bearings enters into and influences the work. Excepting costs and prices of acquisition and maintenance of the works is necessary to observe quality of work performing. Both the materials used part and in terms of quality of each facture. This affects the amount of costs that may arise on the part of such unnecessary and degrading work as an entirety. This work attempts to describe all these aspects and influences, classify and appropriately use to monitoring of the works. All findings are tested on the building work - family house. The cornerstone is to find a suitable way of sorting accompanying work throughout its life cycle, allowing us to track costs and prices incurred on it. The conclusion consists answering questions and hypothesis exposed in the work.
