Optimization of costs in transportation company JOLLY trans, s. r. o.
Válek, Libor ; Novák, Radek (advisor) ; Rathouský, Bedřich (referee)
The Master´s Thesis deals with analyze of total costs in transportation company JOLLY trans, s.r.o., where these costs are divided into operational and financial. This thesis is preparing data for a pricing of the transportation. Operational costs are divided into salary for driver, fuel and much more, there are a lot of hidden charges, that affect the final price of transportation. Financial costs are one of the highest costs in company accountancy, because this costs include purchase of a truck and semitrailer. This thesis focus on optimization of this financial costs to save the money. Main goal of this Master´s Thesis is to set the minimal price that transportation company is able to offer to the customer to take profits. And then suggest how to cut the costs to realize higher profit.

Tax deduction for research and development
Švecová, Klára ; Francírek, František (advisor) ; Slintáková, Barbora (referee)
Research realised by the public sector leads to new knowledge. To achieve economic growth of the country, it is necessary that the results of such research could be useful for innovation in the private sector. It can be achieved by cooperation of both sectors. The government of the Czech Republic supports such cooperation since 2014, through the option for businesses to include costs of R&D services and intangible results of R&D purchased from public universities or public research institutions in the tax deduction for research and development. It can be also better used by small and medium enterprises, but the total amount of this tax incentive decreased in 2014 as compared with 2013. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the reasons for the low utilization rate of tax deduction for research and development and low levels of cooperation on R&D between enterprises and public sector, primarily universities.

The position of the World Bank in an international financial system
Bikitseyeu, Artsiom ; Marková, Jana (advisor) ; Metrah, Samy (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with the position of the World Bank in an international financial system and its role in supporting an economic growth of developing countries. The first part is aimed at the explanation of reasons of founding the World Bank, its goals and projects. In the second part there are clarified ways of gaining the resources and their usage. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on current troubles and their possible reforms.

Simulation of ultrasound sequences in contrast mode
Staňková, Jana ; Hesko, Branislav (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the principle of contrast imaging techniques for ultra-sound imaging. In the first part there are described basic principles and characteristics of ul-trasound waves for the understanding. It is also focused on ultrasound contrast agents used in contrast enhanced ultrasound imaging. The important part is the description of perfusion mo-dels with a focus obtain perfusion parametres and analyze perfusion curves obtained by mea-suring the ultrasound contrast agent over time. The second part is devoted to designing a pro-gram for generating simulated ultrasound images and description of the simulation of 2D ul-trasound tomograms.

Operational Parameters of LED and their Modelling
Pavelka, Tomáš ; Novák,, Tomáš (referee) ; Gašparovský, Dionýz (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
Doctoral thesis deals with parameters of LED light sources and their static and dynamic changes due to variable operational conditions. Firstly there is briefly described the history of light emitting diodes, that brought LED from unintentional observation of luminescence to light source, which is generally used through the whole area of lighting techniques. Thesis focuses on light parameters analysis, which are specific for semiconductor light sources and their mutual relations. These relations in compliance with understanding the principles of light emission in semiconductor light sources enable establishing of basic connections and effects usable for LED behaviour model. Mutual relations of LED parameters and influencing factors are verified by measurement of chosen testing samples. For deeper understanding of diode parameter influencing mechanisms there are analysed current degradation models including degradation of partial components. On the basis of these facts there is created a model of LED luminaire operating with LED parameters together with cooling system that represent the integral part of the luminaire. Impact of supply drivers is also studied, because they are necessary for LED operation. Designed model supports the area of static changes of light parameters, as well as the dynamic changes of output parameters. Presented model is verified by testing measurements at basic operational states and partially outside of the common operational limits. There are also presented the possibilities of real use of the model that involve the evaluation of designed luminaire for specific light sources, searching for optimal operational limits, optimization of luminaire heatsink or using public lighting systems for regulation of electricity grid load fluctuations.

Specific learning disorders of the pupils on the first grade of basic school
LAYEROVÁ, Michaela
My diploma thesis is about the issue of Specific Learning Disorders with focus on reading and writing of the pupils in the first degree of basic school. The thesis consists of two parts. In theoretical part there is a general explanation of specific learning disorders and their diagnostics and reeducation. Practical part is focused on the various suggestions, exercises and aims for the pupils suffering from dyslectic, dysgraphic and dysorthographic disorders. The aim is to help the teachers and parents to improve their work with these pupils to minimize the pupils´ handicap.

The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the investment and savings tools and methodology for the calculation of the final amount of the saved and evaluated. The methodology of calculations, in the same part describes the procedure for calculating values achieved. In the practical part of the proposed plan of allocation of financial resources of households, which differ in the amount of monthly income and choice of investment strategy, but the structure is identical requirements. The aim is to design the appropriate tools that within this timeframe will assess household deposits in requested amounts.
