The aim of the graduation thesis is to assess possibilities of marketing orientation of concern e-invent. Concern e-invent effects on information and communication technologies sector. Actual situation of ICT sector is analyzed before targeting marketing settings and strategy. Analysis is focused on finding opportunities and threats. The thesis tries to evaluate status of concern and explore pros and cons of concern compared with competitors. PEST analysis and Porter analysis is used for assessing actual situation on the market. VRIO method, financial analysis and value-forming chain help to reveal its strengths and weaknesses. SWOT analysis summarizes and evaluates findings of particular methods. Analysis helps to formulate objectives and strategies.

Self-help activities of siblines and childern of people with mental illness

Práce se zabývá problematikou svépomocných aktivit sourozenců a děti lidi s duševnim onemocněním. Jejim cílem je zmapovat tyto aktivity v zahraničí i v ČR, ukázat v jakém kontextu vznikají a fungují a navrhnout jejich další rozvoj a možnosti v ČR. Snažím se v ní upozornit na specifické problémy, se kterými se sourozenci a děti lidí s duševním onemocnění setkávají a odůvodnit tak existenci specifických svépomocných aktivit právě pro tyto dvě cílové skupiny. V první části práce (kapitola 1) nastiňuji vliv, který má rodina na průběh duševního onemocnění svého člena a jak je tedy důležité se rodinou zabývat a pomáhat jí. Dále se věnuji specifickému postavení sourozence a dítěte člověka s duševním onemocněním a poukazuji na to, jaký dopad má duševní onemocnění vliv přímo na tyto dvě cílové skupiny. Shrnuji také, jaké pro ně v současnosti existují profesionální služby v ČR a porovnám je se situací v zahraničí. V druhé části práce (kapitola 2) se zabývám svépomocnými aktivitami nejprve rodin lidí s duševním onemocněním obecně (jejich charakteristickými rysy, historickým vývojem v zahraničí i v ČR) , dále pak svépomocnými aktivitami přímo sourozenců a dětí. Srovnávám situaci v ČR a v zahraničí v této oblasti a na příkladech svépomocných aktivit fungujících v zahraničích navrhuji jejich možný rozvoj v českém prostředí.

An Analysis of Effectiveness of Grant Subsidies in the Context of the Common Agricultural Policy of the EU. Case Study: A Farm in the Central Bohemian Region

The topic of this bachelor thesis is an assessmment of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union. The most important aim of the work is to analyze an impact of the recently adopted regulations under the CAP seen from the general economic stance. In the first part, the theoretical one, I focus on the analysis of effectiveness of grant subsidies in the agricultural sector. I namely evaluate arrangements of the European Union which are meant for farmers and are generally subject to changes as a consequence of the CAP reforms. The second part of my bachelor thesis might be called the practical one. I describe the situation of a random private agriculturist, carrying out a farm in the Czech Republic. The aim of this case study is an evaluation of certain advantages and disadvantages borne for the time being by an enterpreneur in the agricultural sector in the context of the Common Agricultural Policy.

Internet has an important role in the society. Internet is one of the most important factors to transmit and receive information. Information in electronic form has advantages and risks. The aim of this work is to describe the advantages and risks and recommend how to proceed in a given situation. In the first part we will work with demarcation of the importance of information and what information is. There is no a single view on information. Here we meet with the definitions of various disciplines. In the second part of the work is described the computerization of the pros and cons associated with that new approaches and technologies have brought. The aim of the computerization is to come to the emergence of the Internet and characterized the current information society in a few selected contexts, when the society is dependent on modern information networks and information.

The objective of this bachelor paper is to analyze human resources activities of a family company GRUND Inc. with the help of observation and questioning. Particularly it concerns the following activities: formation and analysis of working positions, human resources planning, obtaining and choosing of employees, accepting and adjustment of employees, managing the job performance and evaluating the employees, education and formation of the employees, and rewarding the them. The aim is to learn the way in which the individual activities of the company are performed, what the conventional procedures in solving particular situations related to human resources work are, and if it is possible to make all the branch of human resources more effective.

The graduation theses "Sustainability of public finance and results of reforms in Finland" is dealing with devolopment of finnish reforms of public finance since 1990 until now.The first part describes the tax system of Finland and the main part of thesis analyzes the reforms of public finance and tax reform. The aim of this dissertation is strike a balance of sustainability of public finance and to find perspectives and recommendation for Czech republic.

EU legislation about working conditions of drivers operating in international haulage

The aim of the work is a detailed analysis of EU legislation (e. g. orders and regulation, direction and their transposition to the czech law) concerned with working conditions of drivers, enterpreneurs and all other persons operating in international road transport. A special emphasise is placed on the latest regulation form in this sphere (EU order number 561/2006), which brought the current changes. The work provides a comprehensive overview of the current legislative and shows the impacts of the new changes in practice. Beyond, it demonstrates and explains some concrete situations and problems from the working routine, that are dealed daily by the drivers, forwarding agents, transporters and the proprietors of transport companies as well.

Analyze of the business opportunity in the field of crude oil tank mixing and cleaning by means of the new technology DS Jet Mixers

Scope of work was technical-commercial analyze with the aim of finding out if the foundation of a specialized subsidiary company by maintenance department outsourcing would have a real and economical justness. The specialized subsidiary would receive right and know-how of patented modern technology the DS Jet mixers designated for crude oil tank mixing and cleaning. Outcome of the thesis is found break-even point when applies the plan in terms of organizational-economical matters and which action would be necessary taken. Theoretical part of work explains specific of enterprise in new sphere of business, new technologies and services trends in Europe. There are discussed typical Europe crude oil market issues, explained principals of market and product analyze, internal process optimization methods and outsourcing in this part. Financial and break-even point analyzes is defined. Practical and analytical part includes the DS Jet Mixers technology description, implementation of the system in the MERO ČR, a. s. and the technology SWOT analyzes inclusive of competition benchmark. With market research had been checked EU market opportunities and marked attractive markets. The way of subsidiary foundation is proposed. The Integral part of the analytical part creates intended the break-even point. In the summary is comprehensive analyzes outcomes and recommended solution in current statute. Furthermore is advised marginal number of orders since when outsource the activities with the DS Jet mixers into subsidiary company.

The impact of the Media's perceived image on the No Bases civic initiative's development

The thesis is focused on influence of media image on folowing-up activities of the social movement. Thesis analyses the interaction of created media image and subsequent reaction or change of argumentation of the social movement. The analysis deals with the interaction between the media and activists - members of one of the largest civic initiatives of post-revolutionary period - the No Bases Initiative, and the analysis is time-bounded from the foundation of this initiative to the end of 2007. The main part of this thesis is the analysis of several key events organized by the initiative and the media response of these actions. It is outlined how the media analysis were performed - by the testimony of former members. In accordance, the research questions - how was the activity of initiative influenced by interpretations of media outputs and he extent to which the initiative was successful in asserting their arguments and frameworks in the media? The methods of research are participant observation, document analysis, discourse analysis of media coverage and interviews with key players in the initiative. Selection of the analyzed events was based on the fact whether the action was organized in order to attract media attention, search has been consulted with key research respondents.
