Strategy of Secondary Schools in the Struggle for Students

This bachelor work deals with strategies of secondary schools in the fight for students in connection with school management at two similar secondary vocational schools in one region. In this partially neglected issue, attention is paid to the current issue of recruiting new pupils at secondary schools and the associated way of managing and managing the school and its staff within the school management. The issue is viewed from the point of view of describing roles and exercising the functions of education policy actors - namely directors, but also from the point of view of the overall situation in the region. The issue is also explored in the framework of observation directly at two events related to the recruitment of pupils. The basis of the thesis is a comparative case study in which the thesis describes and analyzes the strategies and the offer of two secondary vocational schools that work side by side in one region, but they are undoubtedly different. The thesis concludes that the most important elements in the recruitment of students are the policies themselves, their form, management and leadership from the position of the director, the applicants for study and the external factors acting on the education market in the region. This bachelor thesis has a comparative character. It focuses on a comparison of educational systems between Czech Republic and Italy. The first theoretical part of the thesis characterizes primary features of both educational systems. Areas of education are briefly described to aid a better orientation in the thesis. The second part contains a comparison of specific areas of educational systems based on data suggested in the first part. As a conclusion, the thesis contains a bilingual glossary with relevant therminology.
Comparison of pre-school education in the Czech Republic and Spain

This thesis compares and contrasts the educational systems of pre-school education in the Czech Republic and Spain. The theoretical part contains chapters devoted to comparative pedagogy and descriptions of pre-school education in Europe, the Czech Republic and Spain. The practical part describes the methodologies employed of qualitative research, observation and interview. In addition there are case studies of two specific kindergartens. The first kindergarten is in the village of Dolni Hermanice in the Czech Republic and the second in the village of Deia on the Spanish island of Mallorca.
Development and education of teachers in the pre-primary education system

The diploma thesis devoted to "Development and education of teachers of pre-primary education system" examines the needs of pedagogical education and other possibilities of education of pedagogical staff of pre-primary education. The thesis deals with the development of professional and competence skills that are applicable in the pre-primary education system. The thesis deals with the legislative requirements for the education of future teachers, which is adequate for full use. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the system of the pre-primary education required by the system of education and to compare it with the requirements of the real needs of the pre-primary education activities of the educator in order to prepare for education with the help of their competence skills. Asked research questions are whether the theoretical and practical knowledge gained by the required study is sufficient according to the teachers' views for the performance of a novice pre-primary educator, whether pre-primary educators are trying to engage in further education and what types of courses are used by pre-primary teachers. Christianity in Primary Education

This diploma thesis Christianity in Primary Education is focused on Christianity (namely holidays and saints, Bible stories and basics of Christianity) in primary teaching. The area of Christianity in Czech public education is analysed on the basis of informations which are contained in curricular documents and textbooks. The results are compare with some other European states. The semi-structured interviews allowed to examine more in detail the influence of teachers and their attitudes in connection with teaching about Christianity. The response to these interviews is the activity file which is possible to use as a teaching tool.
Education system in the Czech republic and in Kingdom of Spain

The aim of the thesis is to compare the educational systems of two European states with different state institutions, history and current political-historical situation. The work will be of comparative character and will be based mainly on the work with the studied literature. The work will use both Czech and Spanish literature. The main benchmarking tool will be the International Standard Classification of Education at ISCED 2011. In the practical part, this classification will be applied to both education systems, and at the end of each level of education there will be comparisons. The result will be a simultaneous evaluation and comparison of the education system of the Kingdom of Spain and the Czech Republic. Ethics in an education of social workers

This diploma thesis deals with the ethical education of social workers. First, it deals with the education of social workers in the field of social work and it points to the importance of the standard in the education not only in the field of social work. It also points out the importance of ethics in the education of social workers and the overall education system at universities. At the same time, it examines whether the current education system of the future social workers in the field of ethics is set in such a way that the future social workers gain the necessary knowledge and therefore whether the content of the minimal ethical standard meets the content and effect of teaching the ethics of professors at universities. Research focuses both on cantors and on the future social workers.

Educational system in China and its impact on the country's competitiveness

The thesis is devoted to the topic of the educational system in China. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the impact of higher education on competitiveness and to verify the hypothesis that investing in human capital is a key factor in increasing China's competitiveness. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic definitions of competitiveness and the indices in which competitiveness is measured. It also characterizes specific pillars of given indices. The practical part evaluates the educational system, its history, the basic structure and, in particular, the problems that are present in the field of educationg in China. The second part is devoted to the impact of higher education on China's competitiveness. By using the well-known competitiveness indexes, the thesis evaluates the criterion focused on higher education. Part of the chapter is to look at the actual reforms implemented by the Chinese government in order to eliminate the problems with which the education system is linked, thus contributing to increasing overall competitiveness in the country.
