Visual experince as example and pattern in relation to the expansion and influence into human life

The main theme of this dissertation is to define an image as a visual experience. The human interaction is described by the author himself as a perception of the image, which serves as an information unit that could be presented as a possibility, example and pattern for the individual. There is an emphasis on the process of perception itself and on the way of interaction of an individual emphasizing the context of social learning and imitation in this text. The analysis of the principles of this interaction leading into introduction of the partial interactive models covering these processes is formed by the essential plane. The structure of the thesis is divided into ten main chapters in which the author tries to introduce a category of perception, a definition of the image and imitation as a tool of cultural transmission, presentation of the units of this transmission, the process of the interaction itself and analogous example of the fundamental role that a person in this interaction holds. There are also three analogies of these roles, which refer to the anthropological universal interaction describing the man as a gatherer and hunter. Abortion and men's role

This thesis deals with research of men, who have experience with abortion of their girlfriends. My research attention was focused on men, who experienced abortion on their own. In Czech Republic almost no researches about men and abortion have been conducted and that is the reason why I started with this research. My research consists of a semi- structured interviews with five men. By analytical process of coding I created eight categories. We expect from men that they will be support for their girlfriends and they also want to act like that and be supportive. Men want take care of their partner. Men's role is to be support in this situation. They are aware of that this problem is mainly about women and that abortion is happening on woman body. But men want to be part of this situation. If they are not, they feel useless. After abortion they usually feel relief or sometimes guilt. But their emotions are varied. Abortion is also important incident for relationship between man and woman. Both usually think about future of the relationship.

Manageriness as Mothers. Life Stories that leads to Interruption of Social Concessions

In this short qualitative study, which is called "MANAGERINESS AS MOTHERS. LIFE STORIES THAT LEADS TO INTERRUPTION OF SOCIAL CONCESSIONS…", author is dealing with the issue of combining family and working life in lives of Czech women in managerial positions. Eight communication partners that participated in this study show us with their life story, that even mothers can by professionally successful. In an analysis of interviews, subject such as planned motherhood, changes in lifestyle after the birth of a child, instruments that helps to harmonize family and working life, home care or the importance of education and money in lives of these women, are shown. At the end of the study the author comes to conclusion that their success costs not only on their determination and help from surrounding, but also on their financial possibilities, that their positions brings to them.

Nurse and her role in the field of blood donation

Bachelor thesis "The nurse and her role in blood donation" is focused on the nurses activities in attracting new blood donors evaluate the effectiveness of their efforts and propose ways to obtain new contributory blood donors. This essay consists of a theroretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the history and present of blood donation, the goals of the role of nurses in blood donation and subsequently detailed analysis of education and motivation of nurses to obtain new blood donors along with practical suggestions that can help increase the number of blood donors. The empirical part consists of a questioning, which was administered by nurses working in surgical clinics at FN Motol and blood donors from two blood donor centers - Ústav hematologie a krevní transfúze and Transfúzní oddělení Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice, with whom blood bank of FN Motol cooperates. Media representation of the costruction of gender roles in a total institutionon the example of Orange is the new black

The diploma thesis Media representation of the construction of gender roles in a total institution on the example of Orange Is the New Black series is a content research with application of qualitative methods, which analyses and describes the use of feminine and masculine gender roles in a women's prison. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part I described the theory, which is essential for understanding the topic. Here I looked into the history and theory of total institutions, prisons and imprisonment. I also put and emphasis on gender, theories of social and media construction of reality and gendered media content. In the second, methodological part I characterized the analysis sample and the research method. I also defined thematic categories, research questions and objectives of the research. The research is based on the ethnographic research of Kateřina Nedbálková. With the help of her analysis I defined the analytical categories, into which I divided the research. I analyzed selected data and from those I deduced relevant conclusions, I answered my research questions and evaluated the given objectives.

Parental alkoholism and its impact on the psyche of children

In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis, there is a general summary of information about alcoholism, children's psyche and their developement, family, and strategies focusing on coping with the fact that their parents are people with greater problems, issues in the family and the impact of family on a child. The thesis consists of a possible precaution for children of parents- alcoholics and publication which was written mainly by the offspring of such parents for them. European Union's influence on the Middle East (in the context of the economic-political cooperation and Union for Mediterranean)

Diploma thesis "the European Union's influence on the Middle East" is focused on problems of the European Union and its role and influence in that region. From this thesis is evidence that Europe or the EU took and still take interest in the Middle East and that its influence on that region from 90's of 20th century is getting bigger because of emergent common policy of EU in face of that region. EU increasing influence on the Middle East will be looked about EU foreign policy on the Middle East aimed at its economic and politic or security aims. This thesis is stressed at power-political and human-cultural structure among regions like the basis for understanding of complete influence the EU on that region. In next step the research characterizes foreign policy of the EU on the Middle East from the view of rise and development, actors, instruments and economic and politic or security aims. From the view of economic aims the thesis point out the energetic links focusing on oil and natural gas. From the view of politic or security aims the thesis approves that EU has increased its presence on the Middle East particularly by civil missions in Palestine and Iraq.
