Diagnostics of verbal abilities of children from a linguistic point of view

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of verbal subtests of selected Intelligence tests (Analytical Test of Intelligence, Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children, Vana Intelligence Test and Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children). The analysis focuses on the types of verbal abilities and communication skills examined by those tests, and on types of exercises used in the psycho-diagnostics practice. The thesis concentrates on the tests used for diagnostics of verbal abilities in Czech children who are in the age group of up to 12 years. The theoretical part includes basic terms of the theory of Intelligence and Intellect abilities and basic knowledge of child development. The so called pre-school evolution is the most important period because of the child language acquisition and because of the development of communication abilities and skills at the lexical-semantic, morphological-syntactic, phonetic-phonologic and pragmatic levels. The thesis concentrates on the so called younger age evolution as this period is primarily connected with the school maturity / readiness. Managerial Communication in the Selected Organization

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to demonstrate the great importance of effective managerial communication in day-to-day life of organization. The literature research deals with the structure of managerial communication. It provides an overview of communication skills as well as the instruments of internal and external communication. The company Production Sito s.r.o. in Starý Pelhřimov is selected for the practical part of the thesis. The thesis describes the actual state of individual elements of managerial communication in the chosen company. An unstructured interview with the top manager is used as a source of information. Finally, some changes leading to improvement of internal and external communication are suggested there.
Past and present school of Jaroslav Jezek in the context of teaching czech language

My bachelor under the title "Past and present School of Jaroslav Jezek in the context of teaching Czech language" thesis deals with the early education and teaching of visually impaired children in the Private institution for blind childrenand sick eyes and further it describes the current characteristics and principles of teaching visually impaired children at the elementary school of Jaroslav Jezek. The bachelor thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the history of education and teaching visually impaired children in the Czech lands. The second chapter summarizes the principles and specifics of teaching and further highlights the importance of touch and compensatory aids during the class. The third chapter follows the influence of reading and the spoken word for children with visual impairments. The fourth chapter deals with the course of lesson of Czech language at the elementary school of Jaroslav Jezek and competitions and cultural events in which children participate
Pupils' Communication when Solving Problems in Mathematics in Groups

Cooperative group work presents further tasks for students in addition to solving the assigned problems themselves. The students are forced to formulate their suggestions and approaches and defend, substantiate and explain them to their partners more than when they are working independently. When working cooperatively, the students create and reconstruct their relationships to one another. Cooperation in a group can give the students room to acquire new skills not only in the area of mathematics, but also in the area of interpersonal communication and social relationships. The aim of this thesis is to identify features which are characteristic for communication in the cooperative solving of problems and to determine whether communication in the group influences the process of problemsolving, and if so, how. The basis for the analysis was a corpus of transcripts of conversations between students which took place as part of an experiment. In this experiment, elementary school students of homogeneous ability between the ages of 13 and 15 worked on solving logic problems in small groups. The students' task was to solve an assigned set of problems and to explain their ideas and approaches to each other in such a way that every member of the group could understand the process leading to the achieved solution. The Importance of Manager´s Communication

Bachelor thesis deals with internal communication at Amadeus hotel, located in Aktau, Kazakhstan. The main goals of this work is to analyze and define the main ways and channels of internal communication within the hotel. Partial aim is to define the main communication skills of managers and their importance in the company. Yet another objective is to establish guidelines for communication manager with subordinates (internal communication). The work mainly used the following methods: a literature review of the theoretical part, analysis of internal communication at the polling staff to determine the details of the setting of internal communications at the hotel and effectiveness of this communication.
The development of personality and communication skills of pupils with intellectual disability in the primary education

The bachelor thesis is aimed to personality development and communication skills of pupils with mental disorder in primary education, particularly in first grade of special primary school. This kind of school creates unique facilities for education of pupils with intermediate, upper-intermediate and deep mental retardation. The goal of education is equip these pupils with knowledge and also develop their physical and mental abilities and conditions for adaptation in society in maximal range. The theoretical part is composed of five chapters and their own parts. The first one is aimed to mental disorder its determination and characteristics each grades of mental disorder. The second chapter deals with education it determinates primary education, describes choices of pupils in primary education with mental disorder and deals with education of pupils with mental disorder in first grade in primary school in detail. The third chapter deals with personality it determinates the term personality, rises up the importance of family and school system as important socialization factors, describes curiosity in each personality of pupils with mental disorder and informs us about some methods and tools, which use special teacher in order to develop personality of pupils. The fourth chapter is engage in communication it includes the definition and description of communication and communication skills, the characteristics of disruptive communication skill, the list and characteristics of common appearing symptomatic disorder of speech, the speech descriptions of pupils according to the level of their mental disorder and finally tools and methods of development communication skills. In the fifth until the seventh chapter there is brief description of three organizations in South-bohemian region, where the research for the purpose of this thesis took place. Particularly there are following organization The Nursery school, Primary school and Practical school Trhové Sviny, Diakonie ČCE the Rolnička centre and ARPIDA, the centre for rehabilitation of people with health disorder, z. ú. There are special primary schools described in detail in these organizations. The main goal of the practical part was find out the opinions of special teachers who deal with choices of development personality and communication skills of pupils with mental disorder in first grade in special primary school. The part goal was find out what methods, tools and forms of work special teachers use in order to achieve this development of pupils. For a fulfillment above stated goals was chosen a qualitative investigation. To gain important information was used the method of asking and the chosen technology was a half structured interview. The interview was done with six special teachers, who work in first grade of special primary school in above stated organization. The research was done in March 2016. In attachment there are questions to half structured interview. From research results follows that special teachers do not find out any spectacles in education in special primary schools that defend an optimal development of pupils. In these schools is used individual attitude so that is why specific needs of all pupils are respected. All of three special primary schools, in which the research took place, are using therapy attitude, means of alternative and augmentative communication, they keep their own daily rituals and provide their pupils speech treatment. The tools and methods supporting personality development and communication skills of pupils are different in each school but on principle there are adapting in order to fulfill needs of each pupil. The bachelor thesis could be used as a study material mainly for students in branch of special pedagogy or psychology. It also can provide interesting and important information for parents who have children with mental disorder, teachers and other people who are devote on this problematic.

This Bachelor's thesis describes creating didactic aids for secondary schools which provide, conditional and improve course of the teaching process. Objective of the theoretic part is to classify and characterize didactic tools, describes the latest trends and demands for creating didactic aids and their subsequent use in teaching process. Sub-objective is to characterize and define demands for the ac-quisition of key competences of school graduates, especially communicative com-petences. Processing method of the theoretic part is study of specialized litera-ture, analysis, synthesis and comparison of these specialized literary sources fo-cused on material didactic resources, teaching documents and competences in education. The main objective of the practical part is creating teaching aid into practical teaching which provides students learning text for acquisition and con-solidation of communication skills and business communication. Part of the aid is also material for leading the teaching of the communication skills.
Internal Communication in Selected Company.

The diploma thesis concerns the internal communication in the company which I have selected. The theoretical part of the thesis describes generally the findings about communication and internal communication. The body focuses on an analysis of the internal communication within the selected company, using the questionnaire. The analysis includes recommendations based on the results of the survey, which could enhance the effectiveness of internal communication within the company structure.
Evaluation of Communication with Foreign Customers of TEMPISH Ltd. with Possible Improvement Proposals

The subject of this master’s thesis is communication with foreign customers in the company TEMPISH Ltd. The thesis is divided into two parts connected to each other and complements each other. It is the theoretical basis and its subsequent practical use. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the concepts of communication, customer and their forms. In the practical part of the thesis communication with customers in the company TEMPISH Ltd. is characterized. This part also covers analysis of survey results. Based on the findings proposals to improve the current state of communication, especially with foreign customers, are described.
