Extreme obstacle racing
Simandl, Radek ; Hájková, Jana (advisor) ; Rotková, Hana (referee)
Extreme obstacle racing is a brand new sporting industry that is currently developing most not only in Europe but also around the world. I focused mainly on introducing this new sport in order to find out different level of the motor skills of beginners and professionals. In the theoretical part of my work, I defined what is characteristic for this sport and why it is so famous and wanted today. In the practical part, using the proposed test battery, I tested all the motor skills of beginners and professionals in order to identify the real physical differences between them. As a result of these facts, methods of testing, observation, processing, evaluation, analysis and statistics of data, along with the study of professional literature, were used. Based on the established hypotheses, I asked questions that I had in my opinions and attitudes to the beginners and professionals of this thriving sport. Through research and testing, we have found that professionals are certainly more dominant in motor skills than beginners with overall predominance in all underlying motor tests that included speed, endurance, strength and coordination tests. The benefit of this work is the analysis and introduction of a new sporting industry, including the main discovery of real differences between beginners and...
The impact of static and dynamic stretching on coordination and flexibility in children in primary school
Plachá, Tereza ; Kainová, Lucie (advisor) ; Jahodová, Gabriela (referee)
TITLE: The impact of static and dynamic stretching on coordination and flexibility in children in primary school AUTHOR: Tereza Plachá DEPARTMENT: Katedra tělesné výchovy SUPERVISOR: Mgr. Lucie Kainová ABSTRACT: In my final thesis I want to deal with two types of warm-up - static stretching and dynamic stretching. Warming up is an important part not only of the sport performance, but also at the beginning of the physical education lesson. In schools, this phase is often neglected. With the help of selected tests, I will observe primary school pupils at primary school to get better results after static or dynamic stretching. I will watch them in coordination and flexibility. I compiled two types of stretching, which I will try in grades 1, 3 and 5. In the first lesson, I will do static stretching with the pupils after the proper warm-up. In the second lesson, I will include dynamic stretching along the busy part. In the main part of the lesson, the pupils then pass three tests for coordination - flamingo, crossing the bench and running with the roll; and three for flexibility - standing forward bend, shoulder joint range, and hip joint range. After dynamic stretching, the children are warmed up, reaching the necessary temperature for further activities. They have a greater range of motion and therefore...

Schmidt, Jakub ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title: Principles for creating an exercise unit focusing on a deep stabilization system Student: Jakub Schmidt Supervisor: PhDr. Pavel Hráský, PhD. Objectives: Describe the principles on which it is working with the deep stabilization system built. Highlight the importance of the HSS from the as a precautionary measure the therapeutic point of view. To provide a sufficient volume of information from the anatomical and kinesiological sphere for the general public on the basis of the available literature. Point out the common mistakes when working with HSS individuals often commits. Assemble a training unit for 4 levels of complexity, from the simplest from the point of view of postural position, after the more challenging types. Each training unit to equip a reservoir and a description of the individual exercises for the subsequent implementation. The tasks of the work: Study the professional literature of the chosen topic, create a total of 4 exercise units divided according to performance. Determine the criteria by which it can be in the selection of units to manage. Key words: natural range, muscle dysbalance, stabilization, coordination, mobilization
Impact of 3months SM system exercise program on the spiral muscle chains in elderly
Poulová, Barbora ; Daďová, Klára (advisor) ; Hráský, Pavel (referee)
Title: Influence of the three month programme called Spiral vertebrae stabilization - SM system on function of the spiral muscle chains of seniors Objectives: Main objective of the thesis is to prove positive influence of group exercise by methodology of spiral vertebrae stabilization - SM system by MUDr. Richard Smisek on functions of movement system of seniors. Methods: Theses is empirically-theoretically based with using of kvaziexperiment research. There was one group of 12 participants, where 7 of them (6 women and 1 man in- between 65-75 years), were involved in three month exercise period. Participants were tested by 5 function tests by Smisek (2015), which they are evaluating function of spiral chains, with use of tailor meter and the protractor. Results: There were no substantial results during the three month intervention in the monitored parameters. The main cause was insufficient attendance, which was for more obvious results very important. It would be more relevant if we were use longer period of exercise - at least half a year. We can establish positive influence only with three participants, which they had at least fifty percent attendance. We came to the conclusion, that other physical activities of our participants also have high influence on our positive results. Keywords: SM...
Training of the stabilization system on the body
Schmidt, Jakub ; Hráský, Pavel (advisor) ; Jebavý, Radim (referee)
Title: Training of the stabilization system of the body Student: Jakub Schmidt Supervisor: PhDr. Pavel Hráský, PhD. Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to suggest options for improving sports performance through training of a deep stabilization system of the body. The thesis based on anatomical physiological knowledge which servers as basis for formation of this type of training. Methods: To determine the quality of a training of the deep stabilization system survey was created and aimed on coaches of fitness. Survey should find out how extensive is the trainers knowledge and experience with this type of training. Creation took place through an online program Survio, and the evaluation of the data was presented by means of MS Excel and MS Word. Key words: development, natural range, balance, stabilization, coordination, mobilization
Coordination of operation of PST transformers in the interconnected region
Tesař, Jan ; Topolánek, David (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with phase-shifting transformers (PST) and coordination of electrically close devices in an interconnected region. Theoretical research is performed in the work, describing methods of power control, function and design of PST, as well as actual methods of PST coordination in the rest of the world. Based on the research there is an optimalisation algorithm designed in MATLAB, which computes recommended tap petting of PST based on the network configuration. In the second part of this thesis there are described components of this algorithm and also presented the results of three demonstrative scenarios. Algorithm is able to solve minor problems in the network; more complex problems are beyond its solving ability. For an improved functionality there is a necessity to further expand this algorithm by a network redispatch solving algorithm.

Zbořilová, Martina ; Kračmar, Bronislav (advisor) ; Jandová, Soňa (referee) ; Hnízdil, Jan (referee)
Title: Kinesiological analysis of the rowing stroke on a single scull and on a rowing ergometer Concept 2 comparison Purposes: The purpose of the present study was to determine a specific structure in timing of selected muscles during two movement patterns - rowing on a single scull and rowing on an ergometer Concept 2. Methods: By surface electromyography we recorded muscular activity, synergies and involvement throughout mean cycle of the rowing stroke. Results: The mutual correlations of mean EMG curves of all measured muscles showed, that there were not found any differences in inter-locomotive synchronization of selected muscles. Established values of correlation (r) showed higher level of dynamic balance (performance similarity between both measured activities. Determination of the muscular activity timing considering onsets and cessations, was in the percentual results explication of the movement cycle inter-locomotive different. Conclusion: Results showed a great similarity in synergies organizing the muscular coordination in between both measured physical activities. But timing of the movement was different in the moments of muscular activity onsets during rowing and during ergometer rowing. This may be attributed to the specificity of on-water locomotion. Key words: Rowing, Concept 2,...
Coordination of social security systems on the EU level
Tomáš, Daniel ; Kačírková, Eliška (advisor) ; Grmelová, Nicole (referee)
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the coordination of social security systems on the EU level. The thesis firstly deals with the European union itself, its historical development and present form. Further, the thesis is concerned with the rudimentary partition of the EU law and competences, including the areas of their effect and the basic legislation of the social area in the EU treaties. In the second part, the thesis pursues the means of coordination, onto which people and under what circumstances can the coordination rules be applied. Furthermore, the fundamental principles of coordination are going to be introduced and explained in this part, as well as the Regulations themselves and the general application of coordination rules on different social benefits. The third chapter focuses on the European Court of Justice and the definition of its structure and tasks within the EU and moreover the analysis of individual judgements of ECJ related to social security coordination.
