Vlček, Tomáš ; Havel, Jan (advisor) ; Svoboda, Miroslav (referee)
This thesis is dedicated to clarification of the Austrian approach to the central bank policies, particularly in relation to production structure changes and disruption of the price coordination mechanism. Firstly, I will try to clarify the theoretical patterns, as formulated by the founders of this concept, which is known as the Business Cycle Theory, and then I confront the theoretical knowledge with real statistical data from the U.S. in recent years. The thesis should show, that the Business Cycle Theory can thanks to its complexity and logical structure fully reveal the real causes of the recent economic crisis and that even after decades since its first formulation it can be considered as actual and functional conception, which should be taken into account when deciding on monetary issues.

Under the monastery vine by Elin Pelin and its connection to the well of Saint Clare by Anatole France
Obůrková, Tereza ; Čolobova, Žoržeta (referee) ; Grigorov, Dobromir (advisor)
On the basis of the contradictory opinions of Bulgarian critics, the objective of this study was to compare the short story cycle Under the monastery vine by Elin Pelin and The We/l of Saint Clare by Anatole France and to determine their relation. Detailed analyse of the books revealed the significant difference. Elin Pelin in the legendary stories presents his model of the ideal world (the world of the fantasy of the common faith of Bulgarian people). Bulgarian writer demonstrates the truth he is convinced of to the reader by basing the narrative on the plot. The We/l af Saint Clare is not a homogeneous book, it can be devided into two parts, where the first part deals with the impressive themes that are remarked by the parnasist beginnings of Anatole France (his pure aesthetical attitude towards writing is at variance with the attitude of Elin Pelin). The stories of the second part are full of philosophical meditations and monologues, in which a french writer takes the engaged position, characteristic for his supreme works. He is not only against the fanatic and dog matic manifestations of the religion like Elin Pelin, but he is also against the faith as such. However Anatole France does not directly instruct the reader, he only demonstrates that any "truth" could be challenged and questioned and any...

Urbánek, Martin ; Ševčíková, Michaela (advisor) ; Loužek, Marek (referee)
The main goal of my bachelor thesis is to analyze and compare steps against crisis, which were proposed in the Czech Republic to alleviate the effects of the Financial Crisis there. I focus mainly on the National anti-crisis plan and its possible alternatives. The whole analysis is based on available empirical dates. In a theoretical part I deal with current financial and economic crisis from the point of view of economic theory. I focus mainly on the theory of Financial Crisis and the theory of the Business Cycle. In the second part I deal with indicators of current Financial Crisis and I describe the current state of world economy as a result of financial and economic crisis. Then I analyze rescue packages and I focus on some individual steps to mitigate negative impacts of the Financial Crisis in the Czech Republic. Then I describe some potential impacts of those steps to the Czech economy. At last, but not at least I focus on steps, which are the most effective ones from my point of view and I describe their positive effects on the Czech economy.

Risk factors of bladder cancer
Davidová, Linda ; Mašková, Věra (advisor)
Oncology issue is intertwined with all branches of medicine. With regard to tumor bladder, I took the impression that they are, especially in articlesintended for lay public, a bit neglected and perhaps a bit overshadowed by more frequent, not urologic, cancers (lung, breast and colorectal cancer). Unjustly. The incidence and mortality of this disease in our country and the world continues to rise, and thus of the disease rise was also interested, especially in prevention. That's why I'vetopic "Risk factors for bladder cancer" has chosen as its theme thesis. The first chapter deals with a brief summary of the anatomy and histology bladder and the mechanism of carcinogenesis. The second chapter deals on the overall issue of bladder tumors. These two parts are mainly to understand the following text, so I tried does not go into greater detail. In the last chapter, I deal with issues of risk itself factors. On many of these studies are still ongoing. However, the proven carcinogens, such as those resulting from smoking or aromatic amines from industrial production should certainly be taken into account in the form of the largest and the best preventive measures.

The relevance of the Munich Accord in the czechoslovakia - german relationships during 1938 - 1973
Jirmářová, Radka ; Stellner, František (advisor) ; Soběhart, Radek (referee)
This thesis proved, that in the Czechoslovakia they didn't negotiate about the Munich Accord only in the sixties and seventies, but also immediately after the beginning of the Second World War. The arguments for its nullity brought E. Beneš and his colleagues. In 1945 the Czechoslovak government delt with this problem by tranfering the German inhabitants. The Munich Accord appeared again in 1967, when Czechoslovakia wanted to cooperate with Federal republic of Germany within the Ostpolitik. Finally, the problem was definitely solved in 1973, when both of the states signed and ratificated a Treaty on Bilateral Relations.
