Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vymezení nového obchodního modelu vybraného podniku působícího v oblasti vývoje informačních systémů a webových aplikací. Na základě teoretických poznatků je v práci zpracována analýza strategické pozice podniku a následně návrh nového obchodního modelu. Na závěr práce obsahuje ekonomické zhodnocení stanovených variant vývoje a hodnocení rizik.

The Proposal for the Business Model Development for a Retailer Operating on the Local market

The master thesis is focused on the development of the business model of a retail unit operating in the cycling industry. The theoretical part deals with retail. strategic development, business model including analytical and research methods. The analytical part contains the identification of critical factors within the assessment of the current situation of the company in the context of the internal and external environment on the local market and the evaluation of the results of primary and secondary research. Based on the evaluation of the results of the analytical part, an extended business model will be developed following the goal of covering costs and bridging the seasonality of the cycling industry, including the calculation of design costs, financing and benefits arising from the development of the business model.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design and development of a business model. The theoretical part defines procedures and tools for evaluating a business. In the analytical part, findings about the current state of the company and the external environment are presented. These findings are then evaluated according to their importance and proposals for the development of the company are formulated based on them.

Development of Business Model of Small Company with Focus on E-shop

This bachelor thesis focuses on making suggestions for improving the e-shop of the ADW group of companies. The proposals are supported by an analysis of competitors, their e-shops and an analysis of the current e-shop. In the theoretical part, the theoretical concepts for this development are explained. In the analytical part, the current situation of the e-shop of ADW companies is evaluated and the areas where some development steps are needed to achieve the goals in the future are mentioned. In the last part of the bachelor thesis, there is a proposal part in which the necessary steps to develop the needed areas are suggested.

In the 21st century in the heart of Europe, there is a number of people with significant difficulties to get shoes that would fit them. This is not a case of a very special need but a reality for at least girls and women with footwear sized 43 and larger. The Master’s Thesis deals with this situation in a business perspective and offers a potential solution in a form of a business strategy for a newly established firm. The proposed business strategy can serve as one of materials for decision-making regarding entering the market with a new business.
