58 RESUME Community trade mark and its relationship to national trade mark, especially with regard to accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union Protection of intellectual property plays an important role in creating the legal framework for business and thus affects the functioning of the internal market within the territory of the Member States of the European Union .. To create this market, therefore, it is considered important by the European Community to unite and harmonize institutions and legislation in the field of intellectual property protection. The theme of my thesis is "Community trade mark and its relationship to national trade mark, especially with regard to accession of the Czech Republic to the EU. Default of time in business transactions and its consequences

Delay in commercial commitments and its consequences The purpose of the thesis is to describe all the aspects of delay in commercial commitments in the law system of the Czech Republic with focus on the consequences a delay may cause. Even though the history of the respective legislation is long and uninterrupted (it basically dates back to the Austrian General Civil Code from 1811), certain cases of indistinct interpretation in every-day use of the rules may still arise and that is the reason for elaborating the research. Legislation, expert interpretation of the legislation, papers from professional journals and a number of judicatures, mostly decisions of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic, are used to thoroughly analyse the topic. The Czech Commercial Code recognises two general kinds of delay - debtor's delay, which occurs if the debtor does not fulfil their (usually contractual) duties in time and/or properly and creditor's delay, that is initiated by the creditor if they do not accept proper fulfilment from the debtor and that supersedes the debtor's delay, if it may be in place. In case of the debtor's delay the law automatically guarantees the creditor several rights. African tales in French literature

Tato práce se zabývá rolí afrických pohádek ve francouzské literatuře. Předmětem zkoumání jsou podmínky přenosu tradiční ústní literatury na francouzský knižní trh a význam afrických pohádek pro francouzské čtenáře. V prvních dvou částech práce je načrtnut přehled teorií zabývajících se původem pohádek. Poté je zkoumáno, jaký význam má ústní tradice pro africkou společnost a jaká je role vypravěčů-griotů. Následuje kapi - tola o morfologii, která se věnuje nejen vlastní struktuře pohádek a opakujícím se motivům, ale i klasifikaci jejich obsahu. Podrobněji je popsána skupina pohádek, ve kterých malé děti vystupují jako hlavní hrdinové. V další části práce je vylíčena si tuace na francouzském knižním trhu a je charakterizován typ produkce, na který se nakladatelé orientují. Poté je zmíněna role pohádky ve vztahu ke kulturní diverzitě. Je zjišťováno, co tato literatura přináší francouzskému publiku s francouzskými kořeny a co publ iku pocházejícímu z imigrantského prost ředí. Vzhledem k ústnímu charakteru pohádek se jedna z kapitol věnuje i charakteristice vypravěčů působících na francouzské kul turní scéně. St ručně je nastíněna historie vypravěčské profese a její proměny.

Stalingrad - the war turnover

The work "Stalingrad - the turning point of the war", describes reasons, proces s and results of the largest battle of the mil i tary hi s tory. The text i s divided into eleven chapters. The introduction contains a brief analys i s of used literature followed by the brief portrayal of the first year of the war on the eastern front until the defeating of the German army at Moscow. But the emphasis of the work i s the proces s and the result of the struggle of the fortress on Volha. The attention is paid also to the operation Mars, which was secret until relatively recent time and which would (in the case of succes) shade the Stalingrad counter-offensive. The method of the work is chronological with the accent to the everyday suffering of soldiers and non-combatants. The purpose i s to show a various view of the eastern field, supported by the relevant citations of publications, which are stated in a list of used literature. The author tried to overcome the black-and-white view on the war conflict and contribute to the understanding of the o ne of the second world war key moments.

Two centuries of Serbian novel

This dissertation is the first complex presentation of the Serbian novel in the 19th and 20th centuries. The dissertation deals with the dynamics in the development of the Serbian novel from its beginning till the year 2000 and helps to create a complex picture based on concise analyses of 165 novels. The dissertation depicts the ways in which Serbian authors adopted universal stylistic forms (Sentimentalism, Realism, Modernism, Expressionism, Surrealism, Nouveau roman, Postmodernism) and focuses on autochthonic styles in Serbian prose (Zenitism, Neonaturalism, Nationalistic Realism). It demonstrates the high quality of the Serbian novel, but it also points out the weaknesses and cul-de-sacs of the Serbian novel. The centre of the dissertation covers the years 1961-2000 since this period has not been systematically worked on, despite the fact that the novel genre played a major role in Serbian literature in the last 40 years of the twentieth century. The most significant feature of the Serbian novel, which for rather a long time (till the twenties of the last century) lagged behind the novels of the so-called dominant literatures, is its close association with the turbulent history of a nation with opposing cultures, religions and socio-political systems. National Park Sumava - Hiking Activities in the Zeleznorudsko-Prasilsko Region after 1989.

Název práce: Národní park Šumava-vývoj turistických aktivit v oblasti Železnorudsko a Prášilsko po roce 1989. National park Sumava-development of turistika activities in Zeleznorudsko-Prasilsko region after 1989. Cíl práce: Pokusit se zmapovat příčiny specifického vývoje Šumavy a doložit je získanými daty a rozborem vývojových zákonitostí. Následně vypracovat možnosti různých způsobů řešení dalšího rozvoje cykloturistiky, lyžařských a blízce souvisejících turistických aktivit v iterakci s ochranou přírody na následující období. Metoda hodnocení: Podklady pro hodnocení jsme získali rešerší literatury a dlouhodobým monitoringem. Zjištěné hodnoty byly zaneseny do grafů a analyzovány. Výsledky: Ze studie vyplynul neustále přetrvávající dynamický a většinový rozvoJ cykloturistických a lyžařských aktivit před ostatními turisty. Cyklisté a lyžaři tvoří 70% z celkového počtu návštěvníků. Zároveň můžeme konstatovat, že Národní park Šumava patří mezi celkově nejnavštěvovanější oblasti naší země, a to zejména z důvodů husté sítě kvalitních cyklotras s příznivými profilovými podmínkami. Všechny tyto důvody nás nutily a nutí vytvářet návrhy možných způsobů řešení pro udržení, nebo lépe zlepšení, vzájemné kooperace turistických aktivit a ochrany přírody, jež jsou v práci uvedeny. Long-term corporeal property in accounting and in taxes

Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnou souhrnný přehled o účetním a daňovém odpisování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři základní kapitoly. První a druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vysvětlení účetního a daňového pohledu na dlouhodobý hmotný majetek a jeho oceňování. Ve třetí kapitole jsem se zaměřila na objasnění postupů účetních a daňových odpisů, včetně vysvětlení odlišností mezi těmito postupy. V práci je popsána aktuální právní úprava daňového odpisování platná od 1. 1. 2008, kterou jsem se snažila srovnávat s právními předpisy platnými v roce 2007. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá odloženou daní, jež je důsledkem rozdíleného pojetí účetních a daňových předpisů v oblasti nákladů a výnosů. Práci jsem doplnila řešenými příklady, které odrážejí teoretické znalosti získané při studiu odborné literatury.

The History of Schooling in the Dřísy District

Cílem mé diplomové práce "Dějiny školství v obci Dřísy" nebyl pouze popis historie jedné školy. Spíše jsem se snažil začlenit vývoj této instituce do celkového kontextu doby a poukazovat na to, jak se doba promítala do dějin tohoto ústavu. Prostý výčet událostí, k nimž během staletí v dřísecké škole došlo, by totiž nebyl dle mého názoru nikterak přínosný. Má práce se skládá ze dvou základních částí. První z nich se zabývá celkovým vývojem českého obecného školství od jeho prvopočátků za vlády Marie Terezie až po současnost. Snažil jsem se zejména co nejpřesněji vystihnout, jak se zlomové okamžiky historie našeho národa promítly právě do dějin elementárního školství a jak se naše vzdělávací soustava s vlivy těchto událostí dokázala vypořádat. V této části jsem vycházel pouze z odborné literatury a výjimečně i z internetu. Druhá část mé práce se týká konkrétně dějin školy v obci Dřísy. Při jejím psaní jsem pracoval téměř výhradně s kronikami, které mapují období mezi roky 1876 - 2003. V samotném závěru se pak budu zabývat současností a také blízkou budoucností dřísecké školy. The Chronicle of Town Cheb of Pancras Engelhard of Haselbach. Contribution to the historiography of towns in the early Modern Period.

The present thesis deals with city chronicles from the early Modern period with particular focus on the 1560 chronicle of the city of Cheb by Pancras Engelhard of Haselbach which is an important piece of work for the historiographical tradition of the city. The thesis first focuses on literature and other resources related to the topic. Scientific literature is used to define chronicles as genre with emphasis on city chronicles. There is a brief description of the development of chronicles of the Kingdom of Bohemia from the period before the battle of White Mountain and an overview of the history of chronicles of the town of Zhořelec. Another chapter presents the history of the city of Cheb, its economic background and political position within the Kingdom of Bohemia and the Holy Roman Empire. Furthermore, the development of literature of the city of Cheb in the early Modern period is described. A section on the chronicles of the city of Cheb from the period before the battle of White Mountain follows. Particular attention is paid to the manuscript of the chronicle by Pancras Engelhard of Haselbach and to other manuscripts of this chronicle still in existence. A special chapter is devoted to the illuminations this chronicle contains. The edition of the chronicle by Heinrich Gradl is described, too....
