Interactive Visualisation of RELAX NG Schemas

The aim of this thesis is to create a tool for visualisation of RELAX NG schemas. RELAX NG schemas define a form of XML documents. They determine what elements and attributes can be used in the document and how they can be combined. Visualisation of schemas enables easier orientation in the structure of RELAX NG patterns. This can be useful for both developers of schemas and users who use schemas for creation of XML documents. RELAX NG schema can be written using XML, which enables its visual representation by means of tree structure. Moreover, the model of the tree is interactive which enables users to display only the branches they are interested in. The aim will be reached in several steps. At first, it is necessary to analyze properly the structures of RELAX NG language with respect to their future visualisation. Next step is SVG format for description of vector graphics. SVG format can be written using XML as well. Interactivity of the model described by SVG is enabled by ECMAScript. The conversion from RELAX NG to SVG graphics will be done by means of XSLT transformation. The main contribution of this thesis will be the visualisation which facilitates the orientation in the schema for both users and developers. Only XSLT processor and a file with XSLT transformation will be needed for the visualisation of RELAX NG. The file with XSLT transformation will be the output of this thesis. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part is focused on the analysis of the structures of RELAX NG language and the possibilities of their visualisation. Particular attention will be given to the current possibilities of graphic interpretation of schemas. The second part is devoted to the design of graphic symbols for individual nodes of the graphic model and the possibilities of their interaction. The third part deals with the prototype implementation of transformation of RELAX NG to SVG graphics.

Problem of the Cult of personality at XXth Congress of the Soviet Communist Party in February 1956: the reasons of establishment of this question and its consequences

The Thesis deals with the problem of Stalin's cult of personality. This question was presented to the Closed Session of the Twentieth Congress of Soviet Communist Party on 25th February 1956. This statement known as "The Secret Speech" was delivered by the First Party Secretary N. S. Khrushchev. In his speech he denounced Stalin's crimes mainly during the Great Terror in late 1930s. Khrushchev and other Stalin's successors had tried hard to deny their own responsibility for the bloody purges during Stalin's era. The Thesis concentrates on effects forming content of the Secret Speech paying attention to instant power struggles in Kremlin. Rehabilitation process and investigation of Stalin's crimes is also an important part of The Thesis. In the conclusion I tried to answer the question whether the Secret Speech was a real turning point and if the changes and reforms made by Khrushchev were fundamental, permanent and stable. Pyramid causeway in the Old Kingdom: evolution of the architecture and definition of the relief decoration program

In the spring of 1994, an unexpected discovery to the North of the upper part of Sahure's causeway changed the long established belief that the mortuary complex of Sahure was excavated completely by L. Borchardt.1 Four huge limestone blocks decorated in basrelief of the highest quality bearing unique polychrome scenes were discovered during that spring, proving Borchardt's excavations of Sahure's complex were incomplete. These four blocks were evidence that more decorated blocks and fragments were still under the masses of sand surrounding the upper part of the causeway which had never been investigated by Borchardt? This surprising discovery was the result of cleaning being done in the area in preparation to open the Abusir necropolis for tourists. The work was under the supervision of Zahi Hawass. Hawass stopped the work at Abusir and reburied the blocks after they were photographed and drawn with the help of the Czech mission working at Abusir. Only a preliminary report was published by Zahi Hawass and Miroslav Verner to present the discovery to scholars.3 In their report, a survey of the causeways from royal funerary complexes was performed to alert scholars that many causeways are partially or completely unexcavated and need to be given more attention.4 In 2002, the present author was trusted by Hawass...

An Analysis of the Counselling-Therapeutic Process in the Substitute Programme Subutexem o.s. Prev-Centrum

This diploma paper focuses on the analysis counselling process in The Subutex® substitution programme Prev-Centrum, NGO, in Prague. On the strength of contemporary knowledge questions are asked about both this process and the whole programme. The theoretical part of this paper overviews contemporary knowledge on drug abusing; focussing on opiods, drug dependence and drug addiction and possibilities of drug users' treatment. It maps the situation in this field in the Czech Republic at the present time. This paper concentrates on both pharmaceutical and psychosocial stages of drug treatment, with special attention on the use of buprenorphine (Subutex®) as substitution. In the practical part of this paper the author analyzes her own factual examples of counselling praxis in The Subutex® substitution programme, with regard for previous theoretical basis. Pointing to key moments of this counselling process she is looking for their reasons and consequences, and considering the practical use of final statements in The Subutex® substitution programme Prev-Centrum, NGO. The Compensation Exercise Program for Pupils with Poor Posture in the Upper Grades of Elementary Schools.

Název práce: Kompenzační program u žáků s vadným držením těla na II. stupni ZŠ. The compensating program for pupils with poor posture at the second grade of elementary school. Cíl práce: Sestavit cvičení, kompenzující vadné držení těla (dále jen VDT), pro vybraný soubor žáků II. stupně základní školy. Toto cvičení následně vhodně začlenit do školního programu a zjistit jeho účinnost v praxi pomocí druhého testování totožnou metodou a dále konfrontací s kontrolní skupinou žáků. Metoda: Vyšetřovaný soubor tvořily dvě skupiny žáků po 30. Jedna skupina byla Experimentální a druhá Kontrolní. Vyšetřovaný soubor byl testován pomocí modifikované metody Jaroše a Lomíčka. Skupina Experimentální cvičila dle vytvořených cviků. Analýza dat se prováděla statistickým rozborem. Výsledky: Výsledkem mé práce je zjištění, že vhodně zařazeným cvičením do školního programu lze prokazatelně zlepšit VDT. Klíčová slova: cvičení, vadné držení těla, svalová rovnováha, kompenzace, metoda dle Jaroše a Lomíčka.

Funding of public universities by European Union resources

It depicts possibilities of funding by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and particulary by structural funds of European Union. The main part is dedicted to funding by Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness. Work describes procedure of creation, implementation, monitoring and control of projects funding by Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness. Furthermore it describes other possibilities of funding by structural funds and economic information systems on Czech public universities.

Nonparametric tests in statistical software

Cílem této diplomové práce je praktické i teoretické seznámení uživatelů neparametrických metod s několika vybranými statistickými programy, v nichž je možné neparametrické analýzy provádět. Nedílnou součástí cíle je i porovnání těchto programů. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány základy testování statistických hypotéz a teorie neparametrických testů. V praktické části jsou prozkoumány programy NCSS 2007, Statistica 7, SPSS 15, Systat 12, Stagraphics Centurion XV, Minitab 15, S-Plus 6.2, SAS 9.1 a StatXact 7. U každého software jsou popsány neparametrické testy, které obsahuje, a zjednodušeně i vkládání dat a výstupy. Nakonec jsou vybrané programy porovnány z několika hledisek. Všechny vybrané programy obsahují značné množství neparametrických testů a liší se většinou jen v detailech. Pro většinu analýz není potřeba hledat speciální programy a dají se použít všechny vybrané, pouze pro porovnávání rozptylů je nutné použít buď SAS nebo StatXact, protože v jiných programech ve výběru tyto testy nenalezneme.

Java in corporate environment

This thesis deals with the development of the program, which is used for sale of medication. The theoretical part is divided into five parts. First, there is an introduction of object-oriented programming globally as a whole. The following section concerns with Java programming language. The emphasis is put on specific features of this language and basic syntax. The chapter also includes objects and their basic principles of use. Next part specializes in SQL. and describes the basic clauses. Chapter UML is mentioned just partially. The main focus is on different perspectives of UML. In last part there is a division of companies based on legal form, including the description of each type. The basis of the practical part is to create a program code according to the assignment. Initially, a profile of the company, for which the program has been created, is introduced including the specifications and their requirements. Then the proposed solution is described. In the technical part a preparation of development environment is elaborated, which is followed by a detailed description of the functioning of the program. The end of the practical part is dedicated to a description of individual classes, in which their functionality is gradually explained. The result of the thesis is the output data written to the file. This file is used by the company to promote sales.

The Project of Income and Expense Amendment at a Contributory Organization

This dissertation is aimed at the income and expense amendment at a contributory organization in Hradec Králové region.
In the theoretical part there are basic facts about contributory organizations, the founder, the foundation document, the dividing into main and by work or their budget. Following by the characterization of the incomes and selected expenses which can be often found
in a contributory organization accountancy. The last part brings a closer view
of conducting of accountancy in the selected accounting units including accounting documentary evidence and financial analysis. The last chapter shows theoretical possibilities of income and expense amendment at a contributory organization.
At the beginning of the working part there is shown the certain contributory organization Gymnázium Broumov (grammar school Broumov) following by the detailed analysis of its profits and selected costs. This part also describes the economization of the school individual funds and then the way of conducting of accountancy in this contributory organization. Other chapters of this dissertation pay attention to the financial analysis
of economization and factual project of income and expense amendment at the grammar school.
In the chapter 4.7 you can find the possibilities of the incomes increase. It is conected with the taking advantage of appropriation projects given by the organizer, the Ministry of Education or the EU, the closure of new agreements for lease of school not flat space or establishing of complementary educational activities. The expenses can be amended by lowering the power consumption thanks to the project EPC or using central purchase of power and some services within the framework of the HK region. The saving can be reached by correct utilization of substitute quota with the purchase of products and services or by optimum drawing of wage means.
The conclusion contains the evaluation of the amendment results. Thanks to the amendment the incomes are risen up to 750,000 Czech crowns more than 80% of it are the incomes from appropriation projects. It brings to school better study conditions for students, possibilities of further education for teachers or getting new teaching aids. The incomes from the lease of school not flat space have to be, according to the foundation document, used for repairs and maintenance of the school building at the same calendar year. The establishing of complementary educational activities is more both administratively and organizationaly demanding than possibilities of income amendment so it might be set up in Sept.2017. The Grammar School Broumov can get up to 300,000 Czech crowns a year thanks to the expense amendment. The saving made by lowering total power, service and material expenses can be used without any restrictions for example for purchase of new modern technology, interactive boards or for school environment innovation. The grammar school management can use the saving made by optimum drawing of wage means as a motivation for the teachers via bonuses or personal extra pays.
