Financing of Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

This thesis deals with the financing contract from a practical point of view. The aim of this work is to describe the possibilities of financial security building contracts from the perspective of the supplier. In the theoretical part are characterized by basic concepts related to the topic and a practical part of the thesis describes the public works. The practical part of the procurement documents to obtain the tender and subsequent recording contract for work. The example of the practice was described the process of financing construction of the contractor. The work shows a significant difference between planned and actual funding process.

The thesis is concerned with marketing plan of concrete boarding house in the Giant Mountains. It is project, which will be realized on the ground of this dissertation. The goal of the dissertation is to draw up a marketing plan including its particular points. A questionnaire research among proprietors of boarding houses in neighborhood was used for drawing up this marketing plan.

This bachelor thesis is about decline, its forms and ways of dealing with the insolvency proceedings. The second part of this thesis focuses on accounting and tax discourse, which arise in the context of insolvency proceedings in terms of business corporations. The third part contains an analysis of insolvency and subsequent bankruptcy of a specific business corporation. In the last part is suggested timetable accounting and tax practises for this example.
