Předložená práce se zabývá Řízením projektu výstavby. Teoretická část je zaměřena na životní cyklus projektu a jeho fáze. Popisuje se postup plánování času a tvorba harmonogramu výstavby. V závěru teoretické části je kapitola věnovaná procesu plánování zdrojů a nákladů a následné financování projektu. Druhá část práce je část praktická, zabývá se aplikací projektového řízení firmou SWWENERGY a.s., zejména organizační strukturou firmy a strukturou účastníků projektu, výběrem a řízením subdodavatelských článku a řízením času skrze harmonogram výstavby. Presented master’s thesis is dealing with Construction project management. Theoretical part is focused on the project‘s life cycle and its phases, describing Time planning and Construction schedule. A chapter about source planning, expenses and consecutive project financing is at the end of theoretical part. Second part of the thesis is a practical part, which is devoted to project management by company SWWENERGY a.s., especially company organisational structure and structure of project participants, choosing and managing of subsuppliers and time management via a construction schedule.
