Final results are strategies of future development for company Lavandia s.r.o.

This master’s thesis is focused on a Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan for industrial company P-D Refractories CZ a.s. for years 2019 to 2022. First chapter of this master’s thesis is oriented in goals, methods and approaches of this thesis. Next part is aiming at theoretical solution for financial planning. Third chapter contains information about analyzed company, application of selected methods of strategic analysis and financial analysis including evaluation of the state of company and detection of potential deficiencies. Last chapter of this thesis is focused on suggestion, formation and evaluation of the financial plan for P-D Refractories CZ a.s. for next four years.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the company ELEKTROKOV,a.s.ZNOJMO, specifically its Electro plant, which operates in the field of transformers, chokes, welding clamps and other winding parts. The first part of the diploma thesis is the theoretical part, which includes primarily variants of possible development of company and selected analyses of both the external and the internal environment of the company. These analyses are used in the practical part of the work, where they have the aim to assess the current situation of the company. Based on the results of these analyses, some solutions are set for expansion of the company to the foreign markets and maintain its position on the domestic market.

This thesis focuses on proposal of the potential future development direction of a company operating in the dance art or dance sport area. The theoretical part handles problematics of development and growth of the company and strategic management process including selected analytic methods within development planning. Analytic part contains identification of key (critical) factors within evaluation of existing situation of the company in the context of inside and outside environment. Suitable strategy for future company development aiming for fixing its position on the market including implementation activities and benefits from the proposals will be chosen based on evaluation of the results of performed analyzes.

This diploma thesis deals with the creation of the development plan within the selected portfolio of services on the electricity market. The theoretical part focuses on a detailed description of the possibilities of company development and strategic management issues, especially on selected analyzes of general, market and internal environment. In the analytical part are identified and analyzed the key factors affecting the company affecting its operation in the electricity market, as well as the evaluation of the internal environment of the company. Based on the results of the analyzes, a proposal for the development of QUANTUM, a.s. to consolidate the electricity market position and steps to achieve the chosen strategy. The proposals also include a risk assesment and evaluation of the benefits of the proposed strategy.

The dissertation target was to define the strategical concept of the company QUANTUM development. The company QUANTUM is the trader with the commodity of electricity operating the Czech Republic market. The theoretical part of the dissertation targets at the item of the company development and the process of the strategical management. There is the analytical methodology defined as well. The analytical part of the dissertation defines the practical implementation of the analytical concepts of the business environment of the company with the aim to define the impact factors influencing the company. The strategical concept of the business development of the company was defined and implemented due to the conclusion of the analysis with the aim to maintain the competitive position of the company in the Czech energy market. The definition of the strategy implementation reacts at the analysis of the defined threats and opportunities and the evaluation of the risks.

The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a new patisserie in the village of Mokrá-Horákov. The first, theoretical part of the thesis contains the theoretical starting points defining the business idea, concept and structure of the business plan and description of methods used for strategic analysis of the environment in the given issue. The analytical part of the thesis builds on the results of analysis of the general and business environment of the company, its own marketing research and analysis of own resources and capabilities. On the basis of these analysis a suitable strategy for the start-up company is chosen. The suggestion part contains the complete processing of the parts of the plan according to the basic content structure, following the chosen strategy so that the business project is not only feasible but also viable.

Title: Marketing plan of a non-profit organization Sporťáček. Objectives: The goal of this bachelor work is to create a marketing plan that could be used as a guide for marketing activities of the organization in the year 2018. Another goal is to find out via analysis, where the deficits of currently used marketing activities are and what needs to be achieved in the following year. Next step is to suggest new strategies, which would fulfil stated marketing goals. Methods: Document analysis and participated observations were used for getting secondary data. The PEST analysis was carried out by evaluating the probability of impact and occurrence of the chosen factors. The competition analysis was based on comparison according to particular criteria. Results: The PEST analysis answered questions such as which external global aspects influence the company the most at this moment and also predicted their future development. The competition analysis showed, that the biggest threat for the organization are local organizers of events with the same purpose and same location of the event. Their advantage is a bigger support from the local sports clubs and also from local governments. Strategy of company marketing management

The presented thesis analyses the strategic marketing management of a selected company and on the basis of a situational analysis suggests appropriate marketing strategy. The company Sportcentrum Statek in Buštěhrad was chosen for these purposes. The company is focused on sports activities suitable for people of all ages, particularly on the game of badminton which brings the company the highest revenues. In the first theoretical part, the basic concepts related to the topic are explained. Attention is paid especially to the marketing plan, marketing situational analysis, and marketing mix. In the practical part is a characterization of the chosen company first. Followed by the situational analysis divided into the external and internal environment of the company on the basis of which are identified opportunities and threats for the company and its strengths and weaknesses. All this is summarized in the SWOT matrix at the end. The next part deals with internal and external stakeholders. The findings are summarized in conclusion, and on their basis are submitted measures and recommendations, which ought to lead the company to increase its market share.

The thesis "Strategic analysis of the selected company" follows up comparison of the theoretical evidence and recommendations of solutions in the enterprise. The aim is to assess the strategic focus of the company AL Invest Břidličná, Inc., a division of Tapa Tabor, and the suggestion of changes to the current strategy. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part presents the literary references relating to the issue. There are recounted, for example, the theoretical knowledge of strategic management, strategic analysis, internal and external environment of the company and starting appropriate choice of strategy. In the practical part is briefly described the history of the company, its business activity, personnel policy, technological development, relationship to the environment, research and development and strategic direction of the company. There is also a stakeholder analysis of enterprise and analysis of internal and external environment. There are certain recommendations and suggestions coming from the theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
