What everyone should know. Introduction to labour law

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se snažila zpracovat otázky, které podle mne souvisejí s problematikou pracovněprávních vztahů, týkajících se převážně a hlavně občanů české republiky, ale i občanů jiných států, kteří působí na území ČR. Mnohdy si ani neuvědomujeme aspekty, souvislosti a vazby, které spolu úzce souvisí. V této práci poukazuji na význam pracovního práva a hledám souvislosti mezi pracovní silou a tržní ekonomikou. V první kapitole obeznamuji s počátky vzniku základů i soudobé tržní ekonomiky a s podstatou tak složitého jevu, jaký je tržní ekonomika. Popisuji rozlišení různých stavů nezaměstnanosti a okrajově přibližuji politiku zaměstnanosti. V dalších částech se zaměřuji na téma pracovního práva a hledám souvislost mezi právem a pracovní silou. Zároveň okrajově seznamuji s názory a úvahami některých dřívějších filosofů, týkajících se člověka. Popisuji roli odborových organizací v procesu práva na kolektivní vyjednávání a upozorňuji na důležitosti existence odborů ve vztahu k zaměstnavateli. Zájem o všeobecný přehled týkající se tržní ekonomiky, politiky zaměstnanosti a znalosti základních pracovněprávních dokumentů, s nimiž se zaměstnanci v každodenním životě setkávají, popřípadě, které, potřebují sami znát a zapojení se do pracovního procesu, by mělo být hybnou silou vývoje každého jednotlivce...

Ideálny nástroj pre riadenie projektov

This project proposes to set the requirements for ideal project management software. These requirements will be specified by comparing of the best and the most widely used softwares in this sfere, by project simulation using one of these softwares and by the theoretical and practical requirements resulting from project management. Two most significant softwares -- MS Project and Primavera -- will be used for this project. The theoretical parf consists of project management theory and introduction of individual softwares, while project simulation, demonstration of strength and weakness of the specific software and draw conclusion will be shown in the practical part.

Forensic ballistics

The purpose of this thesis is to provide a general introduction to the field of forensic ballistics. The thesis is based on the analysis and comparison of numerous Czech and international monographies and articles, as well as on findings derived from a supervised visit to the Institute of Criminalistics Prague. As such, it provides a compact and up-to-date overview of forensic ballistics in the Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of eight chapters followed by a bibliography, an abstract and keywords. Chapter One is introductory and lays out the purpose of the thesis, the goals and the methods used. Chapter Two takes a closer look at the history and evolution of forensic ballistics, both abroad and in Czechoslovakia. Chapter Three answers the question "What is forensic ballistics?" in detail. It contains a definition of forensic ballistics and provides a reader with information about the main purpose of forensic ballistics. Chapters Four to Six are the core of the thesis. Chapter four deals with the objects examined by the forensic ballistics and is therefore subdivided into four parts, addressing each object separately: firearms, ammunition, objects struck by a bullet, and further material and immaterial objects. Criminal Liability of Physicians in Gynecology and Obstetrics

Thesis title: CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF PHYSICIANS IN GYNECOLOGY AND OBSTETRICS The purpose of my diploma thesis is to analyse the issue of criminal liability of physicians, especially physicians in Gynecology and Obstetrics. The thesis is divided into five main chapters and many subchapters. The first chapter serves as an introduction to the legal liability in general. I mention the categories of liability- civil and labour liability are just noticed in this task, while administrative and disciplinary liability are discussed and defined. The aim is to compare these liability in healthcare and emphasize the ultima ratio principle of criminal liability. Chapter Two defines relevant concepts of medical law. This chapter deals with the concept of acting lege artis, acting non lege artis, informed consent of patient and advance directives. These concepts are demonstrated on examples from practice and related jurisprudence. I also define the specilization of Gynecology and Obstetrics and its legislation. The third chapter explains basic terms and concepts connected with criminal liability and define the necessary conditions and circumstances for physicians to commit a crime. Business plan of company dealing with manufacturing of audio-design products

This diploma thesis has two goals: to conceive a business plan of an existing company Symbio Design s.r.o. and to find out whether the plan is viable or not. Symbio Design company deals with manufacturing of high-end audio-design products (loudspeakers and acustic-light objects) intended to be bought by sophisticated clients looking for non-standard equipment. That may be the company's problem as there are not many people falling within this segment. Also, even the associates-themselves do not have enough time to develop the business. In theoretical part of this thesis the concept of a business plan is explained -- its goals, who conceives it and who is it for. In the following practical part the business plan itself is introduced with all its proper parts: introduction of the company, analysis of the external and internal environment, SWOT analysis, company short-term and long-term goals, business strategy, financial analysis and sales-forecast. It is this part that is the most crucial. Not until here the reader will have the opportunity to find out the truth about viability of the business plan. Also, a brief public enquiry was conducted for the purpose of the business plan, especially its business strategy.

Proposal fit stimulative tools

Purpose of this diploma thesis is proposal of fit stimulative tools. First company Moravia IT, a.s. is introduced along with objectives set for next five years period. Then is high fluctuation in the company chosen as the main problem. The aim is to propose stimuli, which decrease fluctuation. There is an analysis done in the next part, which is focused in negative and positive factors, which influence motivation of employees. The most significant motivation theories are described in theoretical part and their results are also mentioned. Final proposal of stimuli is divided into several parts – employees’ needs identification, definition of new stimuli and selection of suitable stimulative tools. There is made provision for time frame of satisfying employee’s needs in “evaluation” chapter. Also changes in corporate strategy according to the new proposals are demonstrated. At the end of the diploma thesis are suggested particular steps for management, which should have been done to decrease high fluctuation and finally achieve the main objectives of the company.

Marketing activities of Airbnb

The thesis focuses on the phenomenon of the sharing economy. Using Airbnb as an example to show the opportunities and threats that the sharing economy may bring to companies, individuals and society. The thesis is divided into several chapters, the theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of the marketing environment, marketing strategy, the specifics of marketing mix of tourism and the theoretical background of sharing economy. The practical part is dedicated to company introduction and analyzes marketing activities of Airbnb both in Czech republic and abroad. The main goal of this thesis is to reveal the potential od Czech market for Airbnb through market research, identify the future goals of the company and suggest how to achieve these goals.

Electronic records of sales as a tool to eliminate tax evasion

This thesis deals with the prevention of evasion of tax control implementation instruments, namely the introduction of electronic evidence in revenues. The first part defines basic terms as tax, inspection tool, the Tax Code, tax compliance and more. There is mentioned view of tax administration in terms of legislation. Then describes the tools for eliminating tax evasion, zoom their operating principles of electronic evidence in sales in the Czech Republic. Definition of the problem, the reasons for introducing targets entities required to record sales, the subject of electronic evidence in revenues, mandatory data sanctions measures, the impact on businesses and the public budget. Work is in its second part deals with the evaluation of electronic evidence in revenues as a tool for professional elimination of tax evasion in the Czech Republic, Evaluation of Options Croatian model as a model for the introduction of evidence of sales in the Czech Republic. Cost-effectiveness of vaccination against the bacteria Neisseria meningitidis B in children aged 0-4 years

After many years of research have been developed, and then in January 2013 approved by the European Medicines Agency new multicomponent vaccine against meningococcal disease Group B Bexsero from Novartis. Meningococcal disease, because of its rapid progression and tragic consequences, a very dangerous disease. The aim of my thesis was to try to quantify the impact on the costs and benefits of the introduction of vaccination for the most vulnerable groups, namely children after birth to 4 years of age, by comparing the hypothetical vaccinated and unvaccinated cohorts. The work itself has not demonstrated at today's prices and epidemiological data Bexsero vaccines, cost efficiency. However, at a reduced cost or increased incidence of cases appear to vaccination Bexsero as well utilized resources.
