Title: Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis after fracture of heel on right lower extremity and fracture of ankle on left lower extremity. Aims: The aim of this work is the casuistry of a patient during the process of continuous professional experience and familiarity with the theoretical reasons diagnosis of foot and ankle fractures. Methods: This thesis is divided into two parts, namely general and special. The general part is processed anatomy, biomechanics, kinesiology and traumatology, ankle and foot. Elaborated the issue of different types of fractures ankle and foot and subsequent physiotherapy. In the special case of a patient is treated for fractures of the foot and ankle. The title of the bachelor work is Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient with a diagnose: st. p. sequestrektomy of subligamentous sequester L2/L3 with a compression of cauda's roots. The intention of the work is to elaborate the casuistry about a patient with the diagnose described in the special part. The special part contains information about patient's health condition, input kinesiologic analysis, exercised therapies and an output kinesiologic analysis for an evaluation of an effect of the therapy. The special part is preceded by a general part, which includes a description of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the spine and furthermore describes patologic changes, investigative methods and possibilities of treatment, which is focused on physiotherapeutic techniques. Title: Casuistry of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Frakture of the Distal Radii Summary: This work is focused on physiotherapy treatment of patients with the diagnosis of frakture of the distal radii. In the general part is the frequency of occurrence of fracture, mechanism of injury and the theoretical method of treatment of this injury. There are describe all possible therapeutic methods and procedures manual and physical therapy, which contribute to the rapid and full recovery the patient with this problem. A special part is prepared on the basis of case studies selected patients. There is also an application of my choice of methods and techniques selected from the general part, which I used in therapy to achieve the best results. Misuse of Drugs and Addictive Substances in the Old age

Anotation The aim of this thesis is to draw attention to the issue of medical drug and addictive substance abuse in the old age. It describes the bio-psycho-socio-spiritual changes and needs of the elderly which are often connected with the start of harmful use of medical drugs. It lists the substances which are most commonly abused in the old age and it demonstrates the theory by means of concrete casuistries. Overuse of and addiction to addictive substances is not investigated enough by either addictology, geriatrics or social work. The aim of this thesis is to discuss the whole problem area from the point of view of social work, which should be paying more attention to it.

Behavioral disturbances according to ICD-10 at pupils of elementary school and special elementary school

The goal of the bachelor thesis is to map the occurrence of behavioural disorders in the base of pupils in special elementary schools and in standard elementary schools, in the same time. The guiding document for this thesis is the International Classification of Diseases, rev. 10 (ICD-10), supplemented within particular diagnoses by specific case history of school practice. There is a brief historical overview of the ICD's development and its current form followed by successively given various diagnoses of behavioural disorders together with a brief description of diagnosis, symptoms and procedures to address or treat these disorders in the thesis. The bachelor's thesis is focused to individual case histories, then. In the context of reported cases, the manifestations or solutions of rate of problems are outlined within school pupils as they occur in common practice of elementary schools. Comparison of theoretical and practical part brings new and interesting information, in this context.

Potential of Verbal Assessment

The thesis is focused on the topic of verbal assessment at primary school and its potential to be objectively reflective of the progress of pupil's knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes. The predictive value is analysed through creating an image of the pupil on the basis of the casuistry of all his verbal assessments. The segments of the report are classified by making a graph with the aim to predict further progress without any contact to the pupil. Finally, I realized an interview with the pupil which allowed me to compare the image to reality. The research part of the thesis points out the limited potential of using verbal assessment as a report. The thesis also focuses on transformation of the analyzed reports using the vocabulary of RVP ZV, which I consider an objective language of all the teachers.

Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of distorsio articularis talocruralis pedis l. dx gravis Summary: The aim of this thesis is to introduce readers to the topic of physiotherapy sessions at diagnosis ankle sprains. The general described the anatomy and biomechanics of the foot, with a focus on the ankle joint. Injuries of the ankle will focus on the distortion. It is here described mechanism of injury, classification, clinical presentation and diagnosis. The general conclusion of the thesis describes the methods and therapeutic procedures and physical therapy to help the patient to full recovery. A special part is prepared on the basis of patient case studies. They also described individual therapy in the treatment. Among these therapies are introduced application of selected therapeutic techniques that I used in therapy to achieve the objectives. Key words: casuistry, physiotherapy, distortion, physical therapy
