Název bakalářské práce je Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou: st. p. sekvestrektomii subligamentozního sekvestru L2/L3 s útlakem kořenů kaudy. Cílem práce je vypracování kazuistiky o pacientovi s touto diagnózou, popsanou ve speciální části. Speciální část obsahuje informace o zdravotním stavu pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, prováděné terapie a výstupní kineziologický rozbor ke zhodnocení efektu terapie. Speciální části předchází část obecná, která zahrnuje popis anatomie, biomechaniky a kineziologie související s danou problematikou a dále popisuje patologické změny, vyšetřovací metody a možnosti léčby, která se z větší části soustřeďuje na fyzioterapeutické postupy. Klíčová slova: kazuistika, sekvestrektomie, bederní páteř, syndrom kaudy equiny, fyzioterapie The title of the bachelor work is Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient with a diagnose: st. p. sequestrektomy of subligamentous sequester L2/L3 with a compression of cauda's roots. The intention of the work is to elaborate the casuistry about a patient with the diagnose described in the special part. The special part contains information about patient's health condition, input kinesiologic analysis, exercised therapies and an output kinesiologic analysis for an evaluation of an effect of the therapy. The special part is preceded by a general part, which includes a description of anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the spine and furthermore describes patologic changes, investigative methods and possibilities of treatment, which is focused on physiotherapeutic techniques.
