Identification of tram wheel with vibro-dissipation layer

The wheels as vibration transformation elements and noise emitters substantially contribute to the total noise level of riding vehicle. We aimed at investigation of dynamic behavior of railway tram wheel with a special construction. This wheel has a rim separated from disk by rubber cushioning. The selected dynamic parameters of the wheel are modal, frequency and damping characteristics. Proportional damping was implemented into rubber layer of FE wheel model as the first approximation of dissipation behavior.

Passive and mediopassive in contemporary Spanish

The present study deals with passive and mediopassive constructions in the modern Spanish language. The subjective perspective of Spanish is compared with other languages and the evolution of passive construction is explained. In the theoretical part there are two types of the passive defined and compared from the syntactical and functional points of view. The form and meaning of medium and mediopassive construction are also delimitated. Theoretical consclusions are verified in a special corpus of almost 2000 sentences taken from modern Spanish language. The analysis is dedicated to three main issues. The first part is dedicated to the frequency of appearance of passive constructions, the second part deals with morfological and syntactical analyses of the main parts of sentence and the third part studies the function of this type of constructions. There is also a separate analysis of the frequency of appearance of medium and mediopassive constructions and also of the principal features of their main parts of sentence.

Methods and prospects of CCS from emissions of energy sources in ČR

With increasing frequency of problems caused by global climate change, the scientific community trying to find possible solutions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere. One of the possible solutions of this problem is considered the system of separation, transportation and long-term storage of C02, called CCS - Carbon Capture and Storage. This work is a literature review issues of CCS in order to determine the possible use of CCS in the Czech republic. There is a basic system description of CCS, the possible environmental risks associated with it, and finall summarize of the prospects of deployment CCS technology in Czech republic.

Questions about the usage of the preposition "po" in Russian literature

"The questions about the meaning of the preposition "no" in Russian literature" The tendered diploma work is focused on issues of the relations sense mediated by the preposition no in fiction and on the options of its translation. It is my intention to compare the occurance frequence of the separate meanings in constructions with no in fiction of 19. and 20. century. The theoretical part deals with the information from the scientific literature related to prepositions and and typical qualities of no itself. Special attention is dedicated to its mening. What concerns the practical part, there is a suggested process for gaining and processing of the material exempted of the texts on the first place. On its base the picked pieces of fiction are analysed. The gained results are evaluated, compared and completed by a comment. According to the analyzed stuff it is clear that the meaning of the preposition no depends on the text character. Also the options of the translation are linked with that.

The main goal of my diploma thesis is to compile a business plan on the level that could be submitted to a potencial investor who would invest his own capital into this business idea. The thesis is separated in theoretical part, in which are main definitions, principles of compilation and main forms of business plan described. The practical part refers to own compilation of business plan. This part is separated according to the units described in theoretical part.

Mergers - accounting aspect according the czech legislative and tax framework

The main goal of my diploma is to describe domestic mergers and amalgamations, which take place on the territory of Czech republic. Chapters are divided and sorted by particular related areas of the czech legislative framowork. First part of my diploma is dedicated to mergeres as they are, their definition and basic characteristic.Then come description of mergers from different standpoints: legal, tax and account principles regarding to realized changes in framework legislation. A separate chapter describes the whole process of merger paying higher attention to obligatory steps and defined statuory terms. One of the chapters describes a process of merger as it is defined by IFRS rules and compares it with how it is defined by czech legislative framework. The last chapter is about showing an example on how two companies are merged.

Character and characterisation in Czech novel in the fifties

My Diploma work, entitled Character and Characterization In The Czech Socialist Realism Novel In The 50th ofThe 20th Century analyses the prose ofthe darkest times ofthe czechoslovak totalitarian regime. I focused on a so called constructive novel (budovatelský román, dealing with contemporary problems of rebuilding the society) and stories from a recent history, which came about e.g. during the times ofWorld War II. Second chapter's subject is the socialist thinking about literature. There I focused on a character itself, which was one of the most important literary categories at that time. Character helped the readers to overgo aesthetic distance in the relation to the text and to authentify the worldmaking model of a fiction. Cognitive possibilities and didactic demands on a prose were the most important things for a conception of art in the czech fifties. The incongruence of a categorization and personalization (terms introduced by Ralf Schneider) in characterization and separateness of ideological scheme and personal individualization were the reasons why the constructive novels were so schematic. Ultrasound blood flow detector

My master’s thesis deals with methods of measuring the ultrasonic blood flow blood vessel with a detailed focus on Doppler ultrasound systems, which find application in the diagnosis of superficial vascular and obstetrics. The thesis is described a proposal indicating polydirectional Doppler system with a continuous carrier wave frequency of 4 MHz, the intensity of ultrasound 100 mW/cm2 and diameter D-shaped transducers 8 mm. As a result, the indicator will be able to measure blood flow velocity in the range of 5-40 cm/s, which appears to 3.5 digit display. After describing important theoretical assumptions, the work pays block diagram indicator. Furthermore, it examines the various functional blocks on the requirements imposed on them. It looks at the options of each functional block, and finally describes the implementation of the selected option and including peripheral solutions. Great attention is paid to the power of the indicator, where the power supply will be used 9 V battery. Create a symmetric voltage for operate amplifier and other auxiliary voltage will procure DC/DC converters. In conclusion, the work is located around the perimeter solutions indicator. The following draft for the production of double-sided PCB, its installation and a list of elements. The outcome of the thesis is complete documentation for the implementation of an indicator of blood flow, which allows us to obtain information on throughput vessels, especially the lower and upper limbs.

Business and Investment Opportunities of Czech Companies in Chinese Province of Sichuan

This final bachelor thesis focuses on business and investment opportunites of Czech companies in Chinese province of Sichuan. Its main objective is to analyze these opportunities and prove that from the point of investor's view it is necessary to separate Sichuan province from the rest of China. All relevant fields of opportunities are assesed by the previous record of transactions between Czech and Sichuan companies and also by the possibilities of receiving support to undertake new investment and business projects.

Active control of the wake behind the cylinder

Active control of the flow around a cylinder using synthetic jet (SJ) array was experimentally investigated. The prevailing method was flow visualization. Modification of the wake was investigated at two values of a dimensionless momentum coefficient (Cμ = 0.21 and 1.02). Various α and Cf parameters were tested (where α is the angle between SJs and the main flow direction and Cf is the frequency ratio). The control moves separation point more downstream. Increasing frequency ratio Cf causes refining of the vortex structure. When SJs are placed at the front or rear stagnation points, wake tends towards the symmetrical pattern.
