Commentary to the Changes of the Franch Constitution from 21st July 2008: Study 1.193
Pulda, Jan
Dále pak práce hovoří o změnách v postavení opozice v parlamentu a změnách týkajících se legislativního procesu spolu s vlastním projednáváním zákonů.

Magnetic properties of Ce compounds studied by specific heat
Čermák, Petr ; Javorský, Pavel (advisor)
Materials containing the 4f (rare earth) or 5f (actinides) exhibit a large variety of interesting physical properties. The Ce-based compounds have a special place among the rare-earth compounds. The Ce atom contains only a single f-electron that is responsible for the magnetic behavior. The 4f states in compounds with the heavy rare earths have a well localized character, whereas many Ce-based compounds are on the borderline between the localized and itinerant behavior. These compounds show large variety of the magnetic ground states what is a result of the competition between the long-range order of the RKKY type and the screening of the localized moments by conduction electrons. We observe nonmagnetic states with a mixed valence (between Ce3+ and Ce4+), metallic systems with a long-range order of the Ce moments (ferromagnetic, antiferromagnetic or more complex structures). To analyze the electronic properties, the heat capacity data, and namely their low-temperature part, play an indispensable role. This diploma work comprise the sample preparation of selected cerium compounds, their phase characteristics and the heat capacity measurements at low temperatures (0.4 - 300 K). The main part is focused on the data analysis and comparison with theoretical models.

National cultures research and their comparison
Jaroš, Jakub ; Dědina, Jiří (advisor) ; Cejthamr, Václav (referee)
This thesis focuses on intercultural comparison issue. In the first part, essential parts of cultural comparison are discussed, as the consideration of future way and meaning of national cultures. Next, the relationship between national and organizational culture is described and recent intercultural researches are assessed. On this theoretical framework, the Swedish culture research is based. The main benefit of the research is the subjective comparison method that describe in detail position of Swedish culture compared with another. At the end, the Swedish national culture results are gently transferred to organizational culture. The goal of this paper is contemporary assessment of Swedish culture and topics suggested for next research.

Leaves F1 from Europe because of tobacco regulation or it will leave as well?
Masák, Tomáš ; Bartoň, Petr (advisor) ; Zajíček, Miroslav (referee)
Bernie Ecclestone (main person of F1 ) said that because of the ban on tobacco advertising F1 leaves from Europe. In today's globalized world is generally survival of World series in Europe unlikely. This thesis investigates how Bernie Ecclestone's statement aboves other economic reasons for leaving Europe. The role of tobacco was critical for F1 in terms of team's sponsorship and F1 itself. In both areas was the tobacco an important element for decades. Describing relations existing in the world of F1 which includes criteria that allow insight into the decisions about the allocation of F1 circuits and there will be a breakdown of the model into two parts. F1's promoter who as head of the body decides on the allocation of circuits direct and F1's teams that has an indirect influence on promoter's decision that derives from their status -- complements of F1's championship. Analysis of decision making model indicates that teams didn't have an effect on a decision of the promoter. The result is that the F1 promoter's decision was not influenced by tobacco advertising but rather revenues from television rights and race sanction fees.

Strategic analysis of Panelarna St. Mesto, a. s.
Pokorák, Jiří ; Dvořáček, Jiří (advisor) ; Kovařčíková, Dana (referee)
The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the current situation of Panelárna St. Město, joint-stock company on construction market, and to suggest measures that can be used as a basis for top management decisions regarding future operations. To achieve the objective, internal and external analysis methods were used. Methods of external analysis included PEST analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. Internal analysis was made by using financial analysis, analysis of resources and analysis of the activities. Results of internal analysis are expressing opinion to tangible assets, intangible assets, human resources and financial resources, in addition to evaluating the tie between activities and total economical stability of the company. Information from external analysis served for assesing current and future progress of construction, intensity of competition, and for identifying factors that may become a source of opportunity and threats. Set suggestions and recomendations for future strategy will emerge from the synthesis of internal and external analysis.

Jindřichová, Eliška ; Řezníčková, Dana (advisor) ; Kühnlová, Hana (referee)
Title: Analysis of teaching geography in upper secondary educational level in Germany Author: Bc. Eliška Jindřichová Department:Department of social geography and regional development Supervisor: RNDr. Dana Řezníčková, Ph. D. This thesis contains an analysis of the conception of geographical education on ISCED level 3 in Germany. It aims to answer the following basic conceptual questions: Under which conditions is geography being taught? In what manner is geography being taught? What are the expected effects of geographical education on the pupils? During the discussion of conditions, the current status of geography as a teaching subject is presented and the possibilities for cross-curricular collaboration are pointed out. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of form and content, learning objectives/goals and creation of geographical skills. Another part of the thesis is the description of the process and methods used to evaluate the gained geographical knowledge of pupils. The basic method for obtaining relevant data is content analysis of the curricula of the federal states of Germany, resulting in a set of complete record sheets. Based on the chosen method of data collection and analysis, I got all the answers to the three basic conceptual questions and compare the resulting data to Czech...

Alternative resolution of collective disputes (mediation and arbitration)
Hejl, Pavel ; Procházková, Eva (advisor) ; Štefko, Martin (referee)
- Alternative Collective Dispute Resolution (mediation and arbitration) The goal of my thesis is to describe and analyze the methods of resolution of collective disputes arising between the partners of a social dialog in execution of collective agreements and in the fulfillment of the respective obligations. Acting Czech legislation regulates the proceedings before a mediator and an arbitration procedure. The very fact that such topic complies the two areas of law in which I am interested was on of the main motives for my selection of this topic as my diploma thesis. My thesis is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of topic mentioned above. Introductory chapter one, which puts the reader into the problematic questions and defines basic terminology used in thesis is followed by Chapter Two dealing with general conception of collective Labor law and its classification in Labor law system. This chapter also contains examination of relevant Czech legislation. Aim of Chapter Three is to describe the terminology of Collective Labor-law relationships, their parties and subject. Chapter is subdivided into three parts. Part One looks at trade unions, Part Two describes tasks of employer in Collective relationship. Part Three illustrates subject of this relationships....
