KABELÁČ, Josef
The main aim of this thesis was to gain essential data from which it was possible to formulate findings about behaviour of dairy cattle in relation to the control system of feeding regime. The practical part of the thesis was based on a quantitative research and the basis of the empirical part was a research based on an observation which took place at the farm Agochlum of farming enterprise in Záluží, near Sušice. This research enables to evaluate the impact of the frequency of feed distribution and hilling on ethological behaviour of dairy cattle. The observation focused on activities connected with feed intake, drinking, lying and milking. The research took place in three continuous observational periods, each observation lasted 24 hours. The result of the research is evaluation of the average number of milking a day and average daily milk yield, preparation time for milking, milking duration, total time in the box, time in individual milkings, total activity of dairy cattle 30 minutes after milking and the evaluation of state of health of mammary gland, all of this is in connection with the feeding regime. Data gained from the observation was processed into tables and diagrams in MS Excel and it was statistically evaluated. The basic method of the research was the observation of dairy cattle in a given period by given people, recording into ethological diary, the analysis of gained data and the comparison of the result with other theses. The instructions of the thesis are based on the project NAZV - QJ1210144 and NAZV QJ1530058.

Thesis is devided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part was processes by secondary data analysis of literature. In the theoretical part I focused mainly on health determinants (personal wellbeing, enviroment, life style, food, leisure, day mode). In another chapters I dealt with issue of stress, physical activity, risk behaviors and stress from University education. The practical part of thesis I conducted a quantitative method using questionnaire survey on the lifestyle of college students. The questionnaire was anonymous. Data were collected in March and April and questionnaire was sent out via email to students of ZSF JCU. Data and results were processed in graphical form using Microsoft Office excel 2007. The sample consisted of students of Bachelor's and Master's degrees ZSFJCU. Sample were 300 students of 1,2,3,4, and 5year. Part of questioned students did not reply to the questionnaire, ome only partially. 80 % returned questionnaire. The sample consisted of 232 students (211 woman and 21 mans) from diferrent branches of ZSFJCU (see Table 1). In teses the hypotheses were:H1: Students of Health and Social Studies have weaknesses in the way and quality of life. This hypothesis was confirmed based on the result od the questions in the questionnaire. Specifically, the issues relating the food, particularly inadequate consumtion of fruits, vegetables and fish. Furthermore, students have deficiencies in physical activity, which is recommended daily for at least one hour of physical activity. H2: Health and Social Studies students will have knowledge about the impact of bio-psycho-social factors on health. The second hypothesis is based on responses to the question : What are the main health risks caused by inappropriate lifestyles? This question answerd correctly 95 % of students that were asked. H3: Students of Health and Social Studies after completing their studies, participate in programs of health promotion and health education of population. This hypothesis was not confirmed. Only 10 % of students want to work after graduation programs of health promotion and health education of the population. H4: Health and Social Studies creates conditions to support a healthy lifestyle. This hypothesis was verified. Health and Social studies allows you to participate in pysical education in the study. This option uses 54 % of the total number of students that were asked. It also allows food in the canteen on the premises of the faculty. Furthermore, in the study are ZSF JCU lectures dealing with the topic.

The pH, conductivity, water level, moisture and organic matter in soil were measured. Effect of these enviornmental parameters on vegeration composition was explored using CCA. Tracking the historical development of plant cover using orotofotomap from 1950, 1976, 1985, 1994 and 2008 show komplete removal of woody vegetating in 50s and their regeneration. The proposed management is recommended to remove or reduce the incidence of invasive plants and invasive species, restore the hydrological regime of the artificial deepening of the pool.

The area of the Bohemian Switzerland was chosen for the basis of the analysis. The first part includes an outline of the development of the tourism during the 19th and the early 20th century. Afterwards some important changes of the interwar period are examined, followed by impacts of postwar political and social changes. The thesis has confirmed the hypothesis that the development of the region's tourism was much more substantially affected by the expulsion of Germans from the border area than by the subsequent regime change in 1948. Based on available data, the analytical part of the thesis includes a comparison between the interwar and postwar periods from the point of view of the performance and position of the state and non-state organizations for the tourism.

The last part of the theoretical section considers intake of nutrients, the importance of hydration regime and suitable timing of nutrition intake before, during and after exercise (i.e. nutrient timing).
