Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou vody a její úlohy ve výživě a podpoře zdraví. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na charakterizování vody, vlastnosti vody, výskytu vody v potravinách a její vliv na lidské zdraví. V praktické části se zabývám výzkumem pomocí dotazníků, který zjišťuje informovanost o problematice pitného režimu u studentů druhého stupně základní školy. V závěrečné fázi prezentuji zjištěné výsledky, které jsou vyhodnoceny a následně graficky zpracovány. In my bachelor thesis I focus on of water and its role in nutrition and health promotion. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I focus on the characterization of water, properties of water, the occurrence of water in foods and its impact on human health. In the practical part is concerned with research using questionnaires designed to examine the issue of awareness of drinking regime for students from primary school. In the final phase I present the results obtained, which are evaluated and graphically presented.
