Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila do několika kapitol. V první jsem se pokusila vyjádřit biblické zakotvení pastorační služby, jednotlivé definice a východiska. V další kapitole se zabývám potřebami, na které pastorační péče reaguje. Pokládám za důležité vyjádřit konkrétně na jaké potřeby tato služba reaguje, protože se často hovoří obecně o existenci spirituálních potřeb, méně často už o tom, jaký mají tato slova obsah. Třetí kapitola pak navazuje tématem nástroje pastorační péče, kam jsem také položila těžiště své práce. Domnívám se, že pastorační pracovníci, mnozí duchovní či laici, vědí, co mají dělat i na jaké potřeby reagovat, ale problém nastává v konkrétní situaci, tváří v tvář trpícímu, kdy se ptáme, jak mu posloužit. Proto se zabývám v možnostech bakalářské práce, jakými nástroji můžeme na potřeby reagovat a také jak je těchto nástrojů možno kvalitně využívat.. V poslední kapitole pak hovořím o současné pastorační situaci a nových pastoračních možnostech. Dle mého názoru je důležité vědět v jakém stavu se pastorační služba nachází a od toho se odrazit k hledání nových možností a přístupů. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS' QUALITY OF LIFE Author: JARMILA ROČKOVÁ The overall quality of life in the examined sample of physically handicapped people is roughly average. Although, there are areas in which the physically disabled reach a satisfactory quality of life (own housing, social background in the family, lay public is informed sufficiently of the issue, good experience in the health-care facilities), other areas remain which require compensation and need to be supported by appropriate procedures. This concerns a group of the wheelchair bound persons, in particular (drawbacks in the public transport system, reduced opportunities in the field of education and employment, personal assistance).

Title : Position, tasks and education of military nurses and medics in garrison infirmaries. Key words: Miitary medical service of the army of the Czech Republic, military nurse and medic, the law no. 96/2004, it includes for lifetime education, registration, programme of continual military education for nurses after 2006 The main goal was to characterize position, activities and education of military nurses and medics working in garrison infirmaries. To provide a complex view the work was divided into three main parts. The introductory part is focused on the structure of military health care system. The basic element of providing health care in the army, garrison infirmaries, is discussed in detail. The next part is focused on tasks of military nurses and medics in garrison infirmaries and also on their work and position. The last part presents the education of nurses. It briefly summarizes possibilities of education based on the new legislation. The possibilities of education in specific military environment are also discussed.The research part is targeted at specific questions on military nurses and medics serving in garrison infirmaries. Regulation of tobacco advertising

Our first task will be return to the history of the USA. We will look back at trends in tobacco advertising regulation during the history, we will identify causes of this regulation and reaction of economical subjects at it. We will compare the situation of tobacco advertising and sponsorship in the European Union with regulation in the Czech Republic. Our next step will be discovering consumption trends and complexity of anti-tobacco policy in different countries within the EU. Main purpose of my work is to assess whether the regulation of tobacco advertising reached its goals. We will try to point out some falsehoods about the necessity of this regulation. We will evaluate influence of tobacco advertising on young people. We will do our best to answer the question, whether the bann of tobacco advertising has a direct impact on consumption of tobacco products. We will compare consumption of tobacco products in counties, where tobacco advertising is banned with countries, where tobacco advertising has not been prohibited. The conclusions of international studies, which deal with this topic, will be our main source of information. The economical aspects of tobacco advertising regulation and its real impact on economy will be our next object of observation. At last we will identify other effects of regulation.

The Integration of the Wheelchair Bound into Society.

My work deals with the integration of wheelchair disabled persons into the society and it is focused on current situation in Czech Republic. In the first part of my work, consisting of four chapters handicap is defined (from the historical, cultural and psycho-social point of view). I particularly deal with main approaches of major society to handicapped people during the evolution of the human society to understand it nowadays. The second part, also consisting of four chapters I pay attention on some basic efforts and activities of this integrative process - for example educational system, social care a social services, employment support, transport possibilities, health care delivery and leisure time activities.
