Prospects of Emergence of International Trade in Wine

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the prospects of development of international trade for the Czech wine producers, to specify the trade in selected products and make recommendations for the development of the studied field. A partial view of this diploma paper is to provide suggestions for improving the position of Czech wine producers in foreign markets. Create new proposals for how could the Czech winemakers be more competitive in international standard.To determine the situation of the wine culture in the Czech rep. I chose the survey by questionnaires. I asked 321 winemakers. After that I analyzed the situation of wine producers in the Czech rep. and in the world. In the end I searched situation analysis of chosen winery. Parts of this analysis are STEP analysis, Porter?s five forces model, financial analysis, portfolio description. The output of these analyses is SWOT analysis.
The possibilities of opening a new branch of boat rental in Český Krumlov

The aim of this thesis was to find and evaluate the possibilities of openning a new branch of boat rental in Český Krumlov. For this task I chose the firm Ká-servis, which gave me the necessary information. The first step was to study necessary literature, which helped me to understand some of the problems important for the right processing of this thesis. In its own part, I characterized the branche of the firm and then its history until today, including the supply of goods and services. Analysing the marketing environment, I tried to map the situation of the firm's market and also to determine the effect that it can significantly affect the near future. After that I made an analysis of customer's needs and wishes through a guided interview with a certain number of respondents. That could help the firm to find out, what it should focus on by opening a new branch. The next step was an analysis of suitable locations to open a branch. The aim was to find the best choice. On the basis of evaluated data, I persuaded that the best place to open a new branch of Ká-servis in Český Krumlov is on the edge of the historic centre.

I have chosen the the company TVAR, cooperative society Klatovy. Recently the firm focuses on kindergarden furniture production. To stand it{\crq}s ground in such a segment, the company has to gain as perfect information about the competition, suppliers, customers and as it is possible and to work out marketing strategies with the help of these data. These analyses are apllyed to concrete company {--} ARBO, spol. s r. o in the practical part.
