Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit, jaké jsou perspektivy vývoje mezinárodního obchodu s vínem pro české vinaře, specifikovat obchod s vybraným produktem a zpracovat doporučení pro rozvoj sledovaného oboru. Dílčím cílem této práce je podat návrhy na vylepšení pozice českých vinařů na zahraničním trhu. Určit, jaké možnosti pro jejich podporu nabízí stát a jak jsou tyto služby jimi využívány. Vytvořit nové návrhy, jak by čeští vinaři mohli být konkurenceschopnější v mezinárodním měřítku.Pro analýzu situace českých vinařů je použito kvantitativního výzkumu. Bylo dotázáno 321 vinařství. Poté byla provedena analýza situace vinařství v České republice a ve světě. Nakonec jsem provedla situační analýzu konkrétního vinařství. Její součástí je STEP analýza, sestaven je Porterův model pěti sil,diagnóza finančního hospodaření podniku je zjištěna provedením finanční analýzy. Dále pokračuje charakteristika portfolia firmy. Celá situace je vyhodnocena pomocí SWOT analýzy. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the prospects of development of international trade for the Czech wine producers, to specify the trade in selected products and make recommendations for the development of the studied field. A partial view of this diploma paper is to provide suggestions for improving the position of Czech wine producers in foreign markets. Create new proposals for how could the Czech winemakers be more competitive in international standard.To determine the situation of the wine culture in the Czech rep. I chose the survey by questionnaires. I asked 321 winemakers. After that I analyzed the situation of wine producers in the Czech rep. and in the world. In the end I searched situation analysis of chosen winery. Parts of this analysis are STEP analysis, Porter?s five forces model, financial analysis, portfolio description. The output of these analyses is SWOT analysis.
