Personal marketing of large companies

This diploma thesis is focused on application of marketing instruments in personal management of large companies. It is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. There are basic principles of functioning of personal marketing described in the theoretical part. Practical part is also divided into two parts -- in first of them there are comparated some personal marketing activities of large companies on czech personal market. In the second part there is the evaluation of questionnaire, which should demonstrate how marketing activities of personal managers meet the requirements of potential, or current employees, or what personal managers have to focuse on.

The topic of the thesis "Human resources marketing in Hewlett-Packard, s.r.o." is the analysis of practical use of human resources marketing in the company and a perception of company's brand between students/recent graduastes and a proposal for improvements in particular areas of human resources management. The theoretical part deals with particular personnel activities in the company. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the situation in human resources marketing in the Hewlett-Packard, s.r.o. In the conclusion are some recommendations and proposals to solve the discovered problems and imperfections.
Corporate Social Responsibility and Perceived Employer Attractiveness

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been present for several decades and has grown to include several areas in an organisation. The concept has gone on to gain significant importance around the world and has an impact on different sectors within and outside an organisation. This thesis aims to understand how the concept of CSR plays a role in the employer attractiveness and branding of an organisation in the Czech Republic. By analysing the perceptions and opinions of students pursuing a masters program and recent graduates, the publication intends to identify those factors that prospective candidates look out in their future employers. It also gives a set of strategic recommendations to companies intending to recruit new candidates in the future.
Company Performance and Employer Attractiveness

This thesis analyses influencers of employer attractiveness with high focus on company performance and other elements concerning company as such. Theoretical part of this thesis aims to bring relevant background for the practical analysis. In particular, it examines areas such as talent management, employee value proposition and employer branding and their connection to employer attractiveness. Practical part identifies objective and subjective drivers of employer attractiveness. This part consists of three analyses: Questionnaire, Correlation Analysis and RPC Graduate Survey. Triangulation of all three analyses brings complex results concerning employer attractiveness influencers. Empirical part works towards answering of research questions and creating a recommendation manual that shall help companies to become attractive employers.
Employer brand building through job fairs on the example of Career Days job fair

The goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate the benefits of job fairs to improve employer brand of the companies which want to be perceived as the perspective employer. In my work I will try to combine theoretical knowledge from the field of HR marketing and from the field of exhibition and trade fairs. In the practical part I will try to evaluate the benefits of the non-traditional Career Days Fair held annually by the student organization AIESEC, especially its competitiveness in today's environment.
Employer Branding; influencing student perception by campus management activities

The target of this thesis was to define the concept of employer branding and its relation to campus management, the activities companies do in order to attract students and promote themselves as quality employers. The theoretical research captures the marketing essence of branding and further develops it into the employer branding framework. Further research focussed on possible campus management activities. In the practical part the popularity and effectiveness of the activities were tested through several student surveys, expert interviews and own experience of the author. The result forms a basis for a recommendation of campus management strategy adjustment.
HR sourcing strategy of Accenture Services

Main goal of my bachelor thesis is analysis of activities which are improving employer branding and candidate sourcing. On picture of Accenture Services s.r.o I will show how these activities are applied in practise. Secondary goal of my thesis is to create strategy which will be time and financially flexible and will help with sourcing of German speaking candidates.

This diploma thesis deals with the use of marketing instruments in the field of human resources management, the importance of personal marketing to employers, employer brand building and current trends in the area of human resources management. The practical part analyzes the current approach to personal marketing at a company called Zentiva. The aim of the thesis is to map the current application of personal marketing within the organization, to analyze what instruments Zentiva uses at present to increase employer branding, as well as to propose improvements to better set up the whole process of building an employer brand through various personal activities.

The thesis deals with human resources marketing focused on university students and graduates. The theoretical part describes the role of human resources marketing in HR management and explains its importance during the financial crisis. Furthermore, current trends in this field are introduced. The practical part analyzes activities of human resources marketing in ČSOB and shows the results of a research that was examining the expectations of university students and graduates regarding their first employment. The final part defines some points ČSOB should focus on while recruiting and stabilizing university students and graduates.

It focuses on the latest trends and approaches which are currently applied in human resources marketing. In the practical part the author describes the operation of human resources marketing in a selected company -- Tesco Stores ČR a.s.. It presents results of the research that focused on opinions and attitudes of pharmacists and students of pharmacy on selecting their employer. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate human resources marketing in Tesco Stores ČR a.s. and on the basis of the research results, to suggest suitable strategies to help the company to recruit employees for their chemist's.
