The main objective of my thesis is a survey of the futuristic work of Mychajl Semenko, one of the most significant Ukrainian authors of the 1920s, who devoted a substantial part of his creative life and activities to the promotion of futurism in the Ukrainian literary world. The reception of his literary and organizational activities by the Ukrainian literary critics was also in the focus of my interest. In the introductory chapter I give an outline of a rather problematic reception of the avant-gard in Ukraine and the arrival of futurism in other European countries. The second and the third chapters deal with M. Semenko's literary beginnings and his futurist début. The next chapter is aimed at the organizational activities and philosophical ideas of M. Semenko that constitute a theoretical basis for the various stages of the development of Ukrainian futurism. His organizational work is surveyed on the background of Ukrainian history. The fifth chapter focuses on the futurist work of M. Semenko, mainly on his poetry and its characteristic features and themes. The sixth chapter deals with the development of the reception of Semenko's work. We can divide this into four main stages, from the early refusal (which was influenced by the situation of Ukrainian literary milieu at the turn of the 20th century) to...

Crime relating to the abuse of addictive substances
Hermanovský, Lukáš ; Jelínek, Jiří (advisor) ; Vanduchová, Marie (referee)
The subject of this thesis is one of the most serious problems of modern civilizations which is drug and drug abuse. This problem bears international character and therefore needs to be solved on international basis and with cooperation between all sates and nations involved. Big role concerning this problem play international organizations and treaties, especially OSN and its documents (these are described in chapter 5.). International cooperation is then reflected in particular legal systems of individual states (our legal regulations, the core of which lays in statute no. 40/2009, the penal code and in some other statutes, are described in chapter 6.). Basic principles as well as some detailed technical matters (for example lists of drugs and addictive substances) are, thanks to global unifying tendencies, common to large number of states. Details of legal regulations is, however, up to particular states, which also take into account their traditions and legal historical aspects, when proposing new provision or statute (chapter 2. contains historical aspects of Czech drug scene development). Particular legal regulations are therefore less or more different in different states (comparison between Czech and Slovak legal regulations regarding addictive substances abuse is in chapter 7.). Important part in...

Moučková, Michaela ; RAK, Štěpán (advisor) ; ZELENKA, Milan (referee)
As the title would suggest, the goal of my master thesis was to build the complete arch that would hold at the time of its brightest shine, at the times of Parisien and Viennese school. From my own opinion is this epoch of guitar, allocated by the end of classicism and the early romantism, in the universe of music, one of the most remarkable. This attractiveness is proven epecially thru the giutar literature of that time, that with its beauty, imaginativeness and permanent artistic recensy, is with no doubt the most significant. The first chapter is devided betwen the two subchapters. It pictures social-political and cultural situation of the turn of 18th and 19th century. In the first subchapter, I briefly capture the manners of changes of musical speech, predetermining then the speech of guitar composers of early romantism. Then in the second subchapter, I notice the most important genres and musical forms, preferred especially at the end of the 18th century and the beginning of 19th, from which our previously surveyed guitar schools were born. In second chapter I summarize the form of the early romantic guitar of the beginning of 19th century. I notice here the most significant names of master guitar builders and characteristics of their type of work. In following next two important chapters, 3rd and 4th, I talk about the most important modern guitar composers of Viennese and Parisien school of that time. Thru the short biographies and significant milestones of each personalities mentioned, I cite selected pieces for guitar, which by its meaning overcome typical expectations. The next subchapter then picks up the most influential contemporaries and followers who affect collaterally with both mentioned guitar schools, though not involved within them. The conclusion then in a few sentences points at the importance and unimaginable value of the guitar music of the first half of the 19th century, which has a worldwide merit revolutionary influence up to now.
