Přístupnost a další zákonné povinnosti webů veřejné správy

Cílem diplomové práce je detailně analyzovat zákonné povinnosti týkající se webů veřejné správy, které vyplývají z novely zákona č. 365/2000 Sb., o informačních systémech veřejné správy. V rámci této detailní analýzy je vymezen základní právní rámec a jeho dopady na webové stránky veřejnosprávních institucí. Nutnost legislativního ukotvení přístupnosti webových stránek je podložena sociálně i statisticky zaměřenými argumenty. Je věnována pozornost legislativě v České republice i ve světě. Detailně je popsána oblast přístupnosti webových stránek. Mimo samotné definice přístupnosti jsou vymezeny základní skupiny hendikepovaných uživatelů internetu, způsob, jakým používají internet, a jejich potřeby z pohledu přístupnosti informací prezentovaných na webu. V rámci práce jsou dále popsány uznávané metodiky týkající se tvorby přístupných webových stránek v českém i celosvětovém měřítku. Praktická část práce vychází z české metodiky pro tvorbu přístupného webu. Postupně je provedena detailní analýza jednotlivých pravidel v rámci této metodiky. U každého pravidla je popsán jeho význam, konkrétní techniky pro jeho splnění, jeho důležitost z pohledu jednotlivých skupin uživatelů a metody, které lze využít pro ověření splnění pravidla.

Bronze Age Settlement at Kněževes near Prague

The work is a general analysis and evaluation of the results of an extensive rescue excavation (2.939 features, out of which 1.470 were post and column holes), that was carried out by the Archaia company at the Kněževes site (Praha-západ district) in the year 1998. In an area of more than 10 ha, evidence of settlement in several prehistoric and historic periods was recorded (Neolithic, Eneolithic, Hallstatt period, Early La Tène, Hillfort period), however, it was particularly the Bronze Age, where the majority of the finds belong. An analysis from different viewpoints, supplemented with selective descriptive and visual documentation, represents the focal point of the submitted treatise. In the introductory part, there are described the progress and methods of excavation, the geomorphologic conditions, the subsoil and soil coverage on the site, as well as the expected vegetation in the area of interest on the basis of scientific analyses (macroremains, charcoal). Attention is paid also to the history of archaeological research within the cadastre of the current village of Kněževes and the neighbouring Kněžívka. Generation of images and animations using L-systems

Main goal of this thesis is to design system for editing and visualizing planar and cubical scenes consisting of elementary objects and objects described by Lindenmayers systems. Planar scenes visualization will be straight and cubical scenes visualization will be done through VRML language. VRML data will be visualized using external program. System should be able to capture chosen stages of Lindenmayer objects development as pictures so that it is possible to animate the development of object.

Terrain modelling and walk-through

My thesis deals with terrain modelling and scene displaying. The main subject of modelling is the terrain as well as objects, that can be found on it. Terrain data may be random so hey cannot include information about the position of each object (e.g. a tree or abush). This is the aim of our modelling; given the entry data, we must be able to generate objects at positions that would be as close to reality as possible. The last, but certainly not least part of the project is displaying the model-scene with the possibility of a walk-through. We will be introduced to various object types, possibilities of displaying optimization and we'll explore the "Level of detail" techniques. The result is an application displaying the described techniques on an example scene with a few types of brushwood including the possibity of an interactive walk-through.

Návrh metodiky implementace IS v malém či středně velkém výrobním podniku

Diplomovou práci lze rozdělit na 3 základní části: V první z nich je popsáno prostředí výrobního podniku a specifické vlastnostmi tohoto prostředí, které ovlivňují implementaci informačního systému (IS). Dále jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z projektového řízení a je popsán obecný průběh implementačního projektu. V jejím závěru jsou analyzovány zavedené metodiky implementace IS. Druhá část obsahuje vlastní návrh implementační metodiky, jenž zohledňuje vlastnosti definovaného prostředí. Metodika je navržena pro každého, kdo stojí před úkolem implementace informačního systému, tedy jak pro IT specialisty, tak i pro osoby, které nemají informatické vzdělání. Je založena na definovaných principech a odstraňuje nedostatky, identifikované u zavedených metodik. Ve třetí části jsou definovány kritické faktory úspěšnosti nasazení metodiky, je popsáno jak ji uvést do praxe a jak na ni dále navázat.

Design, creation and proof of digital learning objects, regarding the theme "Sound processing on a computer" for secondary school education

Učitelé vždy hledali názorné pomůcky, které by jejich žákům usnadnily proces učení. Ať už se jedná o obrázky, texty, modely či názorné pomůcky. Tyto pomůcky učitel využívá, když "sestavuje" učební jednotku, volí vhodné metody a přístupy tak, aby jeho působení u žáků vyvolalo patřičný efekt pochopení učiva a jeho osvojení. Učitel může potřebovat také metodické příručky, rady a pokyny, které mu mohou pomoci ve složitém procesu vzděláván žáků. Učitel často potřebuje evaluační nástroje pro hodnocení svých žáků, jako např. testy, úkoly, příklady atd. V dnešní moderní době se možnosti vzdělávacího procesu mnohonásobně zvětšily. Ţijeme v digitálním světě, kde i proces výuky a vyučování objevuje možnosti moderních technologií. A tak kromě klasických jsou k dispozici i pomůcky, metodiky a evaluační nástroje v podobě digitalizované či digitální. Možnosti těchto elektronických nástrojů a jejich dostupnost dalece převyšují vše, co si bylo možné představit v minulosti u pomůcek klasických.

Software development process on Java platform

Cílem této diplomové práce je popis problematiky vývoje internetových aplikací na platformě Java. Dalším cílem je vytvořit aplikaci podle požadavků zákazníka. V úvodu práce se zabývám problematikou aplikačních frameworků, zaměřuji se na Spring Framework. V další kapitole rozebírám vhodné technologie pro vytváření vzhledu internetových stránek a možnosti jejich využití se Springem. Dále se věnuji problematice ukládání dat s důrazem na využití ORM a Hibernate. Popisuji také možnost využití aspektově orientovaného programování a jeho podporu ve Springu. V závěru práce obsahuje praktickou ukázku využití teoretických znalostí při vývoji internetové aplikace. Je popsán postup vývoje aplikace s využitím vývojového prostředí Eclipse a metodiky extrémního programování.

Survey and assessment of masonry building castle

This diploma thesis deals with the diagnostics of masonry structures. In the theoretical part of this thesis it is described the system of assessment of existing structures and then the assessment of existing masonry structures. The next chapter states the methods of survey of masonry structures, including evaluation. The practical part of the thesis deals with the survey of the building of a small castle. This survey includes a brief history of the castle building, the preliminary inspection of the building and the research of the supporting structure. The result of the survey is to determine the material characteristics of masonry.

Augmented Reality Using Video from a Stationary Camera

This thesis deals with the issue of creating applications of augmented reality. There are described types of augmented reality, problems associated with developing of applications of this kind. Also there is description of method for detection of moving objects from the record of stationary camera. The thesis deals with camera calibration using knowledge of scene geometry. Scene editor for scene geometry estimation is included in this work. Augmented reality is represented by physical simulations, where object from virtual reality interacts with detected objects and with objects defined in scene editor.

Cloud computing in the sector of Small and Medium Enterprises

This bachelor thesis focuses on the ubiquitous trend of cloud computing and its application in the environment of small and medium-sized businesses. The purpose of this thesis is to characterize the basic properties of the cloud computing concept and to propose a specific feasible solution for a selected company from this sector. The thesis describes the general term of cloud computing, its architecture and division according to individual characteristics. In addition, the thesis defines the benefits and limitations related to application of the given technology. The practical part is dedicated to analysis of the existing state of IT infrastructure of companies and to proposed feasible solutions meeting company requirements. The TCO method, recognized for its high efficiency in assessments of IT projects, is used to calculate the costs of implementation of each of the possible solutions. The acquired data are used to compare these solutions, leading to a recommendation as to whether the cloud technology is an optimal solution or not. The main benefit of the thesis is the comprehensible elaboration of the issue of small and medium-sized businesses shifting from the traditional network infrastructure to cloud solutions.
