Location Behaviour of Companies in Banking Sector
Najman, Jiří ; Damborský, Milan (advisor) ; Čadil, Jan (referee)
The main aim of this thesis is to find regularities and patterns of banking branches distribution in particular regions. In the first part of the work there is a detailed overview of location behaviour of the selected banks in the Czech regions and districts. The second part represents simple process of finding ideal location for future bank branches establishing. This process is also applied to case studies, which are part of this thesis as well. The results show that geographical distribution of selected banks corresponds to the urban system of the Czech Republic. The capital city of Prague proved to be exceptional considering urban structure of the Czech republic. The analysis shows quite high differences in bank branches distribution in Czech districts. Very high concentration in relation to number of inhabitants was recorded in border districts of Plzeňský region and Jihočeský region. On the other hand, Most district and Ústí nad Labem district still offer high potential for bank branches expansion. We can expect continuing of bank branches expansion, because branches still have irreplaceable position regarding bank operations and creating new bank accounts.

Tobacco and the State Budget Revenues

Development centre
Hnojská, Petra ; Riegel, Karel (referee) ; Wagnerová, Irena (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a theme which is very modern nowadays. Development Centre is a program composed by a set of methods aimed to employees development. With a view to results of DCs an individua! developing pian for participant can be created. This pian can help the participant to reach desirable level of his abilities, knowledge and skills. The advantage is to associate DCs with wellestablished HR strategies like Performance Management, Talent Management, Career Planning etc. The purpose of this work is to attempt to map the subject of DCs in its whole width and present what can this technique offer, point out its advantages and disadvantages, try to critically introduce what we can expect from this technique and what cannot be awaited.

Incidence and prevalence of a disease in a district hospital over 3 years.
Matoušů, Barbora ; Střítecký, Rudolf (advisor) ; Lešetický, Ondřej (referee)
Branches of science such as epidemiology, clinical epidemiology, statistics and various statistical methods are by ground for activity of epidemiological-manager indicators. Incidence and prevalence are numbered among epidemiological-manager indicators. In condition of hospital Pelhřimov are these indicators written, analyzed and predicated for department of hospitalized in years 2005 -- 2007. At the same time is appraised use of capacities department of hospitalized, is made analyse and estimation of most often treated diagnosis and is watched progress their average time of treatment. The watching indicators are by one of series others records for manager decision-making by control of hospital.

Sport-hotel Frýdlant
Bartoš, Jan ; Svoboda,, Petr (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
In my thesis I will deal with the draft project documentation for sport hotel. This object is located in the quiet southeastern part of Frydlant with city views and easy access to the nearby sports facilities. It is an object of part two storey and a basement. The building is set into the sloping terrain, so the underground floor extends on to the ground. The building is based on foundation walls and footings that are made of reinforced concrete. Load-bearing walls of the underground floors are designed as reinforced concrete. Ceiling structure of the building is made as reinforced concrete beam ceiling and in other structure parts as a crosswise reinforced concrete plate. Perimeter bearing walls and two floors, are designed from the acoustic sand-lime bricks Silk. External walls are warmed by a contact insulation system. Flat single shell roof was chosen over part of the restaurant. Double-layer roof with a supporting truss structures above the main part of the building. The building is divided into functional parts. Accommodation capacities are mostly on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with a kitchen and space for staff. In the basement there is a functional part of the wellness and gym with common dressing rooms. The only entrance path allows convenient control of customers. The building is wheelchair accessible.

Assessing the impact of drought stress on winter wheat canopy by hermes crop growth model
Wimmerová, Markéta ; Pohanková, Eva ; Kersebaum, K. C. ; Trnka, Miroslav ; Žalud, Zdeněk ; Hlavinka, Petr
The main aim of this study was evaluate a drought stress effect on winter wheat development, growth (leaf area index), soil moisture and yields. Simultaneously, the ability of Hermes crop growth model to simulate drought stress response was tested. The field trial was established at Domanínek station (Bystřice nad Pernštejnem district, Czech Republic) in 2014. Mobile rain-out shelters for precipitation reduction were installed on the plots of winter wheat in May 2015. Results of this study showed that model is able to reproduce well a soil moisture content and to certain extent the drought stress for grain yields of winter wheat. Using the rain-out shelters (from 19 May to harvest on 6 August 2015), real winter wheat yields were reduced by 1.7 t/ha. The model was able to estimate the average yield with a deviation of 0.15 t/ha (6%) for no stressed variant. Model underestimated the yields for sheltered variant with a difference 0.67 t/ha (71%) on average against observed yields.

Reconstruction and model of postglacial spread of subgenus Alnus in Europe
Jelenová, Hana ; Barták, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Mandák, Bohumil (referee)
Many paradoxes exist about postglacial tree migration and they dont solve for many European trees. One example is wetland trees subgenus Alnus, which spread across Europe during the last glacial very quickly according to fossil records. The aim of this thesis is detection their migration potential, with the help of empirical evaluation of interpolated pollen data (interpolation method IDW) and a simulation model based on environmental characteristics of the species. The results of interpolated maps are similar to the rate previously estimated speed and the results of simulation model achieve these speeds only by A. incana but with specific extreme environmental conditions. The mason of this may be adapting its seeds to anemochorii because the simulation model confirmed their good potential to spread by the wind. Results of model for A. glutinosa don´t confirm the ability to rapidly spread by the wind and the observed rate must have another explanation. Maybe rivers can explain the empirical spread rate. This suggests visualization of migration lines and river networks. The model has also been disclosure of environmental properties that are related to migration potential. Within the parameterization of the model is demonstrated, that R0 of A. glutinosa is significantly better than A. incana. But main parameters of anemochory model are terminal velocity and generation time, which is shorter by the A. incana, and therefore is probably able to spread faster than A. glutinosa.
