Solidarity and equivalence in social insurance system

Solidarity and equivalence are basic principles on which is built not only social policy, but also the underlying structure of society as a whole. If the people's look at these principles doesn't correspond to their integration in social security systems, people find it as unjust and the social policy as illegitimate. It will be a task for new government elected in 2010 to solve long lasting problems derived from negative impacts of aging society together with more legitimate setting of solidarity and equivalence. This work analyzes income inequality in Czech Republic compared with other countries, follows the development of replacement rate of retirement pay to wage in time and in comparison with the level of previous income. The work compares the observed data with people's views on the pension system which are presented in the public opinion research. Next part compares two different approaches to solve the "pension crisis" -- the Swedish system of virtual accounts and the Chilean fully funded scheme -- and outlines a new pension system, which doesn't create explicit costs during transition from the current system, increases the involvement of merit principle, supresses excessive redistribution and thus constitutes a long-term sustainable system solution.

The European Union and Its Topical Problems

The thesis is focused on topical problems which are solved by the European Union at present.Increasing the numer of countries of the European Union as well as deepening the integration are two focal points of the thesis. Firstly, potential candidates and new members of the European Union are judged within the topic of increasing the number of the EU countries. A specific problem is comprised by the country of Turkey which opens a lot of questions by its membership. Secondly, the analysis of the economic integration in Euro area and the process of political unification connected with the acceptance of the Lisbon treaty create the main part of the topic of deepening the integration.

Phenomena of difficulty of pre-school children when solving Tangrams

The subject of this diploma thesis is Tangram solving. The target of this thesis is to ascertain on which level is a pre-school child able to solve such tasks; does the child makes a visible progress and under what circumstances if the tasks are repeated. This thesis further disusses the problem-solving phenomena of difficulty. The author follows up the theoretical part in which she defines the concept of Tangrams in the context of puzzles. The experiment is run over three age categories. The author registrates the solving process using spreadsheets and solution outputs. On the basis of a quality analysis of selected phenomena she defines those, which affect the level of difficulty of chosen task. This thesis contains tables and two hundred and twenty six attached pages and of photodocumentation. In the end, the author brings in typical child manifestations in the process of problem solving including mistakes and difficulties. 62 Při výkladu všech shora uvedených ustanovení o manželském majetkovém právu však musíme přihlížet k obecným ustanovením o povinnostech a právech manželů obsaženým v dílu 4, oddílu 1 návrhu. Ta vedle vymezení pojmu obvyklé vybavení domácnosti, upravují též výživné mezi manžely, jejich vzájemné zastupování. Důležitá jsou též ustanovení o uspokojování potřeb rodiny rozlišující dle toho, zda manželé žijí v rodinné domácnosti nebo odděleně. Obstarávání záležitostí rodiny a rozhodování o záležitostech rodiny stanovují závazná pravidla, kdo a jakým způsobem je v rodinných záležitostech oprávněn jednat. 8. Závěr Úprava společného jmění manželů, jak o ní bylo pojednáno na začátku mé práce, platí již více jak deset let. Lze říci, že je to doba dostatečná k zjištění jejích předností i naopak nedostatků. I samotná skutečnost, že rekodifikace občanského práva s novým uspořádáním majetkových vztahů manželů je na světě, nás nutí ohlédnout se a zhodnotit tuto stále ještě platnou úpravu. Kladně na stávající úpravě hodnotím především její snahu sjednotit manžele i ekonomicky, dle mého názoru, je pro manžele, jejichž prostředky jsou společné snazší finančně zajistit celou rodinu. A protože rodina je institucí, k jejímuž založení zpravidla dochází uzavřením manželství, s nímž je spojen vznik společného jmění, spatřuji toto...

The aim of my thesis is to analyze development as well as current level of Canadian foreign trade in goods and to compare this level with the number of trade agreements concluded between Canada and other countries. The second issue I considered in my thesis is whether Canada decreases its dependancy on the USA and if so, what are the countries Canada tends to trade with.

Solving consenquences of financial crisis by fiscal and monetary policy

At the beginning of my work I will try to explore the theoretical part, as what are the consequences of a financial crisis on state economy and how to respond to them using disponible tools of fiscal and monetary policy so that the impact is as acceptable as possible. The aim of my essay is an analysis and comparison of the effectiveness of monetary and fiscal policy on the reduction of the impact of the financial crisis and what is their effect on the growth of GDP, development of inflation, employment and other macroeconomic indicators. The question is basically how to restart the economic growth and how to achieve it. I will also explore the possible non-acceptance of any precautions. I will try to find the optimal consensus between fiscal and monetary policy and their right setup in comparison of the USA and other European states, where each country's government has accepted certain precautions through fiscal and monetary policy.

Corporate identity in SME

The objective of this thesis is to create a corporate identity (CI) in a partical company (SME) called "VŠ LIGA, o.s.". Theoretic part is dedicated to explanation of the CI conception, of its basic parts (corporate culture, communications and design) and its importance. Practical part analizes current situation of CI in the company. Based on this analysis there were identified issues to be solved. The thesis proposes the steps to solve these issues.

Humoral immunity

Imunologie je nový, samostatný a stále se rozvíjející vědní obor. K jeho největšímu rozkvětu došlo za posledních padesát let a jeho poznatky zasahují do všech oborů medicíny. Imunitní systém patří k základním homeostatickým mechanismům organismu, spolupracuje s jinými fyziologickými systémy, zejména nervovým, endokrinním, kardiovaskulárním, a dalšími. Základní vlastností imunitního systému je schopnost rozeznat škodlivé od neškodného, cizí od vlastního. Tato funkce se projevuje jako obranyschopnost, autotolerance a imunitní dohled. Funkce imunitního systému vykonávají krevní buňky a také některé časti krevního séra nazývané humorální faktory. Podle toho\která složka se v imunitní reakci více uplatní, dě!líme imunitu na humorální a buněčnou, dále imunitní mechanismy dělíme na specifické a nespecifické. Všechny složky imunity mezi sebou spolupracují a navzájem se regulují. This bachelor thesis focus on possibilities of active recreation, physical training and sport, which are offered by Czech Republic for its inhabitants.In this thesis is detailed analysis of city of Jihlava. Aim is analysis of supporting sport from city budget in the middle-sized city in the Czech Republic. This aim is solved by partial goals, like characterisation of city Jihlava and then answering questions: Is the allocation of money for sports areas systematic?, Are the financial funds for sports area adequate in comparison with similar city?
