Ways to support a child with problem behaviour by working with his family

The thesis deals with the possibilities of intervention in children with behavioral problems. The main focus is placed on working with the family (unlike commonly used interventions that focus primarily on working with the child himself or herself). The first part portrays the theoretical background. It describes the mechanisms of family influence on the child in terms of the factors that can increase the risk of behavioral problems, and, vice versa, factors that act protectively and help the child cope with the situation in a functional manner. On this basis, we describe various forms of intervention in the family based on influence of the disclosed risk and resilient factors. The research project aims to respond to the discrepancy between the proven effectiveness of intervention in families and low levels of use (predominance of intervention focused on child itself only). Through qualitative analysis of interviews with professionals research maps possible ways for families to reach the intervention, its benefits and risks, and recommendations for improving the system of this kind of care in the Czech Republic. Téma této diplomové práce zní "Islám ve Francii". Islám sám o sobě představuje jedno z nejdiskutovanějších témat současné doby a Francie patří mezi země, které přítomnost tohoto náboženství pociťují nejvíce, vzhledem к poměrně početné muslimské menšině, jež zde sídlí. Islám a Francie, dva pojmy na první pohled dosti vzdálené, přesto jde o realitu dneška. Tato práce podává přehled dějinných událostí, které к této situaci vedly, informuje o současném stavu a snaží se upozornit na hlavní problémy, jež z tohoto kulturně odlišného soužití plynou. The Czech pension system, its problems and possibilities of the reform

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to give a complex view of the Czech pension system to the reader. In recent years pensions and their associated problems have been the main theme of many discussions. We often hear politicians and experts speaking about the financial problems of the Czech pension system and its unavoidable reform. The preamble of this thesis deals with different situations in the Czech pension system, the rules under which it operates and its history. The body of this work is focused on the analysis of fundamental problems and their effects on the contemporary pension system in the Czech Republic. The emphases in the thesis are on demographic trends; the ageing process; receipts and expenditures of the Czech pension system; the political situation and public opinion in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of this thesis describes various reforms for the Czech pension system and mentions basic information about the Slovak pension system.

Arabic minority groups in Germany

The submitted thesis is titled "Arab National Minorities in Germany". Tts primary a1m is to shed light for a Czech reader on the much discussed issues of large foreigner communities in a 'Western' (in this case German) society that are perceived as culturally different from the rest of the population, thus giving rise to a number of stereotypes and anxieties as well as, occasionally, open conflicts. Basic research questions refer to the true nature of those minorities, the implications of their presence there and the way the state approaches them. First, the paper justifies the term 'Arab minorities', proceeding to the circumstances of their emergence and growth in Germany. Developments of those groups after the World War TI are dealt with in more detail and are differentiated according to the basic processes: recruitment of labour farce as applied for Morocco and Tunisia, and reception oť reťugee waves notably in cases of Lebanon, Algeria and Iraq. In the second chapter, a characterization of the respective minorities is provided, as seen from several diverse points of view. Bariéry rozvoje cestovního ruchu na Kutnohorsku

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje cestovního ruchu, který je aplikován na konkrétní region ? Kutnohorsko. Bližší poznání regionu odhaluje jeho rozporuplnost v minulosti, kdy bylo neutuchající bohatství několikrát vystřídáno útlumem hospodářské činnosti a potýkáním se s četnými problémy. Dnes na někdejší bezedné bohatství Kutnohorska ukazují skvostné a okázalé stavby i obdivuhodná architektonická díla. Spolu s příznivými přírodními podmínkami vytváří dobré předpoklady pro úspěšný rozvoj cestovního ruchu. Pro stanovení nejzávažnějších bariér limitujících úspěšný rozvoj cestovního ruchu v území bylo třeba zanalyzovat jak předpoklady a potenciál území pro cestovní ruch, tak i současnou situaci rozvoje tohoto odvětví. Zhodnocení pomocí SWOT analýzy přispělo k postižení bariér rozvoje cestovního ruchu ve zkoumaném území. Cílem práce bylo navržení opatření, které by zvýšily atraktivitu oblasti a do regionu přilákaly větší počet turistů, kteří by zde strávili delší dobu a rádi se do regionu Kutnohorsko vraceli.

Financial analysis of company Air navigation services of the Czech republic

This bachelor´s thesis deals with financial analysis of a company Air navigation services of the Czech Republic. It is divided into three parts. The first part describes methods, users and sources of financial analysis. The second part is focused on the description of company´s core business and it´s structure. The last part consists of horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis of several selected ratio indicators. We subsequently test financial stability with one bankrupcy and one solvency model both of which prove that the company is in a stable financial situation with minimal chance of entering bankruptcy. Such result is essential for the company´s core business.

The legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis is focused on the legal hospital health care regulation in the Czech Republic. The main efford is to provide a sufficient review of the up-to-date situation in this field. It examines hospitals by a theoretical standpoint and also its key problems concerning actual situation of the czech health care and lack of finance as the main significance. The top part of thesis focuses on actual legal hospital health care regulation and proposes ways of improvement. Following part assesses proposals of improvement of the hospital care quality. Final chapter presents possible ways of optimal solutions of hospital care as well as health care at all.

Využití e-learningu ve výukovém procesu na univerzitách v ČR

Práce se zabývá rozšířením e-learningu na univerzitách a vysokých školách v České republice. Cílem je zmapovat situaci na českých univerzitách, upozornit na kritické faktory zavádění e-learningu a navrhnout jejich řešení. Provedený průzkum odpovídá na otázky, jaký LMS univerzita používá, jak se přistupuje k tvorbě elektronických kurzů, kolik učitelů se zapojuje do jejich vývoje, kolik pedagogů možnosti e-learningu využívá a kolik studentů projde e-kurzem. Univerzity jsou srovnávány pomocí vybraných ukazatelů. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny nejpodstatnější problémy, kterými by se škola měla při zavádění a následném rozšiřování elektronického vzdělávání zabývat.

Informační podpora strategického řízení

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci a popis významných problémů v informační podpoře strategického řízení, a to s důrazem na přístup k těmto problémům v germanofonní oblasti. Cílem diplomové práce je popsat a charakterizovat ty problémy informační podpory, které jsou v germanofonní oblasti aktuálně považovány za nejvýznamnější, a identifikovat jejich významnost na pozadí současných přístupů ke strategickému řízení. Zároveň se diplomová práce zaměřuje na zjištění a zdůvodnění případných rozdílů mezi různými přístupy (zejména současnou anglosaskou, germanofonní a tuzemskou situací). Po obecném pojednání o pojetí, významu a posunech ve strategickém řízení se diplomová práce věnuje diskusi hlavních problémů v informační podpoře strategického řízení na příkladu díla prof. Dr. Jürgena Webera z německé WHU Koblenz jako představitele germanofonní oblasti, anglofonní oblast reprezentuje dílo prof. Roberta S. Kaplana.
