Analysis of the social services planning in the region Hradec Králové

The transformation of social services is a current topic. Social services in context of their social change are the topic of this dissertation. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on social serivices in wider context of social politics and social help as a basic background of providing social services. Furthermore, you can find here roles of individual subjects and objects of social services. The course of social services transformation is described in the chapter which characterises the aims and main changes of the new social services. The chapter describing the planning of social services introduces the research. The theoretical part leads to the summary of the theoretical analysis. Empirical research is introduced by the characteristics of the region, i.e. Hradec Kralove. The research itself deals with the analysis of the current state of social services planning in selected municipalitites of Hradec Kralove region. We have chosen two research strategies: quantitative and qualitative, the latter is an integral part of the research. The aim of the dissertation is the analysis of the social services planning in the municipalitites of Hradec Kralove region. We are trying to find the influences of future and social services planning and also what strategies are used by the municipalities.

Authentization in distributed web caching environment

Web servers migth contain sensitive informations, which require authentication. To decrease load of these server, distributed cache system can be used. This thesis consider some proposal of authentication within distributed cache system, which has to follow the security politics of the original server, but without replication the database of access control rules from the original server. Next, the security analysis and prototype implementation of the proposal is accomplished and described.

State budged of the Czech republic

This bachelor thesis deals with the state budget of the Czech Republic. The thesis is separated into seven main parts. In the first chapter we deal generally with the problems of the state's budget, after this in the second chapter we will focus on the budget suit alone. The third chapter includes revenues and expenditures of the state budget; in the fourth chapter we devote analysis of the aggregate balance revenues and expenditures of the state budget. The themes of the fifth chapter are short-term and long-term fiscal imbalance, and on these problems we will pick up in the next chapter, which deals with the public debt. The seventh chapter focuses on the problems of budget politics and fiscal politics.

Radical Islamism in Western Europe as possible reason for redefinition of liberal-democratic model

Diploma thesis "Radical Islamism in Western Europe as possible reason for redefinition of liberal-democratic model" deals with impacts of demonstrations of political Islam - especially in its extreme forms - on current form of liberal democracy. It deals with roots of the problem, especially with postwar influx of mainly Muslim immigrants to Western Europe and difficulties with their integration. It describes approaches of selected authors to the issue of radical Islamism and its impact on democratic values and rules in theoretical section. Main section of this thesis deals with analysis of specific controversial issues: disputes over wearing of Islamic headscarves, debates about building of mosques and attempted implementations of Islamic law sharia into legal systems of Western countries. Beside these selected issues are there briefly described other controversial issues too - e.g. reactions on publication of book Satanic Verses and cartoons depicting Prophet Muhammad, arguing about problematic topics taught in schools with Muslim pupils and involving Muslims in politics. I'm trying to outline future course of collisions between radical Islamism and principles of Western liberal democracy in the final section of my thesis, citing forecasts by some known experts.

Information society - risks and needs to ensure user´s use of eGovernment and electronic services in Czech republic

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to an overview of potential risks and threats emerging to citizen (considered in this term as user) as a part of information society. These threats are possible to come across with using public administration information systems or electronic systems and services provided by private sector subjects. For establishing and developing information society were accepted several state information politics which were further supported by passing laws. Theses also gives the list with some state institutions which arose and are based on chosen laws related to information society, securing and protecting citizens' electronic identity from misuse. In further sections, there are public administration information systems described, also their principle and contribution for citizens, overview of chosen web-applications and services of eGovernment with overview of web-services of private sector institutions that can be met by citizen (user) on the Internet. In most cases, "common" user of services available on the Internet is not aware enough of potential risks and threats that he can come across. Therefore it's important for any user wanting to take advantages of services of public administration or private sector to have a certain amount of knowledge that will help user prevent such threats and risks. List of most common threats for user is also provided with explanation of how the user's computer can be infiltrated or attacked. For preventing infiltration and attacks are usually required special programs. Thesis gives a brief manual for user of most common programs each focused on chosen threat with some practical pieces of advice.

The a1m of this paper is a thorough historical study of the 19th century superpower struggle between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Russian empíre for Iran (Persia), Afghanistan, Inner Asia and Tibet, popularly known as the Great Game. The study is based on the chronologically arranged description of the Great Game's key events, nevertheless, these are examined also 1n a broader frame of the 19th century's international political and diplomatic developments as well as in the context of the interna! changes within Persia and her neighbours in the period studied. The main centre of its attention will be Persia, the most important and most interesting subject oť the Anglo-Russian rivalry in Asia. As far as other regions are concerned, we will particularly examine the case of Britain's engagement in Afghanistan and Russia's conquest of Centra! Asia, both with their impacts on the general Great Game's political issues. The open1ng chapter deals in rich details with the historical and geopolitical presumptions of the Anglo-Russian struggle ti! I the end of the 18th century. The Possibilities of Receiving Structural Funds in the Area of Tourism in the Course of the Development of a Destination

The thesis is devoted to regional politics of the European Unnion. It characterizes its aims, principals, mechanisms, and financial instruments. It also focuses on its application on the area of the Czech Republic. It particularly concerns the town of Nová Ves I where two local projects are presented. The aims of the thesis are as follows: to introduce the basics of the regional politics, of the system of the structural and other funds, and the possibilities of their usage; to find out whether the inhabitants of Nová Ves I know about the means of funding; to what extent they are aware of the usage of the allocations from the European Union; and to present the ways in which the funds improve the inhabitants'lives and how they contribute to a higher level of attractiveness of the town in the are of tourism.

The thesis analyzes media's ability to establish their chosen issues and thus affect the relevance of the political groups, leading to better outcomes of selected politicians in elections The thesis is based on the assumption of rational ignorance and the assumption of voters choosing between political parties that have a real chance to be elected. The hypothesis is that the very relevance of a political group is determined by media. Empirical research is based on the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic in 2013.
