Benešová, Milena ; Mandl, Petr (referee) ; Benková, Markéta (advisor)
This thesis deals with one of the models for the credit risk measurement - the model CreditRisk+. The theoretical part describes the theory which is the basis for this model. Further, the thesis demonstrates an applicative example of calculation distribution of default losses. The model uses Poisson distribution as the distribution of the number of defaults from this we can proceed to the distribution of default losses which is output from this model. The theoretical part also presents two variants of this model. The first of this variant is the calculation of the distribution of default losses with fixed default rates. The main asset of this model is the second variant which calculates with the variable default rates. The applied part deals with the recurrence relation which is described with the model-makers. This thesis deals with the combination of CreditRisk+ with the another model known as CreditMetrics, too. The calculation is realized on the basis of Monte Carlo's simulation of the future portfolio. The aim of this part is to demonstrate how this model is applicable in practise.

Rigorous work was created as a partial project of longitudinal study "Protection of mental health of persons exposed to provable psychosocial risk in the childhood.u (IGA MZ ČR č.NF 55 79-3). The theme of rigorous work was psychosocial adaptation of 46 persons growed up in individua! foster care. In theoretical part I presented concept of resiliency that deals with conditions of successfull adaptation despite life risks. Theme of resiliency was filled in related concepts and put into relation with concept of risk and theory of deprivation. Extensively I presented three representative original concepts of resiliency. The problem of individua! foster care I put into context with characteristics of family and substitute family care. In practical part I described actual psychosocial adaptation of whole research group, differences between men and women and I compared two groups divided according to score of social adaptation researched in previous study in 1991-1994. I had to follow methodological procedure of whole research, but in spite of that I attempted to get information that testified existence of specific resiliencies althougt I could not prove their causality. From the results followed, that it is very homogenous and highly socially adaptated group representing unique chance to study resiliency....

Straka, Luděk ; Kučera, Miloš (advisor) ; Klusák, Miroslav (referee)
The theme of my thesis is the "A Detection of the Spirit of Pilgrimage". There is a pilgrimage in Europe, 1.500 km in length, which goes from the French town, Le Puy, to the Spanish town, Santiago de Compostela. The pilgrimage is widely known as "Camino de Santiago". My work focuses on exploring and finding the answer: What is the essence of pilgrimage? My work is divided into two parts; the first is theoretical, introducing the world of medieval pilgrimage from the very beginning to the present. The practical section consists of my own experience with the Camino, and the analysis based on the grounded theory. The thesis explains developement of the pilgrimage and the meaning of the Camino for cultural and religious life in Christian Europe, describes my own accomplished pilgrimage from Prague to Santiago de Compostela and deals with formation of a hypothesis based on the grounded theory.
Vytváří přitom čtyři varianty ? optimistickou a pesimistickou variantu pod vlivem cestovního ruchu a to v případě pořádání akce samostatně či ve spolupráci s jinou zemí. V první části zkoumá přímé dopady konání ? růst HDP. V druhé části, za využití meziodvětvové analýzy, se pokouší zjistit, jak velký by byl dopad nepřímý ? obrat HDP. K výpočtu přímých dopadů sumarizuje poznatky z analýz o výstavbě nových stadionů a očekávaný přínos z cestovního ruchu.
