Obsahem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza finanční skupiny České spořitelny a.s. Data pochází z účetních výkazů, a to především z konsolidované rozvahy, konsolidovaného výkazu zisků a ztrát a konsolidovaného výkazu o peněžních tocích. Teoretická část obsahuje metody a nástroje finanční analýzy a to předevšim horizonatální a vertikalní analýzu účetních výkazů a poměrové ukazatele. Praktická část je zeměřena na aplikaci těchto metod a hodnotí situaci banky.

The April issue of Global Economic Outlook presents the regular monthly overview of recent and expected developments in selected territories, focusing on key economic variables: inflation, GDP growth, leading indicators, interest rates, exchange rates and commodity prices. In this issue, we also discuss the risks to global economic growth in the medium term. Global growth is currently being threatened above all by non - economic factors (environmental risks, large - scale migration, terrorism). Economic risks may continue to hinder world growth, but they no longer dominate the global risks in the way they did immediately after the global crisis broke out.

Comparison of ITS nrDNA and alternative markers for fungal metabarcoding in environmental samples

The study of fungal diversity may lead to many fundamental discoveries and conclusions. Molecular genetics, and particularly high throughput sequencing methods using short DNA fragments as barcodes, has recently experienced a boom. The most frequently used marker for fungal research is the partial region of nuclear ribosomal DNA called ITS (Internal Transcribed Spacer). It occurs in the form of tandem repetitions of up to 200 copies. This fact greatly simplifies its amplification from the environment but also introduces some negatives. One of them can be an existence of intragenomic and intraspecific variability which confounds diversity estimates by exaggerating the real number of species. Using alternative low-copy markers can easily prevent these problems. In this study EF-1α and RPB2 protein- coding genes were compared with traditionally used ITS1 and ITS2 markers. An artificial mock community was created by blending genomic DNA of different fungal lineages. The community was sequenced for all markers and the data were processed according to guidelines commonly used in environmental studies. The results show that ITS2 is unequivocally a more suitable marker for environmental studies than other compared markers. Statistical analysis of unemployment development in Lovosicko with attention to risk groups

This diploma thesis analyses the development of proportion of unemployed people and of job applicants registered with the Labour Offices in Lovosice. It specially focuses on groups at risk - women, graduates and adolescents, disabled persons and people who have been registered with the Labour office for more than 12 months. The data used for the analysis were found on the Internet portals of the Czech Statistical Office, of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Labour Offices in Ústí nad Labem, Litoměřice and Lovosice. The thesis comprises of the development of overall unemployment analysis in the microregion. Using statistical methods, I evaluated the monitored figures in years from 2005 to 2015. Elementary characteristics of time series and trendy functions were used for the solution. Subsequently, the work includes prediction of further development of unemployment and survey evaluation. At the end, I suggested ways of decreasing unemployment of selected high-risk persons.

The radical religion and its impact on the English society and politics in the years 1649-1660

Diplomovou práci jsem zaměřil na analýzu činnosti náboženských hnutí a sekt, jež ovlivňovaly společenský a politický vývoj Anglie v 50. letech; tyto skupiny byly v jistém ohledu vyvrcholením náboženského radikalismu, který se zrodil z protestantského, především kalvínského učení, ovlivňujícího dějiny státu od alžbětinské éry. Vzhledem k tomu, že pro pochopení činnosti sekt působících v Anglii po popravě Karla I. je nutné porozumět předchozímu vývoji puritanismu, věnoval jsem pozornost náboženským otázkám země od počátku vlády královny Alžběty. Termín "radikalismus" je sám o sobě relativním pojmem; puritanismus, jenž se zdál Alžbětě I. a řadě jejích současníků extrémním projevem víry, byl v 50. letech 17. století nazírán jako nejumírněnější forma uctívání (viz presbyteriáni a independenti jako nejbližší reprezentanti starých puritánských tradic). Dokonce i baptisté, kteří byli na počátku 40. let ztotožňováni s münsterským anabaptistickým běsněním Johna z Leidenu, byli v 50. letech vnímáni konzervativními složkami národa jako relativně umírněný proud náboženského radikalismu. Je ovšem zřejmé, že i počáteční formy kalvinismu byly radikální výzvou tehdejší společnosti, politice i představám člověka o Bohu, světě, životě a o sobě samém. Puritanismus a separatismus obsahovaly řadu rozkladných učení, jež směřovaly...

Diploma thesis Insurance companies products comparison in the market of Czech Republic focuses on the subgroup of life insurance which is term life insurance. Thesis is divided in to the theoretical part, where the situation of Czech insurance market is brought in details and it depicts and analyses life insurance as a whole to emphasize the reason of selection of term life insurance outside of the other types. Theoretical part is constructed the way to enlighten the issues of life insurance for ordinary readers and on other hand to provide professionals working in this sector with useful and beneficial information. The core of the thesis is represented by practical part, where deep analysis of particular products and their interpretation and application on defined groups consisting of different people structures is provided. Thesis is trying to emphasize an importance of ensuring personal well-being via insurance and aspires to be helpful as a tool when choosing a right product of life insurance as well.

Práce zhodnocuje finanční zdraví podniku Východočeská energetika, a. s. Na základě údajů z účetních výkazů, jsou sestavovány skupiny ukazatelů, na jejichž základě lze zjistit současný finanční stav společnosti a predikovat možný budoucí vývoj. Vybrané ukazatele jsou poté porovnávány s doporučenými hodnotami, s ostatními podniky nebo odvětvovým průměrem.

The February issue of Global Economic Outlook presents the regular monthly overview of recent and expected developments in selected territories, focusing on key economic variables: inflation, GDP growth, leading indicators, interest rates, exchange rates and commodity prices. In this issue, we tend to explore analytically the effect of (un)conventional monetary policy measures on shadow interest rates in the euro area and the USA. Based on our estimates, we show in this article that the effect of monetary policy measures on shadow rates differs depending on whether they were aimed at stabilising financial markets or further easing monetary conditions. We also indicate how the effects of measures taken by central banks can change depending on the current level of financial stress.

Statistical analysis of unemployment in selected region

This thesis deals with the analysis of unemployment in the region Usti. Review of literature contains theoretical issues relating to the labor market and unemployment. Practical part of work is focused on the analysis and interpretation of the evolution of unemployment by using the indicator of unemployed people and the number of unemployed in the years 2005 - 2015 and prediction of future development of these indicators. Statistical methods are used for the analysis and prediction. Practical part of work also describe selected structural characteristics of the unemployed to find an problematic group of registered job seekers. In conclusion, summarizing the results and show proposals for dealing with unemployment in the Usti region.

Analysis of supply of pre-school education with focus on children´s groups in the Czech Republic in 2010 - 2015

As more women work on hire positions, they start realizing the impact of maternity to their career (Höhne, 2010). To satisfy their needs high supply of pre-school education and its variability and flexibility is needed. Act no. 247/2014 Coll. is trying to react to the situation of inadequate supply. The main aim of this work is to compare situation before and after this law and its consequences as far we can evaluate now. Using primary and secondary data thesis will state if there is scale of those services wide enough and if there is additional need to create more places for pre-school education and if there are changes in supply caused by the law. Conclusion is, that creation of childrens group, which were created because of this law, didnt have such a big impact on supply of pre-school education. Moreover, many of them exists only because of funding from EU.
