Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji. Literární rešerše obsahuje teoretická východiska vztahující se k problematice trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti. Vlastní práce je zaměřena na analýzu a interpretaci vývoje nezaměstnanosti pomocí ukazatele podílu nezaměstnaných osob a počtu nezaměstnaných v letech 2005 - 2015 a následnou předpověď budoucích hodnot vývoje těchto ukazatelů. Statistické metody jsou využity pro rozbor a predikci. Součástí vlastní práce je deskripce vybraných strukturálních charakteristik nezaměstnaných, s cílem naleznout problematické skupiny evidovaných uchazečů. Na závěr budou shrnuty výsledky získané v průběhu vlastní práce a na jejich základě uvedeny návrhy řešení nezaměstnanosti v Ústeckém kraji. This thesis deals with the analysis of unemployment in the region Usti. Review of literature contains theoretical issues relating to the labor market and unemployment. Practical part of work is focused on the analysis and interpretation of the evolution of unemployment by using the indicator of unemployed people and the number of unemployed in the years 2005 - 2015 and prediction of future development of these indicators. Statistical methods are used for the analysis and prediction. Practical part of work also describe selected structural characteristics of the unemployed to find an problematic group of registered job seekers. In conclusion, summarizing the results and show proposals for dealing with unemployment in the Usti region.
