Low-floor apartment house

This bachelor’s thesis discusses design of a low-floor apartment house in city of Prostějov. It is an elaboration of its blueprints for construction realization. Apartment house consists of three (above-ground) floors with partial basement that provides home hardware. Upper floors provide home hardware aswell as communication and living equipment. On every floor there are three dwelling units, that make total of 9 units in the house. Vertical structural system of the building in its basement forms permanent formwork and in the upper floors the loadbearing masonry is made of Porotherm. Horizontal structural system is provided from cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceilings. The construction is cieled by a warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. The apartment house is considered as a Nearly zero-energy building.
Apartment building

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to prepare the design documentation of a new residential building that will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero energy consumption. This apartment building has been designed in such a way that its operation does not interfere with or restrict the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on adjacent land in the vicinity. The new apartment building is situated in the town of Zlin, in the cadastral and urban part of Priluky u Zlina. Among the advantages belonging to this plot is its flatness, which will facilitate the process of construction of the apartment building or other adjacent buildings. On the land used by us, a parking lot will be designed with 24 parking spaces, one of which is intended for people with mobility disabilities and the other for families with children, these parking spaces are located closest to the entrance to the BD on the west side. The residential building is designed as a four-storey, partially basemented building. In the apartment building are sized storage spaces, technical facilities of relevant technologies, common areas serving as a place of recreation for the residents of the BD and separate residential units. The total number of residential units is 15. They are divided into 3 layout categories - 1+kk, 2+kk, 3+kk. Residential units on the 1st floor have recreational space terraces. Residential units in 2.NP and 3.NP have balconies or loggias designed for recreation. The largest apartment in the 4th floor has a spacious terrace on the vegetated roof designed for this purpose. If necessary, the layout of apartments and common areas can be changed to meet the requirements of barrier-free use of the building by people with disabilities. The bachelor thesis has been prepared in accordance with the current legislation of the Czech Republic as of the date of submission of this bachelor thesis.
Detached house with a workshop

The aim of bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for realization of new detached house with a workshop. The new building is situated on the edge of the built-up area of the town Velké Pavlovice in the Břeclav district. It is a two-storey, basement and free-standing building. The building is divided into two functional parts, a living area and a design office. The detached house is designed for permanent housing for a five member family. The plan of the building is irregular shape, resembling an inverted letter L. The detached house is based on plain concrete strip foundations. The vertical load-bearing structures in the basement are made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The above-ground part of the building is masonry. The horizontal construction systém is made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The building covering constructions are designed as non-walkable, vegetation and walkable flat roofs. The building is thermal insulated with a ventilated facade partly with timber cladding.
Apartment house with green roof

The aim of the submitted bachelor thesis was to elaborate the project documentation of a new residential building with a green roof. The building is located in Brno in cadastral area of Husovice on plot 1431. The construction is designed as a detached four-floor building with a cellar on level ground. . There is also a parking lot with 18 parking spaces in the estate. In the basement there are cellar cubicles for each apartment. There is also a utility room, a lounge room and a pram room. The entrance to the building is on the first floor, where 2 apartments are situated. One of them is designated for people with reduced mobility, of size 3+KK and the other one of size 2+KK. The access to the walk-up vegetated roof is on the fourth floor. The structural system is a vertical transverse wall support system. The basement is made of monolithic reinforced concrete walls. Subsequent floors are made of ceramic masonry blocks. The internal load-bearing masonry in the above-ground floors is made of acoustic ceramic blocks. The ceilings on each floor are composed of ceramic beams made of ceramic inserts, in the staircase area there is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete. The perimeter walls are insulated with the ETICS contact system above ground level. The roofing of the building is provided by vegetated flat roof.
Apartment house Uhřice

The aim of bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for realization of new apartment house located in the village Uhřice. The designed apartment building is located in the village of Uhřice which belongs to the cadastral area of Kyjov. The three-storey building is located on the outskirts of the village, near the forest in a sloping terrain. There is also a parking lot for five cars on the site. On the first floor, there is a garage for five more cars, technical room, cellar, utility closet, and baby carriage room. The apartment building is designed with five residential units, designed as one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The building is designed on foundation strips and footing. The exterior masonry on the first floor is made of lost formwork and, on the other floors, it is made of ceramic blocks. The ceramic blocks are also used for load-bearing internal masonry. The interapartment masonry is made of acoustic blocks. Reinforced concrete was chosen to construct stairs and ceiling structures. The roof structures are single-skin flat roofs. The lower roof serves as a terrace, the other is covered with aggregate

The aim of bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for realization of new apartment house located in the town of Krnov. The new detached apartment house has 4 floors, detached and has basement. Roof is covered with a non-walkable skin flat roof and a waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips. The object has basement where are spacious cellar rooms which belongs to each apartment. The building includes 5 apartments about different sizes. 2 bedrooms with kitchen, 3 bedrooms with kitchen and 4 bedrooms with kitchen. The garden terraces, balconies and spacious roof terrace are part of house. The construction system is designed as a brick, transverse, wall is made of cut brick blocks and formwork. The ceiling construction contains girder and brick inserts with poured concrete. The contact thermal insulation system ETICS is installed in facade of building. Facade with white surface plaster and with a dominant lining of tape imitating bricks. The building is based on foundation strips.

The diploma thesis deals with a new development on the outskirts of Náměšť nad Oslavou in a locality behind the railway. The proposal addresses the possibility of connecting the area to the city, both road and pedestrian. The new development is located in a sloping terrain and complements the missing amenities in the area and adds new public spaces. in the area are designed houses, terraced houses and villa houses. The design respects the character of the place and the existing buildings in Náměšť nad Oslavou.
City within the City / "Trnitá City Block"

The thesis deals with a design of a new construction of a polyfunctional urban house. It concerns a corner plot near the busy Opuštená avenue. The building is supposed to supplement the intended housing estate. Designed to be suitable for domestic, administrative and commercial use while maintaining an effective budget, the property is to provide the residents as well as the location with a high-quality space.

Family house for two generations

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new construction of a detached two-generation family house in Horni Herspice, in the form of project documentation for construction. The object is designed as two separate units. One designed as barrier-free for the elderly, the other designed as a family house for a family of four. The building is designed as a masonry with reinforced concrete ceilings.The perimeter load-bearing masonry is made of 300 mm thick ceramic brick blocks and insulated with a 180 mm thick ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The internal load-bearing masonry is suitable from ceramic brick blocks 300 mm thick, the bathrooms are insulated from the room by an acoustic ceramic partition 200 mm thick. The internal non-load-bearing masonry is designed from 115 mm thick ceramic brick blocks. The staircase is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic. The floors are designed as heavy, floating. The roof above the 1st floor is designed as a green flat roof, above the 2nd floor there is a single-skin flat roof. From the second floor there is access to the terrace. Hole fillings are designed as plastic. Behind the building is a spacious garden.
