Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba samostatně stojícího dvougeneračního rodinného domu v Horních Heršpicích, ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt je řešen jako dvě samostatné jednotky. Jedna řešena jako bezbariérová pro starší osoby, druhá řešena jako rodinný dům pro čtyř člennou rodinu. Objekt je navržen jako zděný s železobetonovými stropy. Obvodové nosné zdivo je z keramických cihelných bloků tloušťky 300 mm a zatepleno kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS tloušťky 180 mm. Vnitřní nosné zdivo je navrženo také z keramických cihelných bloků tloušťky 300 mm, koupelny jsou od pokojů odizolovány akustickou keramickou příčkou tloušťky 200 mm. Vnitřní nenosné zdivo je navrženo z keramických cihelných bloků tloušťky 115 mm. Schodiště je řešeno jako železobetonové monolitické. Podlahy jsou navrženy jako těžké,plovoucí. Střecha nad 1.NP je řešena jako zelená plochá střecha, nad 2.NP se nachází jednoplášťová plochá střecha. Z druhého nadzemního podlaží je přístup na terasu. Výplně otvorů jsou navrženy jako plastové. Za objektem se nachází prostorná zahrada. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new construction of a detached two-generation family house in Horni Herspice, in the form of project documentation for construction. The object is designed as two separate units. One designed as barrier-free for the elderly, the other designed as a family house for a family of four. The building is designed as a masonry with reinforced concrete ceilings.The perimeter load-bearing masonry is made of 300 mm thick ceramic brick blocks and insulated with a 180 mm thick ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The internal load-bearing masonry is suitable from ceramic brick blocks 300 mm thick, the bathrooms are insulated from the room by an acoustic ceramic partition 200 mm thick. The internal non-load-bearing masonry is designed from 115 mm thick ceramic brick blocks. The staircase is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic. The floors are designed as heavy, floating. The roof above the 1st floor is designed as a green flat roof, above the 2nd floor there is a single-skin flat roof. From the second floor there is access to the terrace. Hole fillings are designed as plastic. Behind the building is a spacious garden.
