Koláříková, Markéta ; Kocmánková Menšíková, Lucie (advisor) ; Pavel, Pavel (referee)
The main goal of the study was to find out and compare the significance of the received subsidies in the development of Chanovice, Pačejov, Myslív and Velký Bor villages. My work in the first place dealt with subsidies as an important part of a village income and as a tool for their development. The theoretical part is based on the study of special literature and other relevant sources relating to the examined issues. Attention is given to regional development, within which the two programming periods (2007 2013 and 2014 2020) are compared and also the financing of villages. The knowledge gained in the theoretical part are followed by secondary data analysis, in which it was found that the received subsidies hold an important position in the structure of Chanovice and Pačejov village incomes in the two other villages that position is not so important. Thanks to received subsidies in the period 2007 2013 the villages implemented a lot of developing projects, either infrastructural (most Pačejov village) or other (especially Chanovice village) character. In the framework of the infrastructure based projects all municipalities used the subsidies to build and repaire their water and transport infrastructures. Another field where the municipalities aimed the subsidies was field of education. Based on semi-structured interviews with mayors of selected villages the empirical part of my work was worked out afterward. The mayors share the opinion that the village development especially the development connected with infrastructure, the subsidies are necessary, but the way to obtain them is very difficult and costly for the small villages

Period copies of Mozart's operas in the music collection of the Premonstratensian monastery in Prague in Strahov
Jonášová, Milada ; Volek, Tomislav (advisor) ; Ottlová, Marta (referee) ; Sehnal, Jiří (referee)
The present dissertation thesis is the result of a several years lasting research of Bohemical Mozart sources, which had been started after my discovery of a hitherto unknown set of scores of Mozart's works in the musical collection of the Premonstratensian monastery at Strahov in 2001. As this set of sources is of a surprising scope and processing them all in detail is going to require some more years of work, this dissertation thesis focuses on one of the key groups of sources, namely those to Mozart's operas. The examination of these sources had to be set into the current context of the international Mozart research. To do this, it was necessary to compare the Strahov copies page-by-page both with the autographs and other relevant period copies. The comparisons were made with autographs deposited in Berlin, Krakow and Paris as well as period copies in Berlin, Dresden, Munich, Karlsruhe, Vienna, Salzburg, Zurich, Brno and Prague. The outcome of this comparative work was then confronted with the latest critical edition, Neue Mozart Ausgabe as well as separately published critical commentaries to the relevant volumes.

Modelling impacts of minimal quality standards and protection against misleading advertising on consumers’ utility
Chaloupka, Jan ; Burian, Jan (advisor) ; Řepa, Václav (referee)
In this thesis we explore the importance of consumer protection (concretely protection against misleading advertising and minimal quality standards of product) for providing consumers' utility. Our target is to discover whether these protections are necessary for providing consumers' utility or not, and whether are the consumers able to provide themselves equal or higher utility (then can mentioned protections do), scilicet through their mutual communication and buying behavior. Furthermore, we want to discover, if can happen a situation in which the mentioned protection decline the consumers' utility, in comparison with situation, when no protections exist. These conclusions are stated for concrete product (LCD TV) and concrete society (little community within the Czech Republic society), whereas we explore the influence of consumer protection both on utility of whole community and on utility of each social class within different proportions of these classes within society. For this research has been created an original multi-agent model, in which we simulate consumer behavior and companies behavior on market. The important parts of the model architecture are presented in this thesis: principles of social structure creation (based on the knowledge about social groups and different types of social ties), buyer behavior and principles of consumer communication through social network, and decision of companies about product characteristics. In conclusion we have interpreted the simulation results and have stated an importance of consumer protection in tested society buying tested product.
