The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutiable option of financing of curtain project in the company and make a comparison with other ways of financing and finding if there is financing of the curtain project from Europion Union subsidies in the company. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about regional policy and opportunities of financing from Europion Union funds. The second part is aimed to present the company Tuhlářství XYZ and it´s market position based on SWOT analysis. Then there is an identify of opportunity of investment project and summary of it´s financing. Then there is evaluation of opportunities of financing with of without Europion Union subsidy.

Buddhism as Value Source in the Course of New Identities and Lifestyles Formation in the Czech Republic

The text, which is divided into ten chapters, deals with the form and orientation of the Czech Buddhist community. At the beginning, the thesis presents a short overview of Buddhism interpretations by Western science, culture and society. We present the ways of and reasons for popularization of Buddhism in Western cultural environment and provide the issues which attract attention of professional public and which have been explored within various scientific fields. The paper introduces research into the current Western Buddhism, which is understood as an independent form of Buddhism rather than a direct continuation of Asian Buddhist lines and schools. The dissertation thesis therefore uses the discussions and foreign studies focusing on the mapping of ways of interpretation and application of Buddhist ideas in the Western cultural environment.. Our study endeavours to understand better the dynamics of the domains of current religion and describe them. The field survey concentrated on Buddhist groups as well as individuals. Subsequently, the text evaluates their interaction and the process of forming of a group and an individual. Present state analysis of photovoltaic in Europan union is aim of this semestral thesis. First part is focused on technical aspects - principals, components and applications. However economics, policy and development aspects are primary objective. Research of Europan comission targets in 2020 and feasible of meeting them are assessed by two various scenarios. To analyse microenvironment and macroenvironment SWOT nad PEST analysis are used. These analysis are focused for investors who wants to participate in the development of photovoltaic in Europan union.

Vedoucí práce doc., JUDr. Jan Pichrt, Ph.D. The aim of the thesis is mainly to highlight the level of coverage by collective agreements in the CR and to analyze the impact of collective bargaining for employees and employers using available statistical data. By the evaluation of the processes of collective bargaining and focusing on its individual institutes I am looking for the perfect method of handling the collective bargaining so as to be beneficial for both parties involved, and try to present the method how the modern trade union should work in its interaction with the employer, different from the common practice of today's trade unions. I also point out the need for proper analysis of the situation prior to collective bargaining and the method of selecting strategy for negotiations. I chose the topic based on my personal experience with the representation of employees and involvement in the collective bargaining and also on the experience of participation in the EWC.

Analysis of trade relations between the Czech Republic and the chosen member states of the Europien union.

At the beginning of the work the autor describes briefly the development of czech foreign-trade policy after year 1989 and the preparations of the Czech Republic for enter to the EU. The work is mainly focused on territorial and commodity structure of foreign trade of the Czech Republic and on analysis of trade relations between the Czech Republic and Germany and the Czech Republic and France.

Business cycles convergence between eurozone and the new EU member states

The paper examines the degree of convergence between the business cycles of the new EU member states and eurozone. This convergence is a necessary condition for a troublefree operation of a monetary union. Several analyses have been used to assess the problem -- pure time series correlation, correlation of detrended time series and of lagged series, and above all impulse-response functions correlation and forecast error variance decomposition. Finally, the paper briefly assesses the evolution of business cycles convergence.
