On the one hand means the development of medical science many new therapies and a greater chance of recovery for patients, on the other hand presents greater demands on the established lege artis procedure. In addition to professional medical procedure must follow the obligations arising from the doctor - patient relationship. The question is whether the doctor should be responsible for any negative consequences of his negligent conduct. Topic wrongful birth, wrongful life deals with fundamental human rights, legal protection of individual rights and responsibilities for the damage. The absence of explicit legislation on substantive issues means that the solution of the case can not be proceeded only by law. That is why I dealt for the most part of the work with foreign case law. The work consists of five parts. The first chapter is a general introduction to the topic. The second chapter includes selected foreign court decisions and presents individual problems which the courts deal with. At the end of the chapter referred to a ruling from the Czech Republic. In the following section are selected counter-arguments that were used foreign case law. In the fourth chapter, I tried to integrate the topic into the framework of national legislation. How Intracellular Pathogens Manipulate Cellular Trafficking.

Many intracellular single-celled organisms belong to medically important human pathogens. The selected parasites are subject of this thesis - Chlamydia spp., Legionella pneumophila, Trypanosoma cruzi and Toxoplasma gondii - as well as their interactions with the vesicular transport of the host cell. Basic pathways of vesicular transport are delineated and important participating molecules described. Furthermore, the effector proteins of pathogens that interact with these molecules are included. The special chapter is devoted to phenomenon of mimetics of SNARE proteins by bacteria. The manuscript concludes with a chapter on LpSNARE of Legionella pneumophila, which was found in our laboratory and which is a topic of my experimental work herein.

Reception of Theatre in Late Antiquity: Apologies, Philippics, Scholarly Treatises

This thesis has examined several texts that were created in period from 2nd century AD - 12th century AD, i.e. late ancient texts or the texts that drew inspiration from classical tradition. Although the period might seem too wide, it enabled study of continuity and change in the reception of theatre in ancient monographs on this topics. Several questions were asked here. The texts seemed not to have much in common generally. This thesis seeks to find out whether there are any affinities, what their real informative value is in respect to their generic affiliation, what influences affected these treatises and whether and how they influenced each other. The first two chapters determine the issue of this thesis and the current state of research. The third chapter establishes terminology, since the scholarly works on theatre of Late Antiquity and Byzantium have very often defined the term theatre too vaguely, which made it hard to obtain any reasonable output of research. In the fourth chapter the texts to be examined were shortly introduced in chronological order and basic information on their literary qualities was provided to the reader. Self-Dealing within a Joint-Stock Company and a Limited Liability Company Martin Pástor The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the regulation of self-dealing in Czech law with a brief regard to theoretical fundamentals that influence the legal approach to such regulation and further to compare it with Slovak regulation of self-dealing and the future regulation of self-dealing after the recodification of private law in the Czech Republic. The regulation of self-dealing is provided for in section 196a of the Commercial Code. This highly controversial provision causes many interpretation difficulties and strongly influences the legal certainty of entrepreneurs and non- entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. As I mention in the introduction of this thesis, the legislator incorporated this provision into the Commercial Code due to negative experience of Czech society with so-called tunneling after the change of regime to capitalistic and with an intent to regulate transactions with conflicts of interests, in particular transactions carried out between a corporation and related persons. The Significance and Possibilities of Affecting Apoptosis in the Therapy of Haematological Malignancies

The topic of his thesis "The importance and possibilities of influencing apoptosis in therapy hematologic malignancies "I chose this topic because it is not only interesting from a scientific perspective, but it also brings real hope for a better and kinder treatment for many patients with difficult treatable types of cancer. In the first two chapters, we tried to define a more detailed description of the apoptosis and its regulation using international studies (see bibliography). The third chapter is devoted to the mechanism of action of traditional practices (chemotherapy and radiotherapy) and in particular Overview of new directions in cancer therapy. Due to the wide range of research results in a number of new compounds with promising prospects for application in clinical medicine work concerns only a narrow selection (especially most cited) of potential drugs.

Formation of children's salue orientations of older pupilage

The purpose of the thesis of the author Blanka Gubánová titled Formation of Children's Value Orientations of Older Pupilage is to deal with values, value orientations and value systems which are formed in the process of the human development. There are many factors to be related to the adoption of individual's values which are the part of sociocultural environment where the individual lives. The relation between them is therefore the object of the discussion in the first part (chapter 1 - 5). The issue of the values, value orientations and value systems are discussed from different perspectives. In the sixth and following the seventh chapters we analysed the developmental periods to show the gradual human maturation, self-evaluation, moral development which is reflected in the formation of value systems and orientations. This paper is about rights and obligations of the members of Czech business companies which are an unlimited partnership (a general commercial partnership), a limited partnership, a limited liability company and joint stock company. This paper is also about rights and obligations of the members of business companies which are supranational and governed by the law of European communities. These European supranational forms are European economic interest grouping and European company (SE). In the beginning I give a brief overview of the general rights and obligations arising from the membership of natural or corporate entities of business companies. The rights and obligations of the members of business companies depending on whether nature of the business company is so called personal or capital. Angola from liberation struggle to present days

Tato diplomová práce na téma ,,Angola od osvobozeneckých bojů do současnosti" vznikala na základě dlouhodobého bádaní během studia magisterského programu. Některé části kapitol vznikaly v rámci seminárních prácí, ať už pro obor afrikanistika nebo pro obor portugalština. Ačkoli existuje rozsáhlá literatura v češtině, bylo pro tuto práci velmi užitečné studium zahraniční literatury, především v anglickém, francouzském a portugalském jazyce. Dále pak mnoho článků, které existují pouze v online formě jako například statistiky. Ke sběru materiálu jsem také využil svůj jednoroční pobyt v Portugalsku a mnoho cest do Paříže. Práce se skládá ze šesti kapitol, které jsou rozvržené v chronologickém sledu. Před zavedením čtenáře do bojů o osvobození se v prvních dvou kapitolách autor rozhodl věnovat reáliím Angoly a etnolingvistivcké skladbě angolského teritoria. Už zde v této posledně zmíněné kapitole se autor setkal s potížemi, které existují při zmapování etnických a lingvistických skupin v Angole. Většina publikací je zastaralá a pochází ještě z doby, kdy byla portugalská správa. Názvy jsou pro dnešního badatele označeny pejorativně a mapy jsou z 60-70. letech minulého století. Mapy nekopírují řadu migrací, které byly po tomto období nejsilnější. Tato kapitola je tedy psána nejen na základě nejnovějších publikací...

Liberalizace trhu práce (Liberální přístup k trhu práce) a její dopad na nezaměstnanost

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat liberálním přístupem k trhům práce a tímto pohledem bude nahlížet na vybrané problémy, které trhy práce od nepaměti mají a které mají velký dopad na nezaměstnanost. V práci bude kapitola zabývající se odbory a jejich dopadem jak na trhy práce tak i na celou ekonomiku, dále zde bude pasáž o minimální mzdě, která je často odbory prosazována a jejíž dopad na ekonomiku a nezaměstnanost je velmi významný. V další části práce bude rozebrán problém diskriminace na trzích práce a Beckerův liberální přístup k tomuto problému, jež do tohoto, v médiích často probíranému tématu, vnesl mnoho nového a pro obhájce liberalismu velmi významného. Dále bude v práci diskutován problém započetí a ukončení pracovního poměru, který je pro zdravé fungování trhů práce v podstatě klíčový a na kterém staví většina ekonomických pohledů na trhy práce. Na všechna diskutovaná témata se budu snažit aplikovat reálné příklady, ať už z českého či zahraničního prostředí, pokud budou dostupné statistiky tak se budu snažit podložit daná tvrzení i reálnými čísly a případně navrhnout řešení v daném právním systému.

The Benedictine Monastery in Podlažice - the Podlažice Necrologue

Hlavním cílem této práce je poukázat na přínos podlažického nekrologia jako historického pramene a jeho využití pro objasnění raných dějin kláštera v Podlažicích. Z toho vychází i struktura této práce. V první části je popsán dějinný vývoj Podlažického kláštera od jeho počátků v polovině dvanáctého století až po zánik v roce 1421. Tato kapitola vychází z dobových pramenů a dostupné literatury a ukazuje, jakým způsobem bychom pojali dějiny kláštera, pokud bychom neznali Kodex Gigas a podlažické nekrologium. Podlažický klášter je všeobecně vnímán jako klášter poměrně nevýznamný, jeho jméno však proslavil výjimečný rukopis, který byl v Podlažicích sepsán. Tímto rukopisem je známý Kodex Gigas, obrovská středověká kniha, kterou provází mnoho legend a pověstí, a která se již po tři sta šedesát let nachází ve Švédsku. Popis této knihy je náplní druhé části této práce. Protože Kodex Gigas nelze z výše uvedeného důvodu zkoumat přímo, vychází tato kapitola z poměrně bohaté bibliografie k tomuto tématu. Třetí a nejobsáhlejší kapitolu tvoří rozbor nekrologia Podlažického kláštera. Nekrologium je spolu s mnoha dalšími texty zaznamenáno v Kodexu Gigas. Jeho podoba je v porovnání s dalšími historickými prameny tohoto typu naprosto unikátní. Obsahuje přes patnáct set jmen a právě analýza skladby nekrologia a určení...
