Bachelor´s thesis focuses on marketing mix of SwissCentrum software, s. r. o. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the following terms - marketing, marketing environment, marketing mix and SWOT analysis. The analytical part of the thesis evaluates marketing mix of company and SLEPT analysis, Porter analysis and SWOT analysis are used there. The last, project part, contains suggestions for improving marketing mix.

It’s also desired, that processes of the analysis are the realest possible concerning the company. The existence of an information strategy in a company helps to manage the information system and thereby positively affect the achievement of global strategic goals of the company and its overall market success. This thesis focuses on the creation of an information strategy in a company based on the Czech market, in the sector of small and medium-sized companies. The first part presents theoretical basis of the topic. The second part is devoted to a detailed analysis of the current condition of the company and its potential, which makes it possible in the third part, to identify appropriate amendments, which will be implemented within the enterprise information strategy. The proposed changes will be consistent with the overall strategy of the company and lead to better support of the future development of the company in the market.

The result is proposal fot the improvement of the current status of the marketing mix.

The master’s thesis uses mainly financial analysis methods whose theoretical basis is introduced in the second part, being followed by the practical application on the situation in the company. Based on the achieved findings, some steps are put forward to help to improve the financial condition of the company.
