This diploma thesis describes the design and elaboration of project documentation for realisation of construction of building of Guest house in municipality Ostravice. The building is situated on parcel 649/13 - arable land, in cadastral area Ostravice-1. Guest house is primarily intended for temporary accommodation of tourists in Beskydy mountains. The part of the building is restaurant as well as wellness centre with fitness gym. The building is situated in partially urbanised section of municipality. The access from the local road to parcel n. 470/20 to the main entrance into building will be enabled by newly purpose-built road with turnaround for passenger vehicles. The design respects the local plan and does not deviate from the character of the surrounding built-up area. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground floor, which is situated only under a part of the building. Project documentation is elaborated in conformity with effective laws, public notices and standards. Building of guesthouse is designed as wall system, with brick supporting walls made out of gas-silicate blocks and sand-lime bricks. The guest house is covered by two flat roofs with different inclination and with different height of ridges. The façade consists of stucco and for the third above-ground floor the façade is made out of ventilated larch-wood panelling. The building is placed in flat terrain.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new double generation family house, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Hartvíkovice on plot no 3478/15. The house is divided into two dwelling units (A, B). The flat A for a four-member family (parents with children) and the flat B for a two-member family (grandparents). The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with two mono-pitched roofs that are connected in the ridge and a flat roof with a vegetation. Construction system wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent formwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.

This bachelor thesis is about design and elaboration of project ocumentation for construction of object of family house with establishment in the town of Nový Jičín. The building is located on the parcel n°470 - permanent grass vegetation, in cadastral area Žilina u Nového Jičína. The house is divided into the residential part for five-member family with separated stablishment - hairdressing salon. It is situated in developped surroundings. The access will be possible by newly compacted surface from nearby road on parcel n°1581/2 in possession of the town of Nový Jičín. The design respects the local plan and does not deviate form the character of the neighbouring housing development. The residential part has two floors, the establishment has one above-ground story. Object is partial basement. Project documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. Construction of the family house is designed as wall system, with brick supporting walls made of ceramic blocks. The roof construction is designed as saddle-shaped roof of purlin system. The object is located in moderate slope.

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for family of four members. The house is located in a residential district of the city of Prague - Kunratice. The house is designed in one part with two floors with one floor partly below ground level. The other part is designed with one floor. The layout is divided into two sections. The single-storey part of the house is a daily residential area, on the first floor of the two storey part is night zone for rest. In a recessed floor are utility rooms, study room and gym. Entry to the house and entry to the garage are located on the 1st floor on the north side. The building will be based on the footings of plain concrete and a concrete slab. Basement walls are constructed of permanent formwork filled with concrete. 1st and 2nd floor are made from sand-lime blocks. Walls are insulated with ETICS. The ceilings are from cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing is designed as warm flat roof. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report are also parts of this bachelor thesis.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose and process design documentation for the construction of a detached house in Horní Brusnice. The building is located on plot no. 1738/4 in cadastre unit Horní Brusnice (Trutnov District). The house is situated in urban area, on the investor's undeveloped plot. A district road (class II.) runs close to the plot. The design of the house takes into account the local zoning plan and the surrounding buildings in the street. The design documentation has been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws, ordinances and norms. This project represents the construction of a two-storey detached house on a sloping plot. The greater part of the ground floor is below ground level. The profile of the building is irregular, with a warm flat roof. The type of structural system is masonry and wall, made of sand-lime bricks. The house is designed as one dwelling unit of 4+kk type (3 bedrooms and living room with an open plan kitchen) for residence of 4 people, where the first floor is designed as a living area and the ground floor is used for technical utilities. This bachelor's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a detached house in Klokočov u Příbora. The house is to be situated on plot number 724/17, catastre unit: Klokočov u Příbora. The building is to be located in a slope of an undeveloped plot in possesion of the investor. A local road is located nearby the plot (class IV road). The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The project designs the two floor building with a basement. Platform of the building has an irregular shape. The roofs are designed as shed roofs, structural system of the building is designed as wall-and-masonry structural system. The house is designed as one dwelling unit with six rooms and a kitchen. The dwelling unit is suitable for five residents. There is a workshop with a technical department and a gentleman’s club located in the basement.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and draft project documentation for the building works of a family house with an in-house hairdresser´s salon in the cadastral area of Řečany nad Labem. It is a three-storey detached house with its interior layout corresponding to the conditions of service. The family house is designed for a four-member family. In the lower basement there is a storeroom, a utility room, and a workout room. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room, moreover, there is the hairdresser´s salon designed for the owner of the house. The first floor is designed as the area for living. The structure of the building is made of the system of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of BAUMIT OPEN with the thickness of 120 mm. Peripheral vertical supporting structures of the ground floor and the first floor will be lined with POROTHERM 30 P+D and the basement will be made from a permanent formwork of DEK 30. The interior bearing masonry walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P+D and non-bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 11.5 AKU. The exterior plastering in light grey colour is the water-resistant, thin-film grooved plaster of BAUMIT OPENTOP with the grains of 2 mm. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Samba 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring, laminate floor, and rubber floor tiles. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and draft project documentation for the building works of a family house with an atelier in the cadastral area of Oleško. It is a three-storey detached house with its interior layout corresponding to the conditions of service. The family house is designed for a four-member family. The structure of the building is made of the system of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of BAUMIT OPENTHERM with the thickness of 120 mm. Peripheral vertical supporting structures of the ground floor and the first floor will be lined with POROTHERM 30 P+D and the basement will be made from a permanent formwork of Prefa Brno BTB 40/30/24 (P+D). The interior bearing masonry walls are made of POROTHERM 24 P+D and non-bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 11.5 AKU. The exterior plastering in white colour is the water-resistant, thin-film grooved plaster of BAUMIT OPENTOP with the grains of 2 mm. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The general process of ventilated facades’ realization is described there. The work includes the technological specification of ventilated facades’ assembling, scaffoldings’ and contact insulations’ assembling.
