This Diploma Thesis deals with problems of marketing strategy proposal for the company ZDT spol. s.r.o. – Agriculture and transport machinery Ltd. A marketing strategy proposal based on theoretical knowledge, analysis of the company’s current condition and questionnaire survey is introduced. This proposal should lead to strengthening our position on domestic market, gaining new market outlet and as a result of this to higher sales and profits.

Specifics of a Financing Management of a Building Company in Economic Instability Phase

This thesis on specifics of financial management construction company in a time of economic instability is accompanied by the issue of management companies in times of crisis. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts such as crisis and the company, which is followed by the very notion of crisis management. It describes how to recognize the crisis in the company and what tools can be used to solve it. The practical part looks at this from the perspective of management small and large companies, both have very similar content activities. In terms of big companies is being explored as a joint stock company Strabag, which is part of the Austrian multinational corporations. At the level of small business is focused on a limited liability company, which is active in smaler district. The main source of investigation in this thesis is the financial analysis applied to both companies. At the end of the work, the results of both companies compared.

This thesis is focused on analysis of present conditions of the company and create a marketing strategy that aims to increase the company´s turnover and a leading position in the market. The work includes a theoretical part which contains the basis for practical. Analytical part contains the analyzes of internal, departmental and external enviroment. The final part contains a proposal of marketing strategy that will lead to the fulfillment of mentioned goals.

Proposal of Marketing Strategy for Selected Company in E-commerce

In this thesis I have created a draft marketing strategy for the Fashion category of an In-ternet company together with the analysis of internal and external internet trade. The the-sis includes also a marketing research focused on current customers and their buying be-havior. Specific proposals for changes of the user interface and web marketing mix stra-tegies with a focus on communication strategy of the company are also included. The result of this work are specific suggestions and recommendations which would help the company to achieve its strategic goals.
