In present work are studied possibilities of unsupervized constuction of semantic lexicons. There are compared advantages and disadvantages of several annotation methods. More closely developed is one solution, which is based on latent semantic analysis (LSA). Unlike the others, this method solves the problems of polysemy and synonymy. Below are described details of the algorithm implementanion and evaluation. This thesis provides a set of tools for construction, browsing and conversion of semantic lexicons for czech language. Scripting of Common Information Model
Mrázik, Martin ; Adámek, Jiří (referee) ; Višňovský, Stanislav (advisor)
This work investigates how system management applications could be rapidly developed with management protocols defined by Distributed Management Task Force (DMTF) and open-source programming languages. The focus is on Common Information Model (CIM), Web Based Enterprise Management (WBEM) and scripting languages. CIM and WBEM are briefly described and the basic terminology of these standards and their infrastructure is introduced. Goals such as object-oriented mapping, shell enablement or generating documentation for CIM classes are discussed. Similar work in this area with their strengths and weaknesses are covered. Requirements for a scripting language are stated and Python is selected for this work with a discussion of some of its more interesting features. Later, Python mapping of Common Information Model is defined with the focus on Python features and conventions. As a proof of concept a prototype mapping (called powerCIM) is implemented and a few examples of management scripts are provided demonstrating the synergy with other open-source projects and libraries such as IPython or PyQt.

In the practical part there are presented results from the qualitative research carried out at elementary schools in České Budějovice, Třeboň, Zliv and Nové Hrady. An analysis of free written essays was used as a technique for data collecting. Respondents were pupils of the second level from mentioned elementary schools who worked up above stated free written essays. They experience of bullying should have been described by them in those essays. A goal of the thesis was to map experience of pupils from the second level of elementary schools with bullying and to analyse their spontaneous written statements on bullying through research questions dealing with both experience and also awareness of pupils on forms of bullying and a hazard rate of its individual forms. Our analysis was based on the assumption, that the pupils used a projection during their writing, thus they projected their real experiences into their stories. The research suggests the following conclusions: Respondents in their works mostly mentioned as a victim of bullying a pupil from whom an aggressor demanded the money. The most frequently mentioned is a blended form of bullying that means a combination of physical and verbal forms. Respondents describe that the victim confer with the problem itself or bullying was reported by a classmate, who knew about it and then it was solved. When it was reported in a short time, everything went well, but as the second mentioned option, a solution of bullying only after the apparent injury of the victim, is mentioned. The results of the thesis demonstrate a level of awareness of the pupils from the second level of elementary schools on individual forms of bullying and their hazards. Findings learned from the works could be an instruction how to proceed in similar situations and how to prevent them.
